Hands down, Arcadian Computers is the best computer shop in town and dare I say it, in the entire east coast region. Jonathan and Bryan are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the field and there is nothing that I have brought them that they could not fix.Also, if you need a custom build for any project for personal or professional use, they would be more than happy to sit down with you and think tank you the perfect setup that would best fit your specific requirements. I personally have had two such builds done by them and I always take my computers in for them to service.Their prices are fair and reasonable and you will always leave their shop feeling happy and satisfied, knowing that they know their stuff and that you and your computer are in the best hands possible.I can never trust another shop to take care of my builds so long as they are in business and even if I live halfway across the globe, I will always come back to Arcadian Computers for all my computer needs.

Great shop if you need a PC, NAS, or specialty computer built. Team was very knowledgeable and excited about all things tech. They took the time to make me feel welcome and educated be about several products.

I spilled water on my MacBook Air and it got fried, so I went to Arcadian to see if they could recover the data. They did, the process was easy, and they couldn’t have been nicer! I was looking for a USB Bluetooth Adapter and I stopped in Arcadian Computers behind Wendys in Hawthorn Plaza Shopping Center off of 301 in La Plata, MD. The La Plata Wall Mart computer guy told me they might have one.They didnt have one, because they dont sale many supplies. However, John did explain to me in detail exactly what I needed to know for my continuing search.They are a privately owned computer repair center. They can service, build and consult involving all your computer needs. They can also design your website to your pre acceptable specifications.

So glad that Arcadian Computers is right up the street, and any single time weve had even a question about something, these guys were there to help. Making our online stuff so much easier! Outstanding, honest, Great!

The guys at Arcadian Computers are awesome! I brought in my MSI laptop which had some hardware issues, and they promptly diagnosed and fixed it! And when I called about being in a time constraint due to me moving out of state, they did everything they could to get it done as fast as possible; and with time to spare!They are very helpful, and do a very nice job. Go see them if you want your computer fixed right the first time and at a great price!

Been a very long time since I had my laptop serviced, but had to return to write a proper review. Excellent team, honest assessment, prompt service, and reasonable pricing. Moved to Huntingtown a couple of years ago, but recommending Arcadian Computers to my step-son.

I have shown up three times within business hours and no one around and nobody picks up phone. From what I see all reviews doesn’t even come close to my experience and it is the only one in local area. With out a long distance travel.

It was clear that Jonathan was very knowledgeable in his field as he began telling me what the problem could potentially be after I explained to him that my PC wouldnt bring power to my peripherals and RGB lights over the phone. I told him I recently moved and he told me it could simply be that the RAM came lose. It turns out that that was the problem! He fixed my computer without me having to even take it in! If I ever have a problem with my PC in the future I will no doubt bring it to Arcadian Computers.

AMAZING!!! Purchased my HP Pavilion X360 in April 19 and spilled a drink in it August/September-ish. The screen blacked out and I wasnt sure what to do next, I didnt purchase the warranty like I thought I did. So grateful I was referred to Arcadian Computers, they were able to fix my laptop in no problem and the guys that run the place are just Awesome (cant thank you guys enough). The process was not rushed, they were honest about the issues and made no guarantees. They were willing to work with me! 11/13/2020 - I cannot say enough about the gentlemen at Arcadian Computers. Their level of knowledge is only surpassed by their quality of customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone for any computer issue. I walked into their shop without an appointment and worried about the loss of my information and possible expense. Within minutes Jonathan was looking at my computer and 30 minutes later I was walking to my car with my computer as good as new.Gentlemen, Thank you.5 Stars isnt enough. Jonathon arrived almost immediately after my call. He worked very diligently to identify and repair the problem in a short amount of time. Very personable. This was my first experience with Arcadian Computers. Jonathan walked me through various builds within my price range as well as the pros and cons for each one.I scheduled an appointment, which may or may not have been needed, and came into the shop with my parts in tow.Jonathan quickly got to work after verifying every part was there. He made sure to include me in the process as the machine was being assembled, letting me know what was being done along the way. The scope of this fact is professional as it makes you feel more like an assistant than someone who is in the way watching someone work.I would have no qualms suggesting people to this business as well as making return visits to the place should future needs arise.

I admit I went in with my laptop and a preconceived notion that to say the least was not positive at all. What occurred was amazing. The associate took my laptop and figured out what was wrong and explained it clearly so a layman can understand. The price also was incredible, so much so I paid more then what was asked. Arcadian has changed my entire philosophy from what I perceived to what I know now. I had them change out the hard drives in both mine and my wife’s computers also. The speed now is incredible. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jon recently. I was having computer issues and he was able to diagnose and correct my failing hard drive. In the end, I decided to purchase a new computer, Jon was able to provide the type of computer that would best suit my needs. When the laptop arrived, he transferred all of my files (which is a lot) from my old computer to the new computer. Jon put the lingo in easy terms for me to understand. He didnt overcharge me and I am pleased with the work accomplished. I will definitely come back to this shop for all of my computer needs.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I used to just go to websites like Cyberpower to get my new gaming rigs, but why, when theres Jonathan and Brian? I gave them my current computer specs, what I wanted to see out of my next build and a budget and they whipped up an amazing work of genius. Highly recommend! Bought a used laptop from them that they hand picked, had them do some upgrades to it. Went to pick it up and it was love at first sight. These guys are awesome once again highly recommend, cant say that enough!

My first need for computer repairs, in my case a failing hard-drive, much impressed with the service and extra attention to detail, plus sound advice to keep repairs on an old laptop within budget.

Built a PC. Had everything I needed but a disk drive. Went to Best Buy Walmart staples. Literally every where. Nobody had one. Came here knew exactly what I needed had my disk drive in seconds was charged a great price for my item. Will be going here a lot more for PC specs and hardware.

We are so very grateful to Arcadian Computers! Our computer had completely stopped working and we were terrified we had lost all our pictures from the last ten years. They worked so hard recovering basically all of our information and pictures allowing us to avoid the decision of having to pay an extensive amount of money to a send out service or loose all our treasured pictures... we could not be more relieved and grateful for their hard work!!! And then they went above and beyond to fix and answer all the questions and glitches that came up with the installment of a new hard drive! For several years, we have counted on Arcadian Computers to diagnose and fix problems we have encountered with our laptop computers. Whether the issue involved hardware, virus, or data recovery the guys at Arcadian have gotten us up and running in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Therefore, when my laptop finally became too old, too slow, too temperamental and ran out of storage, I stopped by Arcadian Computers to ask for a recommendation on a replacement. I had considered what was available at chain stores and on line, but after some discussion I opted to have the guys at Arcadian build me a custom laptop with solid state hard drive and lots of storage. Less than a week later I am the proud owner of a super-fast laptop with plenty of room for all my photos and music. All this, setup, and transfer of data from my old machine at a cost less than I would spent going through a chain store. I really appreciate the personal attention I receive at Arcadian Computers.

Drove 45 minutes to try and get in and store was closed at 10:30a. Sign said they would be back in the afternoon and that they were off site. Microcenter it is I guess.
