Seems like a smaller bb&b but they had what I needed and had good customer service.

I got in and found what I needed quickly and the cashier that helped me was super kind and helpful.

Cashier was very patient and helpful when asked if they had an online coupon. I appreciated her patience.

It was my first time walking in Beth and beyond customer service is great I went in to buy a gift card signed up for the membership Im just waiting for my 21st coupon so I can go back they have all you need for fixing up your house or personal care if this is the one on Brea and Long Beach thats the one I walked into great job manager I give you a high five

Needed a tension bar for the guest bathroom until I get my shower door. They had a very nice curved tension bar no tools needed in the color I wanted. I was very pleased with the selection that they have. The store was very nice and clean and very well organized. The workers were all wearing masks 😷. I always find what I need for my household here.

I love this store. Everything is organized logically, and very nicely placed. I saw a item for sale, they only had the display. The manager came over and commented I could place it on order and have it delivered to my home FREE. No Shipping Charges. He would do all of the ordering etc. for me. Very Friendly, Helpful and Take Care of Business. I recommend this store to anyone. I go often.

They have a good selection and have things that big box dept stores dont have. This place is on the high side as far as pricing goes. Not crowded, store is clean and looks nice.

Make sure you use discount coupons to get best price. They accept expired coupons. Otherwise you will be better off buying at Walmart.

Plenty of free parking. The store is laid out so that you can cover the entire store in a single visit. Or you can ask for help and the staff is very attentive. I frequently see the manager looking for opportunities to be involved with the customers shopping experience. They have many hundreds of small items that make life at home very convenient.

Many of the items I looked at did not have a posted price, and I didnt feel like hunting down an associate just to ask how much something was. When will retailers get it that not posting prices on your display items results in loss of sales? Their loss.

One of my favorite stores to shop! Relaxed atmosphere! I always choose BB&B when I can use their coupon. When they restrict coupons on certain items, then I go elsewhere for that item.

I will start by saying that I love BB&B. I know that things not always go smooth when coming to their stores, and sometimes you need to wait too long for help. But when you do get help its from a pro. Big tip: Sign for their reward card. Unlike other stores, their card will actually save you a lot.

This is my preferred store. Staff are very helpful. Store is well stocked. Parking is easy.

Its got a lot of stuff for the kitchen bathroom bedrooms I I found everything that I needed for my three areas in the house there than I did at Walmart or Target

They have a very good assortment of items and are well stocked at all times. And youre able to use coupons to save money on the items you need everyday which is a plus too.

I believe bed bath and beyond is also a great store to look around and you can find as seen on TV items in this store and find a great gifts for loved ones, and new bed spreads and furniture for your house.

Awesome price for the items I got.

Pretty standard as far as BBB locations go, but I have to say the last few times Ive been the cashiers and customer service staff have been really rude. The last time I visited with my wife and the cashier was openly relunctant to help us and very rude to my wife because we didnt present the coupon right, whatever that means. Would be a better rating for better staff.

I love this location. If there is a line they immediately call for help which I appreciate. Well stocked store.

Always something new to see. They have coupons in the mail & magazines snd prices are good.Stores are always clean and have helpful, courteous staff.

You can find almost anything here, way overpriced even with their 20% off coupon, but sometimes you need something in a hurry and theyre your only option. The day I went in there, it smelled like they were burning a candy smelling perfume factory. I had to run in and out to get what I needed because that stuff was headache inducing.

Im a bit torn with this review... On one hand, I finally found exactly what I needed (actual blackout curtains), but the overall experience with the store generally forced a lower rating. First, their bizzare store pickup policy is a joke: you go through all the motions of making a purchase, without making a purchase - they require all of your credit card info, address, etc. only to have placed the item on a hold. You still have to actually pay in store, and even though you put in all of the effort, it isnt a guarantee that the item is actually there upon going to pick it up. Second, and this is specific to this location, they have a customer service booth separate from the registers, which clearly indicates it is for returns and online pick-ups. Instead of using their designated resources as indicated, all customers are forced into a single queue. In one instance while going to pick up an item, I had to wait while other customers went by for normal purchases until eventually just going to a normal register to complete my purchase. It is just a poorly ran store generally.

The store had what I was looking for and the staff was very friendly, but it is so over-crowded with merchandise that I always feel claustrophobic in there so I get in and get out fast. Id hate to be in this store during an earthquake as its packed wall to wall, middle of aisles, and literally floor to ceiling.
