The Guy is rude & speaks horrible English. Two times went there and both the times he told me to put the package on the floor without offering any receipt. I had to ask for that as packages contained PCs worth $1000 each. Everyone must ask for receipt. If possible go some other place and tell others to do so. He should not be in business.

The guy in charge takes forever, barely speaking english, he could easily be doing two things at once yet takes his time and always has a line!

Horrid! I dropped off a pre labeled 3 day UPS pkg and this guy sat on it for 2 days, I lost a customer because of it, NEVER AGAIN!

Ive been getting my mail there for a few years and am very satisfied. They also have lovely cards and gifts for sale. You can call them and they will answer if you got certain mail you are looking for, etc.

Family and I have used this Postal Stop for mail, shipping, faxing and Notary services for years. Excellent service and friendly people.

After I dropped off a package there, a week went by and it still wasnt in transit after checking the tracking #. Apparently UPS lost my package after they picked it up, but the store clerk was super awesome and she called UPS and they eventually found the package (it got lodged in a weird spot at their Cerritos facility so it went unnoticed). Great service

​I never write reviews, but this business is so exceptional - I had too. Bring your gifts, parcels, packages. Theyll box them for you affordably, efficiently, courteously and professionally.No Lines, convenient hours. Theyll give you all the major carriers and pricing options. I no longer live in La Mirada but I gladly make the drive. Anything bigger than a letter goes through them only. Its a no-brainer.
