Called in to acquire availability on a particular item, prior to driving to the stores location. Crystal, answered the phone with a cheerful disposition and a smile; which I virtually felt through the phone. Crystal placed me on a brief hold, and returned with the information I requested. Upon my arrival, Crystal fast tracked my purchase & had item loaded into my vehicle; while continuing to display a professional, assertive and very accommodating work ethic....And did so with a smile. It is because of Crystals performance, that I will return to this particular store. Outstanding job Maam!

This is the epitome of full service liquor, wine and beer stores, it has every type & brand that you can imagine and some you cant. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Costco may be less expensive on certain items but the variety and experiences BevMo provides on each and every visit is well worth an extra couple of dollars.

Worst Bevmo ever the manager here Rhiannon Page has some issues with people of color when we walked inside she didnt even smile or help us stayed on her phone and than helped other white customers who came in after we did, so we just left the store this place needs a new manager asap this woman doesnt seem to like foreigners very disappointed.

Where is Happy Dad?

The store in La Quinta has a sign taped to the door stating it is “temporarily closed due to staffing issues”, which I found out after driving there to pick up a Curbside delivery order placed online earlier that same day (12/3/2020). My rather pricey order is paid for online but held hostage inside this location until they reopen, it’s been two days now. No answer to their phone either. There isn’t anything on their sign stating what to do about a situation like this.

Booze is always good but I bought some crackers for the meat and cheese and seems it expired back in August, it is November after Thanksgiving now. :( Should check your food product more often before someone gets sick.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They were having their 5 cent sale where when you buy 1 bottle of certain wines you can get a second for 5 cents. They also have wine and beer tastings on certain days - typically Friday and Saturday. Check the website ahead to see what theyre offering.

No Justin Isociles or Clos du Bois Marlstone.....but many other fine selections.

If you want vodka, beer, or wine this is the place. I went looking for Soju aka Shotgun a POPULAR Korean spirit. They carried two variants tombo is one Ive had before, I enjoyed it. The other with a Korean label, I wanted to try. Im always trying new things. Well, it smelled like finger nail polish remover and tasted worse. Bad purchase choice and product variety on bevmos part. Bottle will grow dust Im sure.I was randomly across the street at Smart and Final and found Soju in their spirits section. It was fresh, bright, and floral like Im use to.

A fine and extensive wine selection (and other alcoholic beverages as well) of all varietals at very affordable prices (better than you will find in any grocery store and even Costco for that matter). Watch for their buy one, get one for 5 cents specials.

We were going to buy a particular bottle and it was wine tasting evening, too, and the gentleman serving was very helpful in locating the bottle and suggesting another choice, too, which we bought as well.

In order to make a purchase. Bevmo requires me to either purchase using their app or call in my order or email.The app continually crashes so I call my order as I am sitting in front of the store. The female who answers is rude. I give her my order for a 6 pack of Bud Lite that I am getting for company.After 25 minutes of waiting my wife gives the employee our CC.I WAS CHARGED $11 and change for a 6 pack of BUD LITE. Seriously. You must be kidding. I will NEVER buy from Bevmo againTerrible rude service and outrageous prices

The only issue I ever have with BevMo! is... making a selection from all the variety. I wouldnt call myself a craft beer snob, but with each visit Im that much more informed. I especially appreciate the staffs picks & the Beer Advocate ratings!

Fantastic customer service!!! We had assistance from all, all hands were on deck, staff including what appeared to be the Supervisor or manager. They showed to everything we asked for, and gave us directions to the nearest BevMo for the Monkey Shoulder.It got a bit crowded while we were there and they opened additional lanes for checkout. This may be my best visit yet to a BevMo!

As far as BevMos go, it’s smaller but should have most of what you need. Great deal on Finlandia vodka which is hard to find. Had my Kroneburg Blanc, also hard to find.

Great selection of wines, spirits, beers, and cigars. Can not beat the annual 5 cent sale. The staff was not out and about on the floor but you could find someone if you needed help.

Yes, they do have a broader variety of wines and beer including gluten free beer/ale than any other grocery store if you want to pay the price. However, the prices that we compared with were outrageous. Their 2nd bottle for a nickel deal still ended up, per bottle, higher than the non-sale prices at local grocery stores. We found similar high prices when we checked here a few years ago. Will not waste our time again.
