Hans was the associate that helped us with finding our storage unit. We had gone to three other storage places before arriving at StorQuest. The experience was absolutely amazing. The facility is extremely clean and well built. I have to give Hans a ton of credit because he was very helpful answering every question we had, along with being professional and had a great attitude the entire time. I would recommend this company over any of the others we saw.

Destiny is an amazing employee and was a huge help to me. Not only did she answer all of my questions in detail, but she informed me about things I was completely unaware of. She is super friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She made the rental process smooth and easy.

Good access to units, from 9am to 6pm, helpful customer service from front office staff. One hallway was littered with food from elevator to the area I needed to go. Which did cause my wheels on my cart to stop often as I moved thru the hallway. It was still there the next day.

Staff have been great to myself and my wife. Excellent communication from their end, as well has friendly service. Not to mention, the place is pretty new so everythings in great shape here..

I recently visited this facility and found it to be clean and well maintained. This facility is what I would consider state of the art with all of the spaces air conditioned. All of the vacant units were clean and ready for move in. Doors operated easily, and they have some doors that are handicapped accessible, which i think is very considerate. The staff were attentive and helpful. The office and restrooms were clean, and it was easy to move items to any of the spaces. Plus, its very centrally located.

Sam at StorQuest did an outstanding job to get me checked-in and situated. This appears to be a more purpose facility. This busiy if very clean efficient, and secure. Their facility uses cylinder locks for the units, a three level facility with excellent freight elevator compared to the dozen or so places I look at around the county. Loading docks were covered which was nice during the rain storm going on today. Units are climate controlled to a reasonable level. I recommend this chain for renting.

While searching for a storage unit I had the following requirements. The facility has to be secure, clean, air conditioned and freeway accessible and near my home. StorQuest of La Mesa met all of my requirements and then some. The facility staff are professional and very helpful. When I first rented the unit the site manager was cleaning the common areas even dusting. AAA 100% great location

They never once judged me or made me feel less of a customer . They worked with me especially Jasmine the manager, they extended my due date twice, never once threatened to go to auction even though that was next . I get paid next Tuesday and cant wait to pay and maybe a hug to them for letting me keep my dignity and belongings . The storage facility is clean and new and reasonable prices . I would give more attention to the staff when referring because they are all top notch and deserve a raise . Its hard to find real good customer service . Im really glad I found it here . Being that I had to make last minute arrangements for storage for myself I did not expect much as far as quality or service. But boy, was I wrong. Storquest took care of my need 3 times over as I visited here in La Mesa constantly over the last week finally settling in on 2 units.I am so happily satisfied with everything about this place. Having to utilize self storage is never a fun or an easy to trust situation. There’s so many Variables involved n that’s why I’m writing this review. I’m very grateful for The ladies in this location, Sam, Jasmine, n Jessi. They have been consistently able to maintain Not only a professional And kind rapport with myself as well as other customers, but also a clean and safe atmosphere during a time in life I’ll be proud to put behind me. The last time I had to go in the office to try and figure out some details, Sam kindly listened to my concerns and was even able to help me figure out a manageable solution for my situation. I can’t say enough good things about these ladies. They truly have what it takes to be leaders in whatever they choose to do in the future. I’ve lost several units at other facilities and didn’t have the best feelings about storage places, however these ladies were Able to restore my faith in humanity just a little bit more. Great storage, great price, great customer service

The storage facility is clean, secure, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The units are clean and the whole building is climate controlled so I know my belongings are not going to get ruined from heat or insects. The only con I have is make sure to go on a weekday to unload as the weekends can get full since there’s only 4 parking spots to unload from.

I have storage needs and this is a good place to go to get them fulfilled. The manager was really nice, and I was like Is that a Zelda tattoo? And he was like, Yeah. So I got a storage unit RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. And Ive been putting stuff in it, and every time I go there my stuff is still there, and thats really all I can ask for in a storage unit, and they deliver!

Getting a unit online was so very easy. I was surprised and pleased with how easy it was and how user friendly the site is.The ladies in the office were amazingly friendly and helpful. The unit is very clean and the building was clean. There were hand trucks available which made transferring our things from vehicles to unit a breeze.Only downside, my bladder was about to burst and the ladies restroom was out of order.I highly recommend this facility.

The facility was very nice and well kept. The store manager, Megan, was very friendly and professional and she made the paperwork process a breeze. Its well secured and the 5x10 storage unit is perfect for what I needed to store. Reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend to anyone who has a smaller apartment and just needs a little bit of extra storage space.

Renting the storage compartment was completely painless. Robin was both professional and friendly; a delight to work with. The storage space we rented, a 5x10 climate-controlled space was spotless as were all the hallways and reception area w/restrooms. They have carts and freight elevators to make putting things in or taking them out easy. And the spaces really are climate-controlled with the temp at or about 75F. If youre looking for a temporary or long-term storage place I highly recommend StorQuest in La Mesa.

Our company has a unit at Storequest. We received a large shipment delivered there. They let us know when it arrived so our guys could go and pick up and store some of it. The storage unit is convenient and the people that work there are really great.

Megan was fantastic. She made the process, easy and quick. Was very patient with me in helping me make a decision, she even made an extra card with my gate code because I somehow lost it within 2 minutes of her giving it to me. Facility is clean and their ceilings are tall so I get to stand my couch upright.

Brandi, was friendly and helpful, she was able to change our reservation to a bin closer to the gate to accommodate for our heavy items. The facility is clean and temperature controlled. Prices were fair and best in class for the initial 5 months. Would definitely rent again here!

I rented two units from the facility in la mesa CA, one of my units got mice in it about nine months after being a tenant. I contacted the storage unit right away and showed the manager Felix the droppings as well as damage to my daughters doll collection. Felix gave me a vaccume that wasn’t charged to clean it and said he would move me to another unit that was larger for the same price, he judged needed to clear it with his district manager Edwin, I never heard back from him. I called repeatedly, no updates or cal backs. I called corporate who gave me Edwins number as well as sent emails and he never responded. I live in the Bay Area with my belongings in San Diego so I had to fly back down to San Diego to clean out my storage unit. The district manager Edwin has never reached out with empathy or assistance, instead he send me a contract charging me more for my storage unit as well as a letter stating the unit in not responsible for my damage and asking me to sign off on any and all current or future damages in order to give me one month of free rent for my inconvenience. I submitted the insurance claim which is onlyWorth $400 who disclosed that this storage facility has had nine claims since just January for vermin, clearly the problem wasn’t in my belongings. They have no care for you or your property, I couldn’t be more disappointed in a company with how they handle customers.

Just rented a storage space to clear out some clutter. The new facility is really nice, clean and affordable. But the absolute best part is the front office person Star who was so kind and professional. She restored my faith in humanity! Moved in yesterday in the pouring rain and because of the building design nothing got wet. Very happy with my choice. 😃

Just rented a storage unit at storquest. I was welcomed by Audie and she was awesome. She showed me the unit made sure it was what I wanted. Suggested some ways to make most of the unit and to stack high and make sure its secure. Would highly recommend this place. And make sure you get treated by Audie.

Changed my review from 1 to 3. I had issues that were resolved once I realized I was sending my emails to corporate office rather than the local office. The issue with passcodes to get through to the lift (once in the in/loading bay which is password restricted) where you still have to punch in your 6-digit code every time you need to use the lift. The fact that they increase your rental every six months is also similar to most other storage places.

Went in to storquest in La Mesa to inquire about sizing and pricing. Audie assisted my mother and I throughout the decision making. Audie was patient, helpful and answered all our questions! Great service, clean facility! Go see Audie and check out this storage facility, you will not be disappointed.

They are on top of there game, we did showed me all the different prices and by far theyre the best ones i found. location looks very secure and safe.
