They are very helpful friendly and nice they also make sure the students get everything they need to start their classes. My daughter is only going into her 2 semester of college and they have made it very easy for her to find everything she needs for class. Sorry I dont know their names. The store is not open late enough. I dont get off until 3:30pm . So I cant never get my books I need for class. Im reading out the wrong book due to teacher telling me I had the right book, until I start class then says I needed the next edition.. Honestly this school is a scam. There are 4 csm areas for school but only one book store.. They should stay open until 6pm. No excuses.

I edited the hours, meant for all ending times to be in pm. Great college though!!!

Good place to buy snacks on campus and has all the books you need for classes. The lounge upstairs is a good place to hang out

Being a new CSM student I needed a lot of things for classes and the staff there was very helpful when it came to finding the right books for the classes I was taking and there is a lot like area to take advantage of the free wifi and quiet to study.and there is always snacks downstairs.

Plan accordingly they are working overtime and practicing social distance only 10 people in the store at a time others wait in line outside.

The Manager is awesome. Mel is fabulous. They both were so helpful.

Price match guarantee and quick lines when purchasing my books. Ill skip Amazon again next year.

Ok store but need friendlier clerks but downstairs where you buy your books from very friendly service.

Predatory pricing meant to trap people who cant leave the campus to buy elsewhere or need things immediately for class. 9$ for a small pack of post-its? Disgusting.

Poor customer service. Gets sarcastic when asking questions. Gave me a hard time when I asked for a plastic fork. Definitely not student-friendly

The books here are so expensive and you can only return them once a semester. the school changes new editions each semester to keep you buying the same books at full price. they only change like 1 chapter. if you can find a place that sales the same books but cheaper please do so

The staff is mostly rude when trying to ask them for explanations and references. Even when you come off respectful, they make you feel like you are annoying them. It is the adults more so than the student staff.

Some of what they sale is very expensive. I would just stick with getting books for class.
