I can see mixed reviews and I understand why. But for the last year Ive had the best service from the lady who works the counter almost everyday. Shes really polite and patient! This is also a great place to return Amazon packages as they print the labels for you.

Wouldn’t serve me unless I wore a mask. I won’t be back. Mask mandates are draconian and make zero sense if you are vaccinated.

Rude reception from attendant seemed she was annoyed to be working then when getting pricing they quoted me twice what I paid last time for same exact package shipping international. I asked if its cheapest and she said yes I expressed my concern I paid half that last week for USPS service and she told me they dont do international for USPS only UPS! Obvious lie, I then told her she was mistaken then manager came out and reaffirmed the statement, I then showed my receipt on my phone and then he apologized and then quoted me USPS saying he made mistake. Then after a LONG wait of keying in everything told me their USPS fund was $0 and that I would have to ship UPS or ship another day when they re-fund their USPS account. Obviously they didnt want me to ship USPSamd use more expensive service. Grabbed my package and went to the Fullerton UPS store that is actually friendly and not deceptive.

BE VERY CAREFUL THEY CHARGE $1.00 FOR A PHOTOCOPY...IS AN ABUSE !!!
