I find the sales people very nice, very helpful. They have plenty of product. BUT...they have a problem checking you out at the register. Always very slow. They have plenty of checkouts but very few employees to check you out. I never understand why this is. Why must I wait in line sooooo long?

They didnt carry the Halloween village houses and decor I was looking for, but the staff was very helpful and I found the store clean and very well organized. I have bought many things for previous home projects.

My favorite place! I love this store so much. They have home decor, arts & crafts, fabrics, and tons of ideas for your brain! If you are a creative person, this is your store. It has never disappointed me. One word of advice, however, make sure to have a budget in mind before you come in for the 1st time. They have SO many things you will love that its very easy to blow money away like nothing. Also, check out their weekly ads online. They change every week and there is always a 40% off discount (in case what you want is currently not on sale, you can use that coupon). Happy shopping!

This is my go to place for all kinds of craft materials and decor items. The store is enormous! I was after jewelry making supplies, and found a huge selection. Tons of Christmas stuff too. I always find what I need at Hobby Lobby. Staff is always cheerful and helpful.

Omg i love this place. I went in for a hang tag gun but I was distracted by the home decor. The items I ended up purchasing were marvel wall decor for my boys and for myself, they were on sale at 50%off i couldnt not buy them. Although they didnt have what I went in for the employee that walked to where it wouldve been suggested I take a picture of the item #and to let the cashier know so they could special order it for me at no extra cost.

Customer service is not good. The same Cashier was rude again and ordered me to put my cart over there! I thought she was talking about my credit card but she was talking about the Cart before I even paid! I am a regular customer and I expect to be treated decently. What kind of customer service was that??!!!!!!

Huge Hobby Lobby. I mean theyre all huge (that ive seen 👀) and let me just tell you the displays are themed, organized, understandable, easy to differentiate, and just really spectacular. The staff was super duper sweet and i got some really good 1/2 deals.

There are thousands and thousands of things at Hobby Lobby, which may be an advantage for some, but I experienced it as a riot of merchandise and visually exhausting.

They have everythimg you need for your crafts. Paper, photo frames, custom framing for yor pictures, toys, puzzles, tables, cutting tools, leather, yarn, drawing paper, color pensils, sciens project materials, beats and so much more. Also the place is always very clean and the staff are very nice.

I love the store and products ! They close early. And the employs DO NOT have ANY CRAFTING HOBBIES. As they havent been able to answer any of my questions since they opened. Ive been to other HL in at least 5 other states. Every employee worked in the area of their hobbies and gave great advise and help. Here, they tell you to read the package or theyll read it to you. But i do that before i ask for help as 50% of the time my answers will be in the package. Management IS trying to make it better. So dont give up on them just yet.

It just feels good to walk in! The scent of yummy candles, its brightly lit and friendly associates make it a welcoming experience. Im all about the beads and they always have them displayed nicely where theres good lighting to see them better. A girls gotta get her bling on baby and their 50% off sales keep me coming back.

Love this craft store. So much selection. I can spend hours here at a time. They carry scrapbooking supplies, art supplies, home decor, silk plants, knitting, x-stitch, and so much more. Check it out for sure.

Everything from the huge selection of merchandise to the wonderful staff keep me coming back. Parking is always easy and close to the front doors which often means the world! The small pieces of furniture upon entering the store are especially enticing, and very well priced.

Awesome place, huge building with everything you could want. The employees are fantastic. They are extremely helpful and always so cheerful. Prices are a little high, but worth the price for the variety and spectacular service you receive. I would definitely recommend this establishment!!

They have a broad selection of different crafts which is a plus and a minus. A little bit of EVERYTHING doesnt always mean you find what YOU are looking for. All in all I always enjoy seeing what they do have, and I always end up with something I wasnt looking for.
