Ice cream tasted weird, almost 4.00 for a single scoop. Lousey

We walked in and the two young ladies behind the counter quickly helped us with our selection of ice cream, they were great. I ordered Banana Split Sunday which I have not had since forever. OMG! It was so deliciously good. I couldnt stop eating until it was all gone.

Bug found on icecream cup i bought for my sister. Be aware!

My family went to this location 3 weekends in a row.craving banana splits only to find they dont have bananas. I even said Id bring bananas from the store but she said i wouldnt get any discount...Tonight was the last straw as we decided on milkshakes..1st off when I walked in at 9:30 p.m. I heard a customer say to the girl behind the counter wouldnt you know people start coming in right before closing time...and the response from the employee was yeah I know it sucks....very unprofessional..Then she took my order ..I wanted 3 large milkshakes.. Uh we dont have.milk. sorry ....Does the owner not realize how much business he is losing by not having enough inventory to satisfy customers orders??..Needless to say I or any other members of my family will NOT frequent this establishment ever again..

Ive tried to give this location several opportunities since I live nearby but they always disappoint. It starts with management, the owner and his wife work shifts and they do not wear gloves or contain there hair, its as if they do not care. On 3 different occasions Ive eaten hair. Every time they barley fill up my cup with ice cream. The Baskin Robbins in Whittier and the one on Beach Blvd in La Habra have much better service. They fill up cups with ice cream, theyre wearing gloves, masks, hats and theyre owners care.

Visited this Baskin Robins and girl who was helping me dropped a scoop of ice cream on the table top...but seems like an owner, he came by and he picked up that chunk of ice cream and he put it back inside the ice cream bin inside the freezer. The action he took looked very normal and didnt care if anyone saw it. At times like this, this place is not a safe place to enjoy your Ice Cream. I will not return to this place.

The young ladies were super nice and friendly, very helpful. The place was nice and clean. My husband and I both had the 2 scoop sundae. I had the pumpkin pie cheesecake when I saw that it was back I had to have it. We both tried the non dairy chocolate extreme and it was delicious. I would definitely buy that. I like this Baskin Robbins better than the one in Whittier. My go to ice cream parlor

Do you not carry Vanilla or Chocolate Chip ice cream anymore? I have been to your location 3 times and each time I was told that you were out...of both flavors....I walked out all 3 times...I wonder if the new owner or manager needs more training....

The guy always give us small portions.. they look kids scoops instead of regular scoops..

Had the worst experience yesterday afternoon and was yelled at by the owner. The customer service of one of the associates and the owner is terrible! I dont know if they were being discriminating because of my race or what but it was crazy and I will never be going back and will be sure to make a complain to headquarters.

I love going there for ice cream and the best of all my grandson Jared Scott went with me like a date also paid for all of it. Great place to go for ice cream love love it

This is my favorite Baskin-Robbins. The staff is always friendly, the service great, and the prices reasonable. I drive past other Baskin-Robbins to go to this one.

Ive been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally had a trip up to LA. I had the thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich. So damn delicious!! Coming back here for this again. But I heard they always run out. I went around 7pm and they had a full row of thai tea macarons so I guess it was luck. We also ordered a mint chocolate chip crunch shake and that was just as tasty as well. And the last thing we got was the blue velvet cake. It was really sweet but I still liked it!
