Great customer service. Fantastic work. Theyre fast, efficient, and welcoming. They have never tried to sell me something I dont need or had me pay for work that my car doesnt need yet, however, they do let you know that certain things are close to needing work. Theyre just great. Im so glad I decided to take my vehicle here. Ive been having it repaired or having the oil changed here for years! About 9 years to be exact. Highly recommend them.

The cashier was both polite and personable, there werent any hidden prices or unsolicited extra services tacked on, and i was given a clear estimate of the wait time that awaited me if i chose to go with them. Brought my Toyota 99 Tacoma truck in for an alignment.... worst mistake I did in my life!! The upper bolts that support the upper A-arm came out, luckily for me, I drove off the freeway and checked out where the noise was coming out!!! Call out AAA and towed my truck to the house then back to the shop. Again for the 3rd time the bolts and shims gave way.... next time a serious lawsuit!!!!!!

I would leave no stars if i could, it seems like these guys just wanna take your money. I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment, when i asked for an alignment i asked specifically to inspect anything that might need to be fixed/replaced like the wheel bearings or ball joints because before i took it in it was doing some weird things(steering wheel shaking bad). They completed the work and released the car to me assuring me that everything good to go. The whole way home the car didnt drive strait and would still shake violently, i made it home planning on returning the car the next day, instead i jacked it up and started to inspect what could possibly be wrong, i went to put the tire iron on my driver tire and the whole tire was wobbling completely loose on the spindle, and i had realized the wheel bearing was seized to the spindle. Now realizing that that was an issue before they started any work, I replaced the whole strut and spindle and wheel bearing myself, and took the car back in so they could align it proper.They did, explaining that whoever did the alignment days before probably didnt inspect anything like i asked and just did the work, not even a test drive. So after they completed the alignment for the second time i asked to inspect anything that might need to be replaced/fixed and this time they explain that i should replaced some other suspension parts in order to achieve the results i want. GREAT! Thats exactly what i wanted to hear BEFORE any spent any more money on an alignment. I didnt get a refund or even much of a sorry and at this point im now frustrated an feel robbed by IV Auto Repair. Now after replacing the parts recommended by IV Auto for smooth cruising and not driving it for a few months, i needed an alignment AGAIN of course, which is why i asked for the inspection PREVIOUS to any work completed in the first place. So i called IV Auto to see if i could get an alignment done under my warranty since they shouldnt have ever done it in the first place, instead the guy on the phone just got angry with me and told me he wont service my car anymore. You can guarantee i wont ever be back to spend my money at this location for any service on my vehicle.

Great mechanic shop! Sergio is cool as heck seems very honest. However Marcelo to me is somewhat fishy, just my opinion.

Consumer warning! My daughter took her car to IV auto in March 2015 for A/C repair. They said the compressor was leaking so they changed it for $900. A few months later the A/C failed again and when she took it back to IV auto they claimed it was not due to the work they had performed. It is now June 2016 she brought the car to me and I looked over the paperwork and noticed there is a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty. The mileage at the time of repair March 2015 was recorded at 78,400 miles. It just so happened I did an oil change on her car the same month and I had recorded her mileage at 97,600. Yesterday I took her car to a mechanic that I trust. He showed me that the compressor was leaking, which was the same diagnosis IV auto had given my daughter. It is going to be another $800 to fix it. Because of the fact that the mileage was recorded as being more than 20,000 less than it really was, I tend to believe this was fraud. So be careful when doing business with this company.

Bought some tires off of Amazon and scheduled the service for IV Goodyear to put the tires on through Amazon (you can do that now!). The shop didnt try to charge me anything extra, and it all went smoothly.The shop has a waiting room that has about 8 chairs in it, a bunch of magazines, and a television. For my two tire install (I was a walk in), I waited a little over an hour. The guys at the desk were good - Hispanic guy with the goatee was loud and plenty friendly.

Terrible experience and dishonesty. I took my car in for an A/C checkup as I had driven from Georgia to California I felt as if my A/C had lost performance (warmer than previous). Before taking it in, I measured my air temperature at 77F and 68F, when starting the car or at a stop and when driving the vehicle, respectively. After agreeing to conduct a checkup with Marcelos for 40usd, he advised to do an additional job that consisted of an evacuation and resupply of freon w a dye and would cost 150usd. I agreed after having a long discussion about the high probability of a consistent temperature of 67F. We went forward with the expense and afterwards I did not notice any temperature difference with my temperature probe (I also tested it on another vehicle and distinguished the difference and effective of my temperature probe). Nevertheless, the temp was higher than before, at 80C. I told the mechanic but he just insisted on the car being exposed to the heat for too long and to drive it around. So I did. Drove it around and even left it under the shade and nothing, no change. So I returned to give Marcelos the update and he refused to accept any responsibility and said to think about the high outside temperature and other factors were to be considered, such as replacing the compressor for a whopping 1500usd. In another words, snowball effect of costs without guarantees. A warning to all do not take your car to this place. Just do some research, learn about the components of your car, its mechanisms, and do it yourself. Go to thr local auto shops and buy the parts and ask the employees as they as also usually work on their own cars at home.
