Shady business practices,they force you to come in store or have someone come out to you in order to just see prices. This is the kind of business that overcharges for basic information and we talked to the manager 2 times explaining we did no feel comfortable driving over 60 miles back and forth to just seen the prices and he did in fact state we can give u prices over the phone but did not proceed to do so. Im pretty sure this place sells shady fibered carpets, hense having you invest time and money only to see the prices. Do not come here for any kind of padding or carpet, we had the dimensions and carpet preferences already but no bueno on any kind of information other than youll have to come in. look at the other reviews, its just 5 stars no comments reviews that the owner put up.

Not customer friendly. Dont waste your time. I came here for selection. I did not even have a chance to check out the selection yet. And she already made me feel like I am wasting her time.

The sales associate is awful, she kept saying “If you just let me finish..” before we even had a chance to even ask her any questions. She assumed that we were looking for the cheapest style of carpets.The receptionist was just as clueless. Honestly, just go to Home Depot.

Overestimate the square footage, so labor and padding and carpet are all overestimate accordingly.. not quite honest . I compare with 2 other company which had similar square footage, so I did not use carpet King
