I work for a business that does a lot of printing. Seems that this location cant do things that many others do. Its 8:30am and they have been open for 30min Im told the machine hasnt been turned on to cut copies in half. They said they need several hours to print 100 B&W copies single sided on regular paper. Again, seems that THIS location is the one that cant do things. Last time I come here.
I’m super thankful to Freddie (manager) and Ashley. There was another supervisor/manager (on Saturday...I believe his name was Marco) that also provided the patience, support and CUSTOMER SERVICE that I am very grateful for. Having obituaries done last minute, I was totally flustered but thanks to them, it wasn’t as complicated and stressful as it could have been.Thank you again!
I will never give Walmart a 5 star they have the worst customer service. The only reason they dont get a 1 star is because they have a lot of stuff. Well if you go completely automated, dont ask for anything, and use the self checkout you should have a good experience.
Great place to make a few quick copies and not too pricey for black and white- but I wish they had more than 2 self serve copiers.
Employees slow responding understaffed and need more copiers and fax machines ....

The door wasnt working properly this morning so it took a minute to get in but the staff (I only saw one person) was nice and helpful. He looked busy working alone but he was handling it like a pro. Equipment worked well and they had a couple extra items I needed to organize my papers. It was clean and organized. The bathroom was fairly clean also. There are two bathrooms and they were co-ed. The one I used was large enough for wheelchair access but the sink was high. I prefer this location to other locations because I have a pleasant experience here whenever I go.
Great experience. Needed to use a work station to print and scan. This store had good equipment, friendly service. Everything I needed in one place, a really good experience.
I came here to ship a package back to a company that I bought something from as a return. The company provided a shipping label for FedEx which is why I came here. I brought the exact same box and stuffing that was provided with the package that was sent to me. The staff not only had zero personality, but it took forever to get help. There was one person helping the packages and several other employees doing other things but not with customers. I waited approximately 20 minutes just to be serviced and was told that they would help tape up my package but when I got to the front the lady required that I add extra filler unnecessarily. I ended up having to pay $4 for filler that wasnt required when the company shipped it to me but that I had to pay for now. It was absolutely unnecessary and she wouldnt just take my package up without me paying for this. I am just reminded why I do not use FedEx for shipping! I ended up spending over 20 minutes in that store, spent more than $4 for something I didnt need, and had horrible service all just because I needed to return a package that was already paid for. Never again!

Of all the FedEx Office locations I have visited, this was my worst experience. There were not enough employees working and many customers that needed help. One of the associates was sort of rude. The self-service machine did not appear to be working properly, and of course there was no associate that I could ask to assist me. Just as well, since the machine indicated that there would be a $10 hold placed on my card. I was not especially happy with the idea of there being a $10 hold on my card, when I was only making one black and white copy! So as it turns out, this trip was a total waste. Next time if I want to make a copy of something Ill just go to the library instead.On the upside, I must say the store was set up nicely. Although this is a smaller location than many, the computer area was very spacious. There was even a table and a few chairs where one could sit and organize papers etc.
All I have to say is if you are a consumer that likes to get what you pay for do not go to this FedEx it is a shame because it is a nice spot
Was in a time crunch. Needed to print some color documents, trim the paper size down, and staple them in a complicated way. Everything I needed was there, and clean. Staff was helpful, fast, and friendly.
Print documents here since we dont have a printer at home. Bit of a pain to navigate the menus.
Five stars for their straight cutting station! We went to the one in Fullerton and the cutting station was crooked - and we cant have crooked wedding invitations! My fiancée was able to get the invitations cut in a much more timely manner with this far more excellent cutting apparatus.
Guy cuts in front of me by starting his own line. Not the problem, Ashley just calls him instead of asking and calling next person. Today I needed a receipt so I have to wait for the guy to dictate the address to her. Not a good experience today.
The staff is very helpful, and welcoming. Ive watched them walk customers through the entire process.Brian helped me print a few large scale plots. He was nice and comfortable to talk to.
I walked in looking to print a few hundred copies. Walked up to the counter, as I had not been to a fed-ex center recently, and was unsure how to get them printed. When I walked up, and told her I wanted this copied, the rep, without a smile or a word, simply pointed to the back where they apparently had one of those self-serve printer.after struggling with that for about 10 minutes, I finally got that taken care of. Now, I wanted pads made out of those copies. I walk up front again, and let them know I need the copies padded. After waiting 5 minutes, the lady comes up and tells me they are too busy to take my order today and can only be ready in three days. However, she insisted that I drive 3 miles further and give this job to another fed-ex print station. It was clear that she did not want to do work that day, and she was simply trying to get away from doing my job. I went to the on on Corporate Drive in Cyprus, and they had great costumer service and took care of me. Will never come here again.
I printed 27 pages from my email and faxed it. I needed to reprint the same pages because they were printed too small. I came back today and explained my dilemma. The gentleman with a mohawk and goatee helped me out and refunded me for the printing. I dont recall his name but he was very helpful to myself and everyone I saw him help after me. He has excellent customer service, his co-workers Im not so sure. So look for him if you good service.
Bad customer service. They are very picky about shipping drop-offs. I never heard rule like that for shipping box from any other carrier UPS, USPS even other FedEx office. Only brand new, Only heavy duty box, Not accept Lowes regular moving box, Not accept box which filled by air cushion, No reuse box, No adjusted box by box reducer…. Etc. They may want to sell their new box in their office.I dropped boxes which were refused by them at other FedEx office. Other FedEx office has no problem with those boxes.
Hello This fedex, has been around for over 20 years, I have been going here back and fourth over the years, I moved away for 10 years, and live in Anaheim Hills now. However, still go here, As the staff here is great, and if you forget something you call in, they remember you, and help you and take care of the issue. Darrin is great he has helped on several occasions. Have to say if you need printing service, whether is self serve or they print or send packages, trust this FedEx.The service is good, even you are rushing have a bad day, they wont judge and help you with a smile.READ SOME REVIEW. The box was good... She refuse it because I put to much tape. She send me to a different FedEx that will accept it. Go figure
Horrible customer service. The staff is always complaining and never helpful. It almost feels as staff wants to get rid of their customers. I highly recommend going to the Lakewood location. I live right next to this FedEx, however I honestly think it is worth driving a few extra miles to a different location. I have never had a positive experience at this location.
I got a shipment from FedEx,it was the wrong item so I went and tried shipping the item back in the same box and the person in the front said I wouldnt ship it that I needed to buy a new box.But I could go elsewhere and they would accept it. If other locations accept it why wouldnt this location. This is BS and I guess they have to sell a number of boxes per month. This is a huge inconvenience and now I have to drive out to find a different location.Look how far the other locations are from here..not like I can drive 5 minutes and be at the next location.
Not the best customer service at this location. Problems with copiers/printers and if you ask staff for assistance they will charge more to make copies/print for you. Dont charge your customer extra because your copiers/printers need maintenance
To drop off a small box with a prepaid label, I visited them 3 times and still wasnt able to ship. They are extremely fussy -- the box has printing on the outside, the box has a small hole, there is not enough stuffing. I told them that I will sign a waiver of liability so please take the box as is but NO! Poor policies, poorly trained staff. Fed Ex is on its way out... I hope so.

They get pretty busy in the mornings so it will be hard to print anything huge if you are in a rush. Key is to go at opening.Have Brian help you with printing because he rocks. He helped me print out something and prepared it quite fast. He didnt even need to ask many questions and just knew what I was looking for. From printing to cutting to binding and ringing my up at the register, it was all so fast and smooth. Thumbs up!There is another worker there that kind of just stares at you and makes you buy unnecessary stuff. He has a bad accent, dontlisten to him.If you are going to print, have it ready on an USB. Do not trust their old old computers and what not. The internet there sucks. Do not trust, just be ready!
I WOULD GIVE THWM 0 STARS! THEY MEASURED MY PRODUCT WRONG AND GAVE ME A WRONG SIZE BOX AND WONT EXCHANGE IT OUT BCUZ I DONT HAVE A RECEIPT. I DO HAVE THE TRANSACTION ON MY BANK STATEMENT AND THAT DOESNT MATTER! THEY TOTALLY WILL SCREW U OVER BCUZ THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB! FIRED!
I had a very good experience with this Fedex location recently. I came in with a request to get a print job done. Patrick and Michael were at the store and they were very professional and gave me the different quotes i asked for. They broke down the pricing for me so i can make a decision, everything was very clear and the process was smooth. Patrick went beyond to let me know know when the printed pieces were ready and it was a quick turnaround. I say this is because I had such a bad experience from the Cypress location so coming in was like heaven to me. Overall, I want to say a big thank you to the Fedex team there and great work you guys have done there!

Rude customer service. Came in to get set up on repeat deliveries and the manager told me that I need to be ok with my products getting flipped. She told me I needed to contact fedex because she didnt know what to do. I explained that I used to receive the product I make from another supplier and it was never flipped over. She says again, you need to contact fedex. I said youre being rude, she said realistic, not rude. With such a huge corporation, I would expect fedex to stay on top of their customer service. After seeing the other reviews, its obvious they are not.

This is the worst place than hell - suckiest with the weirdest rules and requirements about shipping containers... They are so desperately making more money$ that is why they are so nitpicking and picky about the shipping containers - they will try to find and exploit any minor faults of your shipment just to try to sell their containers... this is a crazy place - Go-UPS! If Fedexs management is reading this, please make corrections ASAP.
I have been to this location 6 times in 3 Years & had to alter my package to have them ship or they offered to do the alteration for a price. I have never had this happen at the Post Office. Todays latest failed attempt to ship something with Fedex I was shipped something from Amazon that was incorrect & Fedex was the deliver method. I sealed the box exactly how Fedex Delivered it to me & Printed out return label I walked over to send it back upon arrival I was told I needed to add filler to the Package before they could ship. FAIL again Fedex La Palma! They did not offer to have me open, fill & reseal this would have been satisfactory. Upon returning to the same location I asked for the Manager & explained the 6 Failed attempts on their part to ship something for me. She explained that it was Corporate Policy as a consumer I feel its a policy to get a few more dollars out of every shipper I have never walked out of the Post Office & not shipped something or was offered some Free alternative to make the package acceptable for shipping.
Came in here to get something ship. They refused to ship it and would only do so if I paid extra money for a special box priced at 10x the amount for the normal box. I had to buy everything go home and then ship it myself. The people here are useless.
Staff is not very attentive especially if you are just dropping off packages only if you are interested in their other added value services.

Sending stuff back thats not breakable in the boxes FedEx delivered them in exactly how FedEx delivered them they wont take them because they put a little finger hole in one of the boxes says it needs a new box and the other ones they delivered said they need more filler that I would have to pay for

Rude customer service. Emily greeted me with an attitude by saying my package missed the delivery cutoff. We called in to see what time the cutoff was and they told us 6:00pm. I got there at 5:35pm and they said the cutoff time was 5:30pm.
For being a copy place and only having one available copiet qq aquas this place is not what it advertises.
Theres always a line, they are always understaffed, and they are so restrictive about what kind of items you can drop off there.

Not a good place to drop the package unless you want to spend extra money for additional packaging. Theyd not accept the package unless they charge for additional packing fee. Funny thing is that they told me Fedex ground would accept as it was.

Similar experience just like other reviewers. Bad customer service. Either could not or would not answer my questions...seemed annoyed I was even there. Would not ship item unless it was packed in a box, even though I brought it just as how I received it from fed ex ground.
