ToyAddicts is awesome place to check out all sorts of action figures and retro video games. I personally bought the Good Guys action figure to use for decorations next Halloween. They have an outstanding Marvel Legends display and S.H. Figuarts for sale. Check them out if youre looking to find some sweet action figures.

I was able to find some high end collectables that I was looking for and inexpensive vintage toys for my son. I appreciated that the staff was very patient with my son because it is a toy store after all and I wanted him to enjoy his time. Thank you for the experience.

Blast from the past! You can see multiple old school playsets still in the box! Transformers, old school Gijoes, Marvel, Robotech, Etc. Vintage videogames and Systems! Awesome toy museum! Come check it out!

We visit here every time we are in San Diego, great range of toys, although slightly pricey, most of the staff are friendly, definitely worth a look round if youre in San Diego.

Great place. They were extra helpful trying to find a game boy sp charger I was looking for. And even suggested another place (where I did find one) when they didnt have any. Highly recommend.

They have something for everyone in the family! Old toys as well as new ones. Prices are amazing and cant be beat. They take the time to help you find what you are looking for and are honest and up front if you can get what you want cheaper elsewhere. Family friendly and they host events such as free toy day and toy trading events.

IMO the coolest comic book / retro video game stores in San Diego county - in fact cant really think of any other place that has a selection of NES, SEGA, SNES, comics, figurines, etc. like they do. Just going in the shop and browsing feels like a nice nostalgic blast from the past. Even if you dont buy anything, its a fun place to browse. Im happy to patronize this place, just so it stays in existence.

Decided to stop in after reading the reviews, and it definitely lived up to them. Very large toy store with lots of different areas catering to different kids likes.

Thought this was a small toy store. Then walked in and found that the aisles were very long!! Selection is nice and extensive. They have a play area including vehicles that you can ride for a quarter. A great place if you needed to pick up a toy for a party, etc. The prices are okay. Obviously if you have time to price compare, it is not the cheapest. But if you want to support local business and are looking for a last minute gift, this is the place to go.

Great toy/comic store on la Mesa Blvd. Great selection of new, hard to find and foreign toys you. $5 trade paperbacks and half off many comics, vintage video games in the back. If youre a collector, make this one if your stops.

Such an amazing store. Prices are great and they either have or will try to find anything youre looking for. It brings back so many great memories, and reminds me of a museum where you are able to buy the stuff on display.

My dad took me and my little brother here for the first time a few days ago. Im not into comics, or boy toys. But? My dad and brother absolutely love this place. My brother didnt want to leave, because he was looking and looking at all of the Lego mini figures and Star Wars action figures. My dad didnt want to leave, because he kept looking at the older comics AND, his favorite, Dragon Ball Z stuff. This place does have a lot of old toys. My dad said that he had a lot of the toys we saw when he was a kid. But he didnt know that they would be worth money when he was little, or he would have kept them. My dad and brother were really happy when they were here, so I think this place deserves a top rating.

If youre over 10 years old (and most likely a male:) this is a great store for collectors of super heroes, action figures, transformers, and their paraphernalia as well as the comic books that tell their stories.

Definitely very nice and friendly owner and packed with comics and collectibles, but just want to put it out there for those that are in a desperate need of a toy store for kids after the tragic albeit foreseeable death of ToysrUs... Its a collectible and comic store, toys are related to these. Maybe Im the only dummy that this wasnt clear to, looking at the description on google maps but just in case not... I had to say it.

The owner and his family/staff are very friendly and are reputable in that he wont try to gouge you.If you are looking for something in particular talk with him. Hell do his best to find it for you and also deals in comic books and video games.Affordability is also not an issue in that he does have a layaway program for those objects out of your price range and this program has allowed me to get some stuff I normally couldnt afford without making an offering to Great Cthulhu.

According to Google Maps, this store is located right in the middle of the street on the crossing of Jackson and La Mesa, but as far as I can tell, this store is not located on any of the stores surrounding that crossing (the pointer indicates literally on the street) I have looked all over the area on google maps, because when I went down to the area today to look for it, I drove around for a while and couldnt locate the store. The owner of the shop should probably add some more pictures showing the surrounding buildings, rather than just his own store front and sign, and maybe hed get more customers. I drove 15 minutes to find this place, and couldnt find it, so I went to Comics-N-Stuff instead so that the trip wouldnt be a total loss.

Vintage consoles that still look like they could use some love, rude staff, but overall decent selection.

Amazing selection of action figures and toys of all genres. This is my primary favorite for all things collectible. If they can find it, or already have it, it doesnt exist. Some rare things ive seen are a real Iron Giant, as big as the giant godzilla, almost every vehicle from GI Joe, to He-man, star wars, and transformers. They have superheroes, and even obscure collectibles with a nice sprinkle of comics. Make this a place to explore if you can and are a collector.

Found buzz and woody for my son, they are from the first year the movie came out. Totally vintage but you could tell buzz had been opened and the wings are broken (which I didnt know at the time I purchased). But 4 year old doesnt know the difference. They have me 10% off total because I bought 2.
