This place is very poorly ran. I’ve waited for over 3 hours just for a monthly service. How do you expect people to take time off work because none of your locations service them on Saturday and make people wait 3 hours because they can’t multi task and do install as well as service. The other location I use is way more efficient. All in all horrible customer service period
