Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes during the PS5 drop to be told they are sold out. The lack of communication was astounding. The employees talked to the line ONCE, just to say how many were in stock but never went by the line to get a tally of how many people would be guaranteed a Ps5. Any and all information we received was from asking customers at the front of the line.Every other GameStop I saw handled it pretty efficiently. But the two employees in charge just did not seem capable or maybe just didnt care enough. After 2 hours and 15 minutes about 30 people in line had to go home with nothing to show for it, when the wait could have been a lot shorter.

Great employees, I enjoy talking every once and I while.

Workers are very friendly. Its a smaller GameStop so dont expect much of a selection but the collectibles were still worth checking out.

I was there last minute, literally, and they were super friendly. Other stores have had employees who frown or give attitude, but not they. They were friendly, smiley, helpful. Just plain awesome. Will be back!

The employees have always been friendly and arent super pushy with preorders and stuff. I know its their job, so Im not one of those that really mind. They have a good amount of used games, compared to other locations

I dont consider myself a gamer but they have just about anything you need when it comes to gaming. When you ask about new games coming out or their opinions on different games youre iffy about, they answer as best they can. Wouldnt recommend trading in your games though.

I understand it was RARELY a rainy da th, but only one attendee not to friendly, but we bought an almost new video game, good price.

This gamestop offers the same level of quality as you would expect from gamestop. Employees are nice, and courteous. One of them helped me choose which game to get for Christmas, very helpful. As for the place itself its a little small bit its got everything you need for a modern gaming outlet, as well as decent merch.

I Pre-ordered an Xb 1x under wifey membership ..But not allowed..to P/U..as husband... except the dough but cant go with the flow...I was able to do this in the past* @migos*

Good location considering its not that far from home. Only drawback is that you can be there for a very long tome since most of the time there is only one employee present.

Friend preordered me Star Wars Battlefront for Xbox One from a Gamestop in Burbank... Went in to redeem the game and was told I would have to travel to Burbank to pick it up and have my friend present. Did the same process with Best Buy, only the game was for PS4 and had 0 issues, only had to wait for the customer service person to locate the deluxe edition on the floor... Moral of the story is dont buy from Gamestop period. Their policys are trash vs their competition and they will not be there to help you after you spend your money.Also their customer service skills were miserable...their employees seemed like they hated everyone for trying to make a purchase there and it was very obvious they just didnt give a **** about anything or anyone.

Best costumer service Ivs seen in a long time. In one occasion the worker gave me the pre-order edition of Black Ops III with a free download of Nuk3town. It really made my day and now I play on the Nuk3town map often.
