I used to live in La Quinta and now drive for 25 minutes to continue my connection to Nayan and his team. I have shipped packages, had notarizing done, and bought supplies there for over 5 years, and I have always had outstanding customer service. We’ve used La Quinta Mail for many years when we come to Indian Wells for tennis. Whether we are shipping something or needing to pick mail/packages up, Nayan and his staff are always accommodating. Just this week I had a repair done by Apple and since we were heading for Indian Wells, I wasn’t sure it would be returned to me locally in time, I had Apple send it to Nayan. It arrived today and I had an email from Nayan letting me know it had arrived and he would hold it for pickup. Great service! This is definitely our go to place and I highly recommend them.

They are the best. So friendly and fast service. When I go there, Nayan always says, say hi to your husband. He knows us both and so warm.

Great service here. If you have a mailbox with them, they email you whenever you get a package so you know its actually there. They go out of their way to be helpful. This is a family owned business as well. I highly recommend this business.

Nayan was very helpful, promptly packaging a large framed painting, professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service!

We went in to get a Notary signature and a document scanned or faxed. Two adults and two 4 year old girls may seem like a disaster waiting to happen in a small shop, however the girls were entertained by the awesome lady who worked there, Carissa, while Nayan was able to take care of everything else.

They are very professional and their services are excellent.
