We have a whole-house system and it has been great!! The installation went smoothly and I noticed a huge difference within a couple of days. My hair and skin are way softer and my dishes have been way cleaner as well. The staff at EcoWater are incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet! Highly recommend!

We had a previous unit installed (Kinetico) and had nothing but problems for 5 years. The company that installed it tried to fix it many times to no avail. The worst complaint we had with Kinetico was the reduced water pressure that kept getting worse with the years to where only one person could take a shower at a time. We finally decided to pull the plug and decided to go with EcoWater mainly because it’s supported by Costco and it’s a company owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire company. What a difference it has made! No drop in water pressure at all. Water is very soft and both my wife and my daughter are happy with their skin. The salt usage is very low, and it’s controlled through an app that tells you water usage and remaining salt. Installation was great. Very happy so far. Do not use any other systems out there. Also, there is nothing out there like a Costco warranty for peace of mind.

I have the whole house system as well as the reverse osmosis in my kitchen. I could not be happier. I no longer need to buy bottled water, and my hair has never been healthier and softer! This was an investment in my health, and I highly recommend these products and this company. I appreciate the prompt service when I have questions or need the occasional salt or filter. I have always had a positive experience with the company, and their website is very informative - they know what they are doing and are obviously experts in the industry. I highly recommend this product for the health of your house AND your family.

We bought the whole house system in March and we more than love it! We can tell a huge difference in our skin and in the smell and taste of our water!! One of the best investments we have made! The service tec and the gentleman who sold us our system were both very helpful and informative! Thank you for our amazing water!!!!!

We have had our softener and reverse osmosis systems for over 10 years now. Everything has worked great and every time I have needed a part, or filters, or my water tested this company has been so helpful. A year ago my softener system needed the filter beads replaced and the technician was on time a did a great job.

About 3 years ago we bought a house with a whole house filtration system already installed along with a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. We LOVE it! It has worked flawless for us but more importantly, the company and its employees have been great. Even though we are not the original customers who bought the unit, the techs I have spoken to were very nice and accommodating taking their time to explain all the details about the system, how it worked, maintenance schedules, etc. Also whenever I’ve needed filters for the reverse osmosis system, I just call them up and they have them ready by the time I get there to pick up. We get 1 set of filters per year and it does great for us and we drink a LOT of water. I’ve read some of the other negative reviews and I’m not sure if the company had some growing pains at one time, but for us, they have been very easy to deal with. As one more note, the installation of our system is extremely neat and professional.

I bought the water softner from them- DO NOT WASTE your $$$.I also bought the reverse osmosis system from them. I like it but hard to reach the staff on phone- Small company...and not sure if it is so wise to spend such a high amount of $4 with a hole in the wall makeshift office and staff. May be better to get a better mainstream product.

Probably shouldn’t be sending certain people to “sell” your product, man was rude, shoved his way in the door as soon as it opened, touching all of our clean dishes and things left in sight, and when we asked for a card so we could discuss privately as a family about products the response was “I do but you won’t call” and straight walked out. Oh well we will go with another company.

We are so happy with there customer service!!! Sonny,Dominique and ladonna were all excellent! We are so glad we went with eco water, would definitely recommend them!!

Chelsea at the front desk was very helpful. Chelsea was in training and being overseen by LaDonna. LaDonna had the knowledge of my older system to get me the filters I needed.

Very misleading on their prices! The manager does not care about resolving anything. She just kept arguing with me, insisting her tech told me about a trip charge which he did not. If he had told me about it, this would not have been an issue. She was so concerned about letting me know she never received a complaint until now, which had nothing to do with my issue. She stated she didnt care if I reported her company to the BBB. Obviously, she could care less about doing right by her customers.

Ecowater negligently installed a water softener unit into our HVAC drain which froze during the winter causing backflow of water into our home. We had severe water damage costing $100,000 repairs and had to be out of our home for 3 weeks with our whole family. Repairs took over 3months. Ecowater could have easily connected the unit drain directly to the exterior of the house. When called about these issues they were dismissive and condescending. They would not take responsibility stating that they cannot predict the weather and as such were not at fault. They would not cover our deductible or apologize for the situation. We chose this company as it was a Costco vendor approved. We will be sending letters to Costco and BBB regarding our experience. No family should have to go through this. They have lack of insight into their product and lack of concern for their customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECOWATER!!!
