When I first called I spoke with Vaughn. He was incredibly helpful on the phone and was able to reserve the units I needed. The following day I met Kelly on-site. She was very outgoing and knowledgeable. After touring the units, she explained pricing, thoroughly reviewed the contract, and explained their payment process. The units were very clean and the site looks well maintained. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Self Storage Plus.

From 2017 till present Ive leased a unit at LaPlatas Self Storage Plus. The office staff are very positive and professional, the billing system is super easy to work with, and the units are well lit and very clean. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Great experience overall. Positive and very helpful staff. I was able to store some things for a few months during a move and it was perfect. Climate controlled and easy to access. If I ever needed a place to store stuff safely. It would be here.

I was injured in a severe accident and lost my residence. I was a little slow in paying because I had lost my income. They were patient with me and very understanding. Their facility was immaculate, and their personnel were professional. I could not have been better treated, and my overall experience i would rate as an A+! It was a difficult time for me, and my payment was late a couple of times. I communicated with them, and they were patient. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Definitely a 5 star rating is deserved. I wasnt super late but my income was interrupted and i never went to late but they understood my situation and worked with me. It was a very stressful time for me, and dealing with self storage plus was a pleasure!

I recently used this storage facility, and was very pleased with the location and ease of being able to travel in and out. I loved the fact that, it was off a busy street and just how well maintained the area was. I would definitely use them again. Very friendly and caring staff.

It was cool until my rent was almost tripled

I feel good about my things being stored at Self Storage Plus in La Plata. I do wish they kept the temperature cooler in the hot summer months. My candles melted and I was very disappointed in how hot it was inside the building. Other than that, its fine.

I stored the contents of my aunt and uncles home for a few months. My aunt was very nervous because of past experiences with other storage facilities. This was my first experience ever using a storage unit and it was very professional from the time i walked In there until the time I cancelled my membership, due to me finding a home. The two ladies that I dealt with were the best, I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. The storage units, facilities, and grounds were always clean! I have had my stuff there for about 4 years and it’s been great. Clean and love the staff. Very caring and pleasant.

The people are so friendly here and the process of renting is a pretty quick one. I reserved over the phone and came and got the storage unit as we were staging our house. Only drawback is that there is no way to get a hold of the property manager if they are out on the lot and everytime I go there its only one person so you have to wait. I wish they had a call box to alert the people out on the property.
