The staff here was very friendly. I stopped because I had an emergency and I needed the restroom right away. They were pleased to give me the code to get into the restroom; without me having to purchase anything at all. Very understanding. I wish more places I visit were more understanding about needing the restroom. Most places are not; unless, of course, you purchase something. A lot of the time, most people do not even like to use the restroom in public. So. With that said, please understand that when we do ask to use the restroom, we really have to go!! You know, especially for the elderly. Sometimes its not so easy to hold it! Think if it were you. Thanks.

Salads in the produce sections that are already prepackaged are the best deal ever. Burritos on sale are also always a good deal. Starbucks inside have really nice gals. I love coming in there and receiving good quality customer service from everyone! Once in a while there is someone rude, but very rarely. They stop it right away. I love vons!

Vons is always clean, organized and well stocked. Prices tend to be a little higher than other area grocery stores but the selection of products and ease of shopping here make up for it. Great deals with their Fab 5 offers. I really like shopping here.

I was in town for a funeral from out of state and needed a nice last minute floral arrangement. Elvira in the floral department created the most beautiful arrangement in minutes. Customer service was top notch! Thank you Vons floral department and Elvira. ☺️

We are big fans of our local Safeway store in Colorado. This Vons is the same chain in California. All the great Safeway brands and organic foods are here. Wonderful selection at great prices. And the Safeway club membership really pays off with big savings. Store is clean and well organized. Highly recommended!

Great big Vons. Deli, meat, groceries. You can find just about anything in this extra large Vons. In a beautiful neighborhood that has pleasant surroundings. Staff ready to please.

Vons has become our favorite grocery store since the pandemic! They do not increase prices like some delivery services. They even allow those of us doing on-line shopping to receive store and club discounts as well as sale prices!My husband and I were getting Vons deliveries to our home until Vons quit delivering to our area. We are so pleased with the service we have experienced at this particular Vons! We now drive 22 miles one-way to pick up our groceries from this particular Vons!

Store looks great.... Where is all the help though? Im a Dasher and had to wait about 8 minutes. In my profession that is the difference between a friendly and an angry customer. You get a 3.

I have always loved VONS ! Oh yes they had the best sandwiches EVER!!! I LIKE the variety of items, sale prices on everything. IT used to be SAFEWAY the best store ever. Also the employees are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Been shopping their since my teens but now we live a bit too far to go just for specials. BUT ITS A GREAT STORE!!!

Visiting this Vons location gives you the warm familar feeling when visiting with close friends. I have shopped here for 6 years regularly, the staff greets you with smiles & attentiveness, especially when youre looking around like a lost puppy. John is a hard working manager whos dedication reflects from his staff. Ive never overheard staff admire their manager in the way they do here, it is refreshing. The staff is eager to help, and they know their store, which my elderly inlaws appreciate emmensly, as do I. The location is very clean, parking can get a little busy during peak hours but there is plenty of spaces in this plaza. Disinfectants are available to the customers at the doors, per pandemic public health standards. Standard floor layout for Vons, shelves are usually stocked neat & clean and bathrooms are kept tidy.

Needed just a few things for tonights dinner.Had great choices of veggies. Also picked up a new cooked chicken strips to add to salads.Just hope it tastes half as good as the photos look.Cashier was so friendly and quick.Plus side saw lots of cleaning crew personnel working. One guy was doing the shopping carts. No just a little swipe but going over the handles, sides and basket bottom.Vons should have 10 stars for that.Glad the store is close to the house.

I really love Vons La Quinta. Its my go to store, the one I trusted the most when these crazy times began. While others were out of most things, I was able to get some stock items as well as the fresh items I use on a regular basis. While on the more expensive side than some other chains, you do get what you pay for. The quality and service are outstanding. I began doing a weekly delivery, something I never thought I would do, and have found it to be an excellent service. The staff in store and those bringing groceries right to my door have always been so friendly and efficient. Its really nice to be able to rely on customer service.

They really are the best grocery store! It’s not too big so you get lost in there for hours, or it takes you 2 hours to go get a hand full of things because it takes so long to walk between sections and to check out. Reason for 4 starts... I get it’s small but their bakery section needs a little creativity on what they put out.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a large store, and I was able to easily find everything I wanted. Especially in these times, the outstanding staff made it a pleasure!

Carton of Tomatoes were rotten when i got home. Box of Ice Cream treats appear to have completely melted and were refrozen at some point, before i purchased them.

Rosario (meat department)she took time out of her busy day to tenderize a pack of steaks for me did it fairly quickly too I appreciate that.

For the most part, employees here are friendly and helpful. What I dont like is the fact that they carry a limited number of items (mostly Safeways brand) and, if you want something, they are out of it! Dont know who does their ordering but, jiminy crickets, get your act together so the shelves are stocked. Even in a pandemic it shouldnt be like this.

Store smelled like Seafood, and there was no organization during the checkout process. The line was not clearly marked or visible, and people were confused/cutting in line.

Not the least expensive supermarket in the area, but clean and pleasant for getting a few quick items. Parking is generally close in. It was busy, but not crowded today.

Wonderful produce, including organic of course. Great pastry and bread selections. Produce clerk alerted us that the next shopping day would be best price wise on blueberries and avocados! Cool and helpful staff. Good fresh seafood selection also.

Very clean and stocked very well during this plandemic.

I thought the employees were very nice and helpful. I was surprised at the cost of the groceries. I found that Vons is more expensive on products I get at other stores. I dont think I will shop at Vons again unless I am desperate.

The grocery pickup is a waste of time. We arrived at the pickup spot at 10:59am and called to check in. Over an hour later (1 hour 9 minutes) we were still waiting for our groceries. The manager explained that they pick everyone’s orders at the same time and while they are picking, more orders come in. Vons has to develop a better process. We canceled our order and went to another store where were in and out in 20 minutes with everything on our list.

We love the freshly made deli sandwich, way better than panera and subway

Ken the pharmacist is the best! I was calling around for a better price on a prescription i needed and talked to Ken who was very helpful. His customer service is excellent! Answered all my questions and was very helpful. I just went in today and he was just as great as over the phone. I will be using vons pharmacy from now on and at this location with Ken!!!

Always rude

Today there were numerous items out of stock and crowded aisles. But checkout was fast and the cashier and bag person were pleasant.

They might be a bit more expensive then some of the other stores but it is the ONLY place to buy fresh seafood in the desert. They get their fish from Santa Monica Seafood which is a fish market that is not only open to the public in Santa Monica but a supplier to most great restaurants.

I came to look for a quick flower arrangement. But I was amazed by the flower selection they had. So I asked the florist, Brandy, if it was possible to put all the bouquets I had picked together. And she was glad to help. Honestly I was amazed of how good of a job she did. I was so happy at the end. She was able to assist with all my needs. Definitely going back to her for another arrangement. And referring all my friends here. Oh! And the prices were unbeatable!

Nice employees and friendly atmosphere. Stopped in for a few things for our hotel room and were pleasantly surprised that the feel of this Vons was so relaxed and inviting. It was later in the evening, so im not sure how the vibe is during a busy daytime hour. But it was definitely worth at least 4 stars for me.

We were just visiting but really liked this store. They had a great wine selection for a grocery store. You need their rewards card however to get their discount prices otherwise prices are a bit high. Friendly staff.

Check out line was long because of social distancing. But checkers moved it in a pretty steady fashion.

Great community grocery store. Improved when Albertsons purchased/merged with Safeway stores a few years ago. Like many California grocery stores, it carries a good variety of fresh produce. I especially like the Deli and Bakery departments. This store also has a Starbucks kiosk.

The Store is nice, organized, and clean. Customer service at the register is terrible! Purchased some bananas, water, and veggies. The cashier instead of pushing my items so the other employee can bag it. She just throws it. I and the other employee look at each other in disbelief. The cashier acted like nothing happened. I enjoy the drive to Vons at palm Springs when they have deals. Better customer service. For now, I do my shopping at Ralphs or Albertsons. Resident of Indian Wells, Ca

They usually have everything I want that other stores don’t have. I don’t do a lot of shopping at Vons because it’s too expensive for me. But when I need something that the other stores don’t have Vons usually has it. It’s a good store.

Store has too many out of stocks. Frozen vegetables and regular grocery items.

I love this store, although its not my first choice. Its got a great location on the corner of Hwy111 & Washington. Its always super clean. Very friendly staff. Their magazine selection is better than most grocery stores. Clearance items are towards the back. The only downside is that you must use a VonsClub card in order to get discounts. Thats annoying.
