I would give them zero stars if I could.RIPOFF!!! Dont order or send money. Ordered from them in past no problem, but lately, if youre lucky enough to get a hold of someone, he will give you a bunch of BS and promise you that it will ship out tomorrow. 5 tomorrows later, I still dont have a canopy.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Same story as everyone else unfortunately. Poor customer service and doesnt follow up on their promises. I was sent a tarp that was the incorrect size for my metal frame. Still havent received the replacement 3mo later. Very hard to reach by phone. Still waiting. I have other complaints too but this is the worst.
Kept saying item was on a container ship, delayed. After 6 patient months I asked for a refund, called every 2 weeks for 6 more months, they kept lying and promising. Finally gave up. $500 gone. Crooks. Avoid this company
$9000.00 tarp order that was placed in June of 2018. Just keep getting told its on the way or we are going to refund your money. Nothing yet.
Over a year with no product and no refund. Purchased a replacement canopy February 2015. They led me to believe that it was on its way from overseas. In August 2015, they agreed to cancel the order and send a refund check. I have just been getting the run-a-around since. Today, they hung up on me twice.
Having the same problems as everyone else. I ordered from this company two years ago with no problem. Reordered over three weeks ago and my order is still processing. Emailed twice; no response. Called twice and was told the same thing each time; he was having problems with his supplier and my order would ship in a day or two and I would have it by the end of the week. Also, when you call, it seems its going to his personal cell phone; he just answers like its a personal call. No This is Canopy Mart. How can I help you. Wondering if they are out or going out of business. Ive filed a dispute with PayPal. Ill report back as to whether I receive a refund or not.UPDATE: I was refunded my money but I did have to file a complaint through PayPal. Initially he wanted to give me a credit, which I refused. If you look on the webpage, he does have a money back guarantee, which Im assuming PayPal pressured him to honor. Good luck everyone.

Bad company. I ordered some tarps and they sent me the wrong sizes. I called and sent many emails, no answered in order to exchange it. What a waste of money, I will call the BBB bureau tomorrow.
I have the same story as everyone else, many months of promises by never a shipped product. Then they kept promising to refund my money but never would. It was too late to contest with the Credit Card. I eventually got them to refund my money after threatening legal action. too bad, I always had a good experience buying from them in the past.
Buyer beware...wish I had seen these reviews. They are not a legitimate business. I ordered from them...paid via paypal and they never delivered. I am now disputing with PayPal and hoping to get a refund.
