I couldnt get an estimate for repairs unless I left the item for a week or more. I think thats alot of wasted time for a minor repair. And lets just say the estimate came back too expensive, youve already wasted.a week or more. Im impatient, sorry, NOT sorry.

This jewelry store is conveniently located in my neighborhood which is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has competently repaired, cleaned, replaced batteries from my watches. Ive been to this jeweler twice. Both times were a good experience. Not only did they repair my jewelry, but I learned a few things from them as well. I can tell they care about their customers here. And a bonus.. it smells amazing inside! I recommend buying the strawberry candle for your home. And using their professional services too, of course.

I’ve used this shop several times now for repairs and find the service and pricing to be of the highest order. I don’t need to go anywhere else for repairs and will be bringing my wife in to look at their jewellry (sp, I’m British) for sale

Had an heirloom ring re sized, and they did a wonderful job.

Took two watches for battery replacement, both were done within an hour. 10/10 would use again

Waited 3 months for a watch repair and still not done as of 5/25/2016
