I came here and was offered a vaccination by pharmacist, rupa. I was educated that flu vaccine covers four different virus protection. Better quality vaccine. I inquired about pneumonia. She further advised to get pneumonia vaccine. I am health care worker with higher risk for getting covid. Thank you Rupa for education and helping me to be more protected with covid 19. I am urging everyone to get vaccinated here

I would go here all the time and everyone was always friendly. I cant say about now since I havent been there in 3yrs but I always enjoyed going there and have even small chatted with the people and a few of them even knew my name since I have been going there for over 15yrs. They would sometimes ask me to please leave my bag/backpack or theyd let me leave my bags (both situations) behind the cash register. I can understand since I know theres frequent petty theives. I recommend a make over to freshen this place up but I also like seeing my childhood store ☺️

What a great store! I bought a pair of cute shoes at Payless last week, and had them no more than 3 days before I tripped on a curb and fell flat on my face. The right shoe was totaled. Ripped the toe to the inside fabric. I went to Payless tonight thinking I was just going to buy another pair. I showed them my shoes and asked them to help me find another pair like them. I ended up with a similar pair, but not the same. When we got to the check out, the lady asked for the shoes I was wearing (the ripped ones) and returned them and replaced them with the new, also slightly cheaper shoes, refunding the amount of the difference. I was NOT expecting that. Way to go above and beyond!!Also, while we were there, we left a shopping bag full of new work clothes for my husband. We were very distraught over losing the bag, but I was so happy with my experience at this store I was about to come post my review and thats when I remembered where we left the bag. I called and they had it. This just makes my experience even better. Thanks!!!!

Rude cashiers and customer service here at this location, isn’t what rite aid used to be. CVS or Walgreens for me now.

Ive given the store 3 different chances. The three different chances have all disappointed me. Just bad customer service no assistance, no help. They are also not coupon friendly.

Best pharmacy staff in the world. They even helped me out for getting a coupon code for my diabetes medicine which cost me 5 dollars per month instead of 65 dollars

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!! The haspanic lady named Aracely was serving multiple customers with a bad attitude! She was texting and talking on her personal phone during her shift! When we asked what ice cream flavors they had she rolled eyes and told us. When my friend and I asked if she can open a flavor she said no not until the others ran out. She was giving terrible attitude ! DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

Bought a crystal Pepsi and it was WAAAY past the best by date :/ disappointed that they dont change the sodas often

Horrible service from the latina with glasses. Shes very rude n unprofessional. Avoid getting prescriptions filled by her.
