Is really badCharged me $20 because to came over like 7 am pick up rentals doesn’t make any sense to have a party all night and have some one to pick up rentalAt 7am for example if u call A1 rentals it’s same price that company give me 24 hours after my party to pick up not 7 am which is crazy be ware rude Un reliables call some one else

Customer service was horrible and the girl who helped me out blew my balloons up way too much. I didnt get home with a dozen balloons; I basically came home with half a dozen. Truly a waste of money.

Was not really greeted friendly and they werent really stocked with jumpers. The jumpers I rented from them before were too old and already sold/discarded. They apparently arent restocking those kinds of jumpers anymore so I will have to find another place to rent from in the future.

Tables came dirty and they give you an 8am to 12pm pick up window, but we were awake and the tables were ready to go and the driver knocked once maybe but my dogs we in their kennel and they didnt even bark..we called three times to check in with them and let them know the tables were ready, but the owner said the driver would come to the back yard and get them..so we left our dogs in their kennel and waited..then after 12 noon, I called back and the owner or manager said it was too late and he was charging us a late fee :( probably will not use this rental place again, owner is not very friendly
