Made a reservation for a 26 truck two weeks in advance of my move.The day prior to pick up I receive a call informing me that there are no trucks in thatsize are available within 30 miles of my location. The best they could do is a 15 truck. What a joke!How can you possibly not honor a reservation made well in advance by insuring the proper vehicle or equipment are set aside? Isnt that the point of a reservation???

They were quick on service, but the rental price was a little high.

With any cars around and as few people in the store you would think their would be more then one employee to help do check ins and all that.

Not enough staff. Wait times for pickups and returns the last 2 times I’ve used Uhaul have exceeded 30 minutes.

Very unprofessional one of the managers they forced me change my lock Tua combination lock which I did not want to do and when it came time to move my stuff out I had trouble remembering my password and they would do nothing to help me get my lock off they told me I couldnt cut it off! He was so rude ! I will never give them my business again! Its a good thing I finally remembered my password or I would have been out of a home full of stuff and my storage was craving in all over my stuff ! Go elsewhere to store your stuff! Great for truck rental always put your own gas in they overcharged had by the gallon also! 4.20$ s gallon! Heck no!

Very friendly people, truck was very clean and prices are reasonable.

Got help right away. I dropped off the trailer and was out of there in 15 mins.

We rented a van I asked the staff for good reasons when I get the deposit back and the guy told me as soon as they got the van back. not 5 days not 3 days like they told me when we dropped off the key. I have a 6 year old son and now were out of food for up to 5 days. That wasnt the deal. Companys shouldnt lie. Now I get to worry about what Im going to do for the next week. I about through my phone when they told me I gotta wate that long. Unacceptable way to do business. Really who lies to there customers???
