Kind of a joke, called them to swap my ssd drive for a larger one, they said they didnt have the software to clone the drive. Ended up going online downloading some free software and doing it myself, so I guess their ineptitude saved me some money!

Great customer service. I was vacationing in Indio and forgot my charger. I went to Best Buy and they sold me the wrong charger. I was frustrated, I looked up the closest computer store and found this computer store in La Quinta. I spoke to Miguel over the phone and was extremely helpful. I drove to the computer and picked up oem charger for my dell computer at a cheaper price than Best Buy. I would definitely refer anyone to this store. You guys saved the day, I can continue to work online!!!

I was there when the store opened this morning and one of the young men turned on my laptop I told him what the problem was he immediately went to his computer and typed out the problem and found the solution and fix my problem in about 5 minutes time and not only did it with a smile but he didnt charge me anything because I was a repeat customer. This store is the great place to go and it beats all the big Box stores with their giant groups of people who had walking around laughing and having fun and not working on your computer.

I needed a little fix on my lap top. This is abut the 4th time in 5 years Ive been there for lap top fixes. They are fast efficient and have great customer service along with positive attitudes. I recommend them with 5 stars.

I went to Computer Repair Co after the Apple Store Geniuss were so arrogant with their attitudes and turned me off and away. I was so happy with Miguels approach to my problem with a Macbook Air computer. After research was done and the price of repairs were given, I put Miguel on the spot and asked if he would repair it if it was his. Rather that just taking my money to his own benefit he suggested it should just be scrapped. He made nothing off of me, but will get all my business in the future. Finding good integrity is not easy to find these days!

Best Buy would not look at my computer so I took it to the boys at CRC. They spent a good 30 minutes at no charge. At Best Buy that simple look would have cost me over $100. They saved me a boat load of money, and kept me from throwing good money after bad.

This is the BEST place to get your computer fixed! On a holiday weekend- they stayed after 5pm on Friday to get y device back to me! Professional, reliable and awesome service!! I would give them 6 STARS out of 5 if that was an option!!!

Had no problems with my computer before I took it in, just wanted to get my fan cleaned out. They told me I had other problems, charged me a $100 and since Ive had my computer back, all sorts of things have started going wrong, and its working super slow now. My girlfriend took hers in as well and same thing happened, but hers just crashed and apparently cant be repaired

I am a bit conflicted on this one. Miguel has helped me out once before and he did a fine job and was very pleasant to work with. On a second issue, Miguel came to my house and he was able to get my LaserJet5 printer to print. I paid the invoice. The next day, I called and spoke with Bob since the printer was not working when I turned everything on. Bob worked remotely to resolve the issue, but again, the next day, the printer would not work. On a subsequent email, Miguel suggested that I buy a new cable from Amazon and provided a link to facilitate the purchase; I did as he suggested. When the cable arrived, I hooked it up but the printer still did not work. I called the office and spoke with Sergio and told him the background. He was totally rude to me and inferred that he did not want to help me because it was an older computer. I hung up and was determined to find something on the internet; I found a driver for that printer on the HP website. I followed the instructions, and voilà my old workhorse LaserJet5 works again! Seems like this was not that difficult of an issue especially if I can find the answer within a relatively short period of time. Re this issue, they get a D....mainly because Sergio was so rude.
