Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I dropped off my O2 tank to have it refilled. First, they had to send it out to Winona (will take a week). Second, I knew they were going to conveniently lose my tank based on a comment the counter guy made so, I took photos of it on their doc. Eleven days later and yep, they lost my tank. My first and last time doing business with them.

I bring my home fire extinguishers in every year for recertification. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and informative.
