Drinks are great but dont come here unless you want to be surrounded by teenagers.

I got expresso coffee, which was excellent and robust. They helped us thaw and recover for an exciting day, from the steaming coffee to the delicious cinnamon roll.

Ice Vanilla Latte is a wow! I dont usually come here. But even my son liked the iced Latte. Its in the beans they use, definitely unique and special roasted. More visits in the future! 💃

Very inconsistent location. Some days Ill have a delicious drink and other days itll be watered down or the powder wasnt mixed well enough so Im drinking vanilla powder.

I was ignored and waited for over 50 minutes only to be told my order was never placed. Sad day wasted an hour of my time and didn’t even get anything back in return. Never coming back here again. Or any Coffee bean in general. Thank you for nothing

Line was pretty fast, out of cold brew at 8 a.m. and my scone was bleh and my iced latte had zero ice. Staff was sweet.

Went through the drive thru and it was great customer service was nice will go again.

This place has terrible community service and treats kids terribly. Recently, my friends and I were skating then we saw coffee bean with chairs outside we decided to take a break over there on the chairs. But then the manager came outside and told us to leave if we aren’t customers. So my friend went inside to buy waters for all of us, so we can be customers and sit down for once. Then they told my friend to buy something that isn’t water to be able to sit outside, then threatened to call the police on us. They told us to leave for “covid purposes” so apparently it is more dangerous for us to stay outside with our masks on, than eating/drinking outside without one? That is one way to make someone mad and not want to go there anymore.

Great customer service!! First time there and didnt really get the menu so i got Hot chocoate was a really good. Smooth and sweet but not to dark. Wish they had all the sweet breads but thats ok. I would come back and try it one more time.

The original ice blended mocha! Great for a hot day like today! Blended with the perfect balance of coffee, not too thick not too thin topped with whipped cream. Yummm! The staff is always courteous and friendly. Drive thru line was longer than usual, but moved pretty quickly.

They were out of EVERYTHING. Almond milk? No. Vanilla syrup? Sorry. Napkins? Umm... Nope. At least my coffee ended up tasting good with what was leftover.

The coffee is good the people are good just hope you don’t have any problems because there’s no way to physically speak with someone. It’s all done through online chat and or email only. I would’ve given them five stars if it wasn’t for that alone.

Always a solid choice for coffee. Their Vietnamese Coffee is my favorite thing on their menu. They also use the good ice.

Just had the best experience thanks to Rebecca. I had a terrible experience once and haven’t been back since. Today I went there to get my reward and she was amazing. Used drive through and asked for options, which she gave many patiently. When she saw me, she apologized for the wait and had a little conversation with me. She offered to do my coffee over if I didn’t like, but I loved it. Absolutely best customer service. Thank you. I will go back there again because of her😁

The staff is always super nice and makes drink fast.They are really helpful on deciding drinks to newcomers(like my friend who never had coffee bean now only drinks coffee bean).This place is close to my house so this is my second home! Coffee bean always has great seasonal drinks.Besides that, this is far by the best location I been to.

Every time I go here, the parking lot is full but there is only about 6 - 7 customers inside! Where are all the cars coming from??And, there are arrows IN PLAIN SIGHT AND VISIBLE on the ground dictating the flow of traffic through the parking lot. Why is it not enforced? It was a big waste of time and money!

I love their Teas and there are so many to choose from. The inside is a nice hang out lounge and feels really cozy.

The staff is so friendly and they have such great service. The inside is fairly spacious and I love all of the light that goes into this location. Its also very clean and the drive thru is very convenient.

Ok location. Very slow service. People were nice. Dont understand the face mask in the drive thru. Most places let it slide if you dont have yours handy. Of course really dont understand face mask in general but that is not important here.

Barista was very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. He helped me pick out my drink-- the Vietnamese cold brew which was SO yummy at first but sadly it didnt taste as good for the last half. Although to be fair, it could be partly because I left it sitting for a bit. Excited to explore the rest of the menu!

Best coffee in CA. The place gets packed but still feels super friendly. You order the kind of coffee in terms of what kinda bean. They grind it on the spot and then drip one cup at a time. They ask you if you want sugar and cream then wala, the most amazing cup of joe youll find in the city.

Very Bright and comforting atmosphere. Kind server. Only downside was the noise coming from behind the counter (coffee brewing mchn?) So we had to step outside to talk. Other than that...very nice place to go have cup of coffee!!

It is always my choice over starxxxxs but they are getting harder and harder to find. Sad for me and some others. In general they do fall short when it comes to customer service against star. But i enjoy their coffee so much more....

Dont let you eat outside food inside. If you plan to bring in outside food, be prepared to be harassed. At other locations Ive had no problem ordering a Coffee Bean drink and eating a real meal from nearby restaurants while I study.Seems like an odd business model to pester hungry students and professionals who make a good portion of your customers. I can understand if it was an actual restaurant with good food options, but they specialize in drinks. Its like going to Jamba Juice for a smoothie but driving people away who bring food. Im not sure if it is just this location, but I sure hope so.

Excellent location, with a drive-through, indoor and outdoor seating and restroom. Friendly staff that make drinks quickly and very well. Try the Nitro cold brew, very strong but good taste for a cold coffee.

I really enjoy everything at coffee bean. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey. My wife bought one of their tea boxes and it was $20, thats a bit much. Also, DO NOT go after Walker Jr. High is let out, 12-14 year olds take over and remind me of how difficult it is at that age. No manners, no respect and they think there are no rules. Nothing against Coffee Bean, they make a good product. Just watch out for all the kids after school.
