Why is this store even open? Hats off to the employees for making the best of the situation but it won’t show online is their products are in stock so your forced to call about every product or go in and half the store is blocked off....

I came to this GNC after a nightmare of an experience at the Whittier GNC at the Quad. All I wanted was to return 1 online item, and the manager at Whittier refused, even though I had CS on the line telling him he had no reason for this. I came to the La Habra GNC after speaking to Eric on the phone, and when I came in his son Nick helped me and said his dad had already notified him of me calling. He was the sweetest person ever, and said I was not the 1st person to come here after dealing with the Whittier store. LH will get ALL my business moving forward. They were kind, professional, and empathic. AMAZING CS skills Nick!!
