It might have only been one star or zero if applicable, simply because the time consuming process my wife and I had to endure for a rather simple purchase/transfer of line ended up costing us so many hours of our precious time and over two weeks duration to be completed,, but I went ahead with 2 Stars because in the end a very thorough supervisor named Oliver, (which an over-the-phone T-Mobile Expert named Tyrone was very reluctant to connect us with) was inevitably, at least, able to comp us with a couple of much needed phone protectors, (previously promised to us, for our prior inconvenience regarding the same matter Last week). Thank you Oliver sincerely, only. . . And T-mobile; YOU GUYS REALLY ought to LOOK INTO IMPROVING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED SKILLS AND AUTHORIZATIONS. Thanks a lot. Geeze

Came in to switch to a T-mobile service plan and walked out with 2 android phones. Excellent, professional service by Andrew who patiently took the time to explain the different options available as well as our repetitive questions and to top it off, he made the transition process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend this store for great customer service

After many years with the same phone (Note 3!) I decided it was time for a new one. I LOVE my phone and was very leery of all these new ones. But upon entering the store, i was greeted by a rep named Alan. He was very helpful, comforting and knowledgeable. He walked me through the specs of new phones and compared it tothe functions i currently use on my Note. I feel I made a very informed decision due to the excellent customer service provided. I totally recommend Alan to family and friends now.
I will definiely recommends Joel at this La Mirada branch. We couldnt go to the store when I first called and talked to him. He didnt hesitate to give his cell no so he can help us anytime we have the free time.He went to the store even though its his day off just to make sure we get the help we need transferring from another service.He continued working on it as our previous provider is giving us a hard time. And he followed up calling us at home when its done. He definitely delivered.I think Joel went above and beyond his duty and was so helpful and that made this experience great.This is what you call customer service at the highest level. Thanks Joel.

I love T-Mobile but I will NEVER enter that store again. I’ll stick with the awesome employees in Whittier - The Quad and Whitwood - such a difference in customer service at those stores!!
I had a great experience I went into the store and purchased my first iPhone 7 plus I have always been a galaxy android girl, Alan who helped me out go me in and out he was a great help and knew what he was doing he told me iPhone was way better than the galaxy and he is very right about that Im so in love with iPhone best T-Mobile worker there! No doubt if anybody goes to la Mirada t Moblie I recommend you ask for Alan such a pilot worker
Stores make mistakes . Accidently got charge for 2 iPhones mistakes happen but I have to be honest Ivonny the store manager she help me fix the problem, apologize for the mistake and not only that advice me if theres more mistakes please contact her asap . I was super mad for these mistake at the beginning but seen how this manager fix the issue made me realize mistakes happen to anyone thank your for the help and I recommend this store 100% and Im sure she will train her staff more to assured mistakes like this wont happen again . I never buy assessors for a cell phone from from a cell phone real retailer. I got talked into at t mobile. They offered a lifetime warranty on the glass protecter I Spent over $130 and assessors. The glass protecter breaks 2 months later I come back to Use the warranty and they tell me I have no warranty because I have no insurance never had any insurance on my cell phone I didn’t have any when I got the offer for the warranty yet they still sold it to me told me would be warranted. I feel cheated I’m changing to Verizon I’m never using or recommending T mobile again

Was very surprised by poor customer service. Have never experienced this at any TMobile store. Long story short I was overquoted per Joseph (Alan was previously helping me) Alan attempted to sell me a cover and protector with the phone as a bundle. He said it came together. Later Joseph said he was trying to upsell it as a bundle and no I would not be receiving a cover and protector with my phone purchase. Lastly, I left store for about an hour and when I came back they said the phone I originally wanted had been sold. Hard to believe. Alan blatantly lied to my face with 3 other employees standing around listening. He was upset when we started asking him to give us a breakdown of costs because our numbers and his numbers were not adding up. Disappointed in T Mobile I have always been a loyal customer and have never experienced something like this with them.
Was adding my grandparents to my acct and at first the lady that was helping them messed up the whole thing and set them up with devices that were not even needed. After i talked to Joseph the next day, he took care of everything and actually listened to what i needed so that my grandparents would be set (previous Verizon customers). Phones and tablets work great for them and of course, it saving them $90 bucks a month for switching. That store is newer so we walked in and started asking about the promotion plan and crunching the numbers and it didnt talke long for my grandparent to kick Verizon the curb and jump on with me at TMobile. Joseph was and would recommend going to hime or any or your plan/phone needs. If he can help my 70yr old grandparents setup their hotspot for the home computer and wifi only ipad, then he can def help you get a new phone plan. Great job guys and thanks again.
