Took my gardening tools to be sharpened they did a great job they were professional and reasonable

Honestly as a lawn care provider of 12 yrs plus, This place is pricey for their labor and repair, way overpriced. But the only good thing about there store is the option of machines to buy. If you want your machines fix I suggest going to another lawnmower repair shop. I have heard and seen them charge so much to sharpen a blade when you can have them sharpen for $10 at other repair shop.

DishonestGave me a quote to sharpen the blades of lawnmower of $150.00 which included the bottom blade and top blades .. Instead of sharpening the bottom blade he replaced it with out consulting me .. he added another $80.00 fir the bottom blade and an additional $80.00 fir labor .. he wanted a additional $160.00 on top of $150.00 original estimate. I explained to him that he should not be charging the additional labor as the original estimate included the removal and sharpening of the bottom blade. It took arguing with the owner. I finally brought the price down to $240.00 ... $90.00 for the blade. I will not be going back them again ... cannot trust their word. Very dishonest along with trying to double charge for labor .. be careful with their estimates and fees.I do not recommend them.

Family shop and Boris is the Man!

First off I dont write many or any reviews, but I decided to write one because I think they deserve it. I needed to get my old gas string trimmer fixed. When I went in the guy I spoke with said it can be fixed but its not worth it, that I could buy a new one from a big box store for a few dollars more than it would cost to fix it. He did not try to sell me on anything didnt even mention they had some there, I said ok and started to walk out. Then I thought support a small business. I went back in and asked if they had any string trimmers and I bought a new string trimmer from them sure it cost me a few dollars more than a cheaper one like I had from a big box store but they were honest and did not try to up sell me. I will be taking my lawnmower for a much needed tune up. All in all everyone I spoke with there were friendly and helpful so they will be getting what little business I can give them.

The young lady at the counter was amazing. I heard talk perfect Spanish to one customer, talk an Asian language to a lady that might of been related to her and then helped me out without skipping a beat. She was very knowledgable about the Stihl hedge trimmer I bought. She even took it outside and showed me how easy it was to turn on. Im definitely going back there to buy more equipment. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly people, good service. The owners are honest, hardworking people. The prices are fair and theyre more than welcome to answer any questions. A part I ordered arrived a little later than expected but they had no control over that and informed me in a timely manner of the delay.

Took my chainsaw to fix. Told me one week, called me in two days. $90 for repair. Very happy!

This place SUCKS, took my mower there a week ago, and was told it would be ready in 3 days, simple tune -up, called and it wasnt ready, gave them another 5 days, went by this morning and not only couldnt they find my paper work, they couldnt find my mower for 10 mins.And nope still wasnt done. How does a simple job take a week and a half, and yet still not done.the guys behind the counter tell you one thing and then change it everytime you call.Ended up taking my mower to a smalll shop down the st. and they had it ready in 2 hours, and they were busy.DOC
