My sons iPad was brought in to this business on Aughts 31st with a cracked screen. After asking and asking if it was ready it was returned to me on Sept15th. The iPad was locked and couldn’t be restarted unless it was done through iTunes. Finally got it unlocked and the iPad was is now “ghosting”. I called them and the worker said bring it back. My son brought it back and was told “easy fix”. Another week went by and after asking and asking, they finally responded and said they can’t fix it. I got there and the owner is now on the phone (speaker), when I tell him I want my money back he says “I’m can’t loose on this so I can give you back 30%! Or I’ll put your screen back”. This is how I got my iPad back, and I’m not even sure it’s the original screen, after almost a month all he could say was “how do I know it wasn’t ghosting before? And I’m not giving you your money back” bad business person! Awful! Owner only cares about the money. If I could rate this business a negative zero, I would.

Service was so quick and easy. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone XS MAX. I arrived without and appointment and left with a repaired phone around 20 minutes later. The cost was half of Best Buy. The quality was great. I can’t tell a deference from my original OEM screen that came on the phone.

Went in to change the battery on my dads iPhone 8 and when I returned to pick up I was told the home button did not work and the screen was bad.Everything worked fine before hand and it cost me another $55. Not happy and would not do business with them again.

Had them replace a few screens and batteries on 2 iPhones and an iPad. One of the iPhones battery went bad after 4 months. My original battery last well over 3 years. Brought the phone back today and they offered to replace the battery for a $5 discount off the total cost of a replacement battery of $40. The battery should last longer than 4 months I would think. 🤷🏽 The guy working their had the audacity to tell me it’s because I use my phone too much!!! I spent a few hundred dollars here in the last 5 months and that was their definition of service. $5 off!!!Pathetic !! They could have offered half price or so to cover their cost of the battery and not charged the 10 minutes labor it takes them to swap it out. Something reasonable! A smart small business owner should always consider repeat business, referrals, and reviews before making a decision.

This guy bricked my working Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I brought in my working Note 8 with a cracked screen. A typical repair. He changed my screen and my battery. The phone stopped charging. After bringing it back 3 times. I asked him to put my original parts back and give me a refund. He refunded my money. I took it to another phone repair guy and he showed me where this guy had mangled my mother board, rendering my phone completely unrepairable . I now have to purchase a new phone. Obviously this guy is not capable of fixing cell phones. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!

Ive been to La Habra iPhone repair twice now, the first time for a cracked iPhone 7S screen and the second for my sisters cracked screen and water damaged iPhone 6s. The turnaround for both phones was within a couple hours. The price for their service is incredibly worth it and very reasonable. The owner fixed my sisters phone which ended up needing the screen, battery, and another internal part replaced all for $100 even though he said it would cost $110. So worth it! I highly highly recommend these guys, they know what theyre doing and do it all for such a reasonable price.

So i went to the Verizon store and was told by the insurance company that i would need to have my phone replaced because i broke the screen not just the glass. To upgrade my phone wouldve been an obscene amount of money. So, I was able to google and locate this place to fix my screen. He gave me a reasonable price and great conversation, i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs you may need.

I had a great first experience with the iPhone repair store here in La Habra. I’m new to owning an iPhone and broke my screen a week or so ago. I needed to get it repaired and I’ve been putting it off, and now with the weekend here and plans that I have going on coming to I wanted to have my screen fixed. but it’s Saturday and in the late evening and I found this shop on Google and figured I would call even though they’re closing. Luckily the guy working there, Max, agreed to hang out till I got there. He got my screen fixed and took a couple dollars off a new case for coming in so I bought one. Cool guy, legit little shop.
