The ladies are always very pleasant, clean atmosphere. Not crowded, great place for resellers and Diyers to get what they need.

This store has a great variety of beautiful beads and gems of all kinds. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the staff. If only the good prices and i wide variety of different kinds of beads could outweigh the execrable customer service. Most employees are so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’ve been to this store quite a few times and I can’t lie and say that every experience I’ve had at this store was horrible, but most of my experiences were very unpleasant. I wish the future of your store the best of luck because if it keeps going in this direction it will fail miserably. -Lauren Hernandez.

Still stocking up (new location), but the couple of times Ive been in, the staff has been wonderful. FYI...they dont allow bags/purses, so be prepared to take just your wallet :)

The selection of crystal looked good. The selection of gemstone beads seemed low. But maybe thats not their specialty.It seemed odd to me to get through the security at the door, which we rang the doorbell a several times while employees looked at us and then be alloted 15 minutes to shop. For that reason its not a 5 star review.

They have a ton of choices and their prices seam very reasonable.

At 1st I was not sure if they were open to the public. No open sign, locked gate, you have to press a buzzer to get let in.But when I was inside I found exactly what I needed for my project.

Their policy changed. You now can shop in-store without an appointment. They only allow you to shop for 15 minutes. Such great variety of beads. Huge difference in costs compare to hobby lobby or Michaels. It is cheaper here and you can find good quality material

My 1st visit to the bead factory & was amazed by the variety of items available. The staff was very helpful & friendly...prices were beyond belief, compared to chain store prices, & would def recommend to a friend. Would if given 5stars, had they had Swarovski pearls & crystals on hand. Ill def be shopping there, in the near future. As an Army vet w/ ptsd, & a supply store such as the bead factory, i can keep my mind focused & create beautiful pieces.
