Ive dressed my last 3 Harleys w Performance Machine components. Style, fit, finish and durability are top notch.

Very disappointing sales and unresponsive customer service. Spent over $3500 on five truck wheels in December 2015. The salesman (Ian S) sold me the wrong lock rings (I gave him my exact tire model and size spec.s) and three of the wheels failed within 200 miles. Its June 1 2016 and I am still waiting for them to ship me the correct lock rings. A lot of people have positive comments about PM Truck Wheels, so whenever they finally ship the correct lock rings, I hope to have quantity wheels, but right now they are horrible at returning voicemails and horrible at knowledge of their own product (selling the customer the wrong lock rings is pretty bad). At this point - 6 months and still no usable wheels - I wish I never did business with this company. Ill update my review when they finally ship the correct rings and I can use the wheels. Heck their warranty is half over and I cant use the wheels.Finally returned all wheels as PM never could send the correct lock rings. Hope this company goes out of business so nobody else gets left in the cold. Awfully sad when three out of four wheels fail within the first 200 miles and the company doesnt care. And they are never able to ship the correct lock rings.

Literally not one person will answer the phone. I have tried every department, multiple extensions etc. Horrible customer service.

The worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. Called from the UK to request a replacement bushing for my Harley Davidson suspension unit, was advised it would be minimal cost - then charged nearly £90 for shipping a £2 bushing - with no approval given.Contacted customer service to see if it was a mistake and told only that this is the standard charge for international shipping. I had a full springer seat + mounting hardware and passenger pad delivered from the US for £35 the week before.... absolute joke. Will not be using this company again.

Worst company to deal with. I physically went to their building and dealt with the most unhelpful blonde woman Ive ever met. I just need replacement front brake pads. They cant sell them. She tells me to call and place an order. Can I pick them up today? No. She sent me on a wild goose chase to a dealer that is probably out of business judging from the look of the unlabeled shut garage. I have a feeling this caliper is coming off the bike soon. And no PM parts will ever end up on any bike of mine again I swear to god.
