The cashier was too lazy to come check me out and automatically directed me to the new self-checkout, which Id never used. I used it, but got a button wrong and she ended up having to check me out at the register anyway. She made her strong displeasure felt.

Thank yall so much for your kindness. I left the urgent care at 5:42 not taking into consideration that Labor was here. I called them to let them know I was hauling butt to get to them or if I needed to call a different pharmacy. They filled it and I got there 2 minutes past and they still helped me. Thank you my 3 year old has a double ear infection. I appreciate yall

CVS on Newman road are awesome people they work hard very hard for us and I just wanted to give a good reading for them because any because anytime I need anything they help thank you cvs

This CVS always has friendly, amicable staff. They are very knowledgeable about products and weekly sales going on, and usually give out rainchecks if a product is out of stock but on sale. They may have limited staff but thats corporate cutbacks. The staff they so have is always multitasking. And even the pharmacy staff is polite when they are busy and always efficient and willing to answer your questions.

The older lady that works here is ALWAYS on her phone. I’ll stop by in the afternoons sometimes to grab a drink and she is behind the counter talking loud and won’t put her cell phone down until you are standing there at the counter waiting for her. She is also VERY rude. Needs to be trained on customer service. Every other time I stop by and it’s one of the other workers they are always very polite.

If Dewayne the pharmacist is there pharmacy is ran 5 stars. BUT When the pharmacy is run buy the female pharmacist the place is run like garbage. Trash and debris behind the counter, long lines, and longer waits on anything to get done. It is truly night and day.

No one would answer the after holding for ten minutes wish my insurance would a different company because I have to wait a long time at the drive thur too hate it

Called about prescription told them I had a Gold RX card and was advised to show it when I pick my medicine up. Wait in line for 45 mins to be told my prescription was ready but now I had to wait another 30 mins to rebill me. So I had to wait an additional 30 mins on top of the 30 mins for the ridiculously long line. Will not be coming back to this CVS, should have went to Walgreens.

I Love my CVS, wouldnt trade it for nothing else.

Nice & Clean Location. Front Store and Pharmacy are very nice employees. It feels good to walk in a place of business and they acknowledge you by name. Very close and convenient to my home.

Bathroom are nasty!!! This should be a place where hygiene is priority.

I know different people have different needs and personal preferences, therefore different responses are expected. Nothing but positive experiences; however I have not met every employee, the store is neat & clean and well stocked.

I don’t have much in my neighborhood for running to the corner for milk but there is a cvs. . That was fine until COVID killed it. Now if by chance you buy something that happens to be defective. Too bad no refunds. Electronics... don’t care . Your loss. What’s worse is, manager discretion is the bottom line. I buy all of my families drug prescriptions corner store stops and all. No more. When you look me in the eye and say it’s the manager’s discretion and tell me no. You must not be from here. This is where I grew up. I will tell everyone I know that cvs no longer wants my business and I will let all I know how important customer service is to them. I was here before CVSWas.

I love this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is always very friendly and polite. Seems like some friends I just come to see occasionally to pick up my meds. Great people. Always a pleasure to come to this location.

There is very little waiting if any at all. The people are are extremely nice & very helpful.

This is the best CVS Store I have visited. There is 100% focus on customer service. I am greeted when I walk in the door and always asked if I found everything I was looking for at checkout. They have a good variety of hair products for African American hair.

Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by cashier in an empty store. Finally when she got off her phone and noticed me, no apology not even a smile. The pharmacy is fast and efficient. But the front needs work.

The CVS in La Marque, Tx is absolutely the best pharmacy by far that Ive ever used! The staff is awesome, Ive never had so much as even one mistake there! The pharmacist Dewayne seems to always be there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have!

The lady in the store was very rude on the night shift when I walked in there was no customer service at all, but as soon as I stuck my hand in my pocket and my keys begin to rattle she scurried right on over there!!! She then proceeded to ask me what I was looking for and still after all that I didnt receive the proper help that was needed!!! Listen up CVS Im BIG on Customer Service and if you dont show with some RESPECT I will NOT SPEND MONEY THERE AND I WILL LET IT BE KNOWN TO THE COMMUNITY ALSO I DONT NEED YOUR RACISM EITHER!!!! NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON WHO COMES IN YOUR STORE STEALS!!!!!

I cannot give zero stars or this store would get a big fat goose egg. I went there today to pick up my meds... I recieved a text saying that it was ready to pick up. When I walked in, the pharm tech was taking a cash payment from a lady. When she finished, I went up to give her my insurance card. She informed me that I had to stand behind a folding table in front of the counter. She took my card with no gloves... just like she took the cash from the lady in front of me with no gloves. How is a 3 foot wide table going to make a difference? It really frustrates me to see this lunacy... I do know that I will never patronize this store again.

The pharmacy filled my prescription faster than anywhere I have Ever been. The staff here is fast, efficient, friendly and top notch. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area.

Love this location. Very professional pharmacy staff and friendly clerks always greet you. Convenient location bc if you have to wait for rx, the are places to eat around. Usually efficient and automated service is spot on.

Went to CVS in LaMarque in attempt to purchase items to prepare for unfortunate upcoming storm. (Hurricane Harvey) Well when I went to grab a case of water I see that they bumped the prices to $5.99. In my opinion that is very unethical. How can management feel comfortable with jacking up prices because an upcoming disaster awaits. Will never stop at CVS ever again.

Friendly staff, store is neat and service is quick. It also easy for me to get to from the fwy.

Last year I had a really a really bad experience here with the manager. I decided to give it a second chance this year. The same manager is on duty as I saw her upon entry to the store, no friendly greeting. I grabbed what I needed and I waited at the register for ten minutes in an otherwise empty store. Then walked out. (without my merchandise)

Very friendly, but also very quiet.

They notified me immediately about delays on prescriptions and most importantly my insurance is part of their plan.
