I called today to get a dishwasher and microwave installed and they were here and done within hours! Really appreciated their help and how quickly they were able to be done. Will absolutely use them again if needing any of their services.
First review ever but it’s well deserved. Frankie repaired our washing machine and also helped me carry our temporary replacement washer downstairs into the garage so that my pregnant wife wouldn’t have to help me carry it. Top notch service.

And, if Mid South cant assist shell help you with great referrals.Ryan called before he came to the house, was on time, professional and fixed the problem without trouble.Mid South has a great team and I purchased my most recent appliances only after I knew they could service the particular units!
I cannot recommend Mid South Appliance more! From setting up the appointment, arrival time, etc they were always prompt and professional. I had an issue with both my washer and dryer and they had both fixed and working again in no time. HIGH RECOMMEND!
Do NOT use this company -- This company charged me $70+ to diagnose the wrong issue. Then I paid $40 in labor for them to come fix it. They tested it (but it didnt work as soon as they left, and they acted like I was potentially lying that it wasnt working when I called back, not believing me that the dishwasher didnt work still.) Then I waited for them to come again, + waited another week + for the correct part to come in. They wanted to charge me another $60 in labor, even though they had said the labor was guaranteed. There was no attempt to apologize for the mistake or any understanding for the frustration of the extra wait time it had caused.The entire time I was on the phone with the manager (who didnt identify himself as the manager), he began the call with his voice raised and irritated instead of being apologetic for the mistake or for my bad experience thus far. -- Complete lack of customer service and professionalism and defensiveness instead of empathy and understanding.Instead of coming out to make it right a second time, after yelling at me on the phone, he shouted that he would refund my money (even though I didnt ask for a refund)And literally yelled at me over the phone to go find someone else.Again, mind you I didnt have my voice raised, but just wanted them to correct the mistake and the time that had been lost in the waiting over the mistake. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I was shocked to learn that the man who had been yelling at me was the manager. I have never had this bad of experience with a service company in my life.

Just had my refrigerator worked on yesterday as my freezer was making a loud noise for the past few weeks. Was able to get an appointment within two days of calling and had the technician, Sonny show up during the time slot he had quoted. The best part was how efficient and knowledgable he was. He walked me through my options and helped me understand the issue. I will happily call Mid South Appliance in the future and specifically request Sonny!
AC went out on a Sunday and Dillon diagnosed it the same day and it was repaired the next day. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.
Just had our second experience with Mid South, and will never call anyone else. From the lady who answered the phone to the wonderful technician Sonny, everyone demonstrated a desire to help, get it right the first time, and put the customer first. Hard to find companies with this mentality sometimes, but Mid South is a gem.
