We had expensive Hunter Douglas blinds installed a year ago which we loved. Some were black out some were not. The engines in the non black out shades were not working properly. We called Mark he was out at our house in short order and discovered the engines installed by the company were inadequate. Mark dealt with Hunter Douglas got the right mechanisms and made the blinds perfect. We were so impressed with how Mark made every thing right and handled all Hunter Douglas issues for us even though it was nearly 1 year from the original install and the defect was not his fault. 2 big thumbs up and we recommend Mark and his company to anyone needing blinds and great service. Kind and always on time as well. THE BEST !

January 10, 2016I had the best experience with Lifetime Blinds yesterday. We had purchased a new home and we needed someone to put up our eight blinds. I called Mark, the owner, and he said he could come on Saturday between noon and one oclock. He showed up right on time at twelve oclock.He was genuinely nice and even so courteous that he took his shoes off to work in our home. Mark was unbelievably quick. He had all the blinds up and hung within a short time. They were done just perfectly. I would recommend Mark/Lifetime Blinds to anyone. Not only was he professional, but he was amazingly efficient. Wow. Ive been wanting new blinds since we bought our house three years ago, but didnt know where to start or what to pick. Mark came to our house, helped me make selections for 3 different windows, held onto the blinds while we were away, and then came exactly when he said he would, and installed them -- and they are wonderful!!
