The absolute best auto shop to take your Honda or Acura. Dealership quality, workmanship and customer service without the dealership price. I 100% recommend these guys !!
This is MY shop!! I love the crew at Accurate. For over 20 years, Ive have am Acura or a Honda, in part because I love this shop and they take good care of my cars. I dont have to worry about being told I need something done to my car that doesnt really need to be done and if I do have to have something done, I know their price will be much lower than what I would get at a dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys... and Rachel. If you have a Honda or Acura, you need to give them your business, you wont be disappointed.
Great place to buy a car when you catch a good one in stock. Make-specific service for Honda and Acura cant be beat and a lot simpler and better priced than dealer service.
Very honest people! Will tell you if something needs to be replaced then or it can wait. Also very cost efficient. Would recommend anyone with a Honda or Acura to go here, very nice staff, nothing but great things to say about them!
This place is great! I brought my car (that isnt even a Honda) in because I was having an urgent issue, and they fixed it and another repair I needed done for free in like 20 minutes. Super nice.
Fair pricing, honest and friendly service, couldnt ask for more!
Fantastic service! My 13 CRV had a transmission leak, which had me really concerned. Troy and his team diagnosed the issue immediately and it ended up being an inexpensive repair. I was also was provided a loaner car to make it easy on me!
Very reasonable pricing for service. Went the extra mile to research and provide alternate solutions.
Professional, courteous, and for those that appreciate this-- the place is spotless. Had the car ready on time at a very reasonable price. We will use them again for sure.
I have been using Accurate now for the past 2 years and each time, they continue to wow me. My most recent visit was about 3 weeks ago when I took in my 12 CRV for what I believed to be a fuel gauge problem. I didnt have an appointment, but the staff was courteous and worked me into their rotation. Forever grateful for the service, my car was inspected and determined there wasnt an issue. Now, I was fully prepared for a quote between $400-$600, but when Troy told me no charge and that everything appeared normal, I had to pause. Its one thing to spend money on car repair, but to have people be completely honest and even go a step deeper into explaining why there would be no charge is something we dont get everyday. People, please continue to use Accurate Automotive. Theyre honest and theyre a local business that truly cares about their work and their clients. Thank you!
Youll be hard pressed to find a company as honest and fare priced as Accurate Automotive. Their staff has always been very polite and ready to help whenever I call. For instance, I called today to set up an appointment for a coolant service on a 2014 accord, she reminded me it was a 10 year service and was not needed. They could have very well did the unnecessary service and collected my payment but didnt, that alone shows their individual knowledge and desire to put customers first. Your help is greatly appreciated, see you soon
I just went in and had my 2012 Acura TL serviced. Great people and service was done in less than an hour. The cost was 35% less then what the dealer quoted me. I’ll be back!
These folks are awesome.
Great service great prices! Takes a bit longer than usual. If you have a Honda or an Acura I definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced.
This was my first time to use Accurate Automotive. I must say that I was impressed from the very beginning. When I gave the symptoms of my vehicles problem, the receptionist gave me some possible diagnoses and some price ranges if she was accurate. That is virtually unheard of for automotive shops today. All of them want to say the traditional Bring it in and let us take a look at it. That is not always an option for people on a budget. An appointment was then made, the vehicle was looked at, and a price was given. I picked up my vehicle at the agreed-upon time and everything was fixed on it at the agreed upon price and I took my vehicle home. I received a phone call a few hours later from the store manager. He said a mistake was made. While working on my vehicle they noticed that they needed to increase the scope of the repair which would have normally been an increase in price. They did the work and failed to contact me with the price increase. Since they did that they did not increase my price and stayed with the original price no questions asked. They never even asked me to pay more. What an example of staying true to ethics and moral decisions despite it costing their business potential profit. I have found my new permanent mechanic.
The people at Accurate Automotive are among the best I have encountered. I was travelling from Chicago to Tampa and ran into some trouble. Thank you for not taking advantage of my situation and helping me out. I was treated with courtesy and respect and they restored my faith in the goodness of other human beings. Thank you Rachel Evans and Caleb Brian.
Ive done business with Accurate Automotive 3-4 times and am proud of the high quality of their work. Ill be going back as long as Im in Nashville. They have saved me money but more importantly they have won my trust. Its good to have someone you can depend on to do it right when the vehicle your wife and kids depend on needs service.
I have a 2016 Honda. Started experiencing issues at 60k local dealer told me approx 1900.00 to fix bad fuel injectors and multiple sensors. Took it to accurate and they fixed it for 1000.00 less and told me about a service advisory the dealer failed to tell me about. So all in all, they saved me a thousand, and shared more info with me than the dealer. Also after the dealer couldnt figure out why the car was running rough after the injector fix...they recommended a fluid change on my transmission and that fixed it, the local Honda dealer recommended I just buy a new one....I will take my cars to accurate, every time from now on...oil change....everything every time. Grateful, very grateful.
All I can say is that if you choose to get a used engine put into your car at Accurate Automotive, please make sure you do two things...ask what else might need replaced due to an engine replacement (my catalytic converter and oxygen sensors had to be replaced due to a check engine light the day I drove it off their lot). I had not factored that cost into my decision to replace the engine. Also...if you choose to have your engine replaced, get the mileage of the new engine IN WRITING. I received no documentation with the invoice and shame on me for overlooking that. Now the insurance company wont take my word for it (imagine that) and I am getting $1,400 less in the value for my totaled car because I cant prove the mileage on the engine. Unacceptable...
My go to place in the area for Honda and Acura service. They have always been nice and treated me right. No surprises it run around from these folks.
Absolutely trustworthy, excellent service, wonderful inventory of previously owned vehicles and if they dont have it in stock theyll try to find it for you.
Love this place. Been coming here since way before they moved to this location. My Acu(which I purchased from them) was t-boned just before Christmas. I had to buy a new Honda Civic SI. Can you do all the required factory maintenance for me. I just hate to take it anywhere else. I trust you guys. Thanks!
Have had only positive experiences here. If you have a Honda or Acura, you cant go wrong bringing it here.
I just got off the phone with Mr. Ball about some follow-up I needed on recent work they did. I can think of a half dozen rational reasons why he could have told me to take a hike. But he didnt. Instead, he was friendly and he was honorable. So refreshing. When I find someone in a service industry, especially car repair, who follows the Golden Rule, I want give them public props. Thank you, Mr. Ball. John Beiter
I felt that I would update the review that I left three years ago. I actually left a really long review when I first bought my second car from them, but Google deleted it. I guess it sounded to praise-worthy so it must have been fake.I have purchased two cars from Accurate: a 2008 Honda Accord and a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. The Accord had no issues when I bought it or after. The Ridgeline had a couple of problems, but they fixed them before I drove it off the lot *and* they put in a free auxiliary input to the audio system. The best thing about Accurate is that they arent a car dealership. Its a certified service tech he started his own service business that ended up buying/selling cars. I live in Alabama now but am considering driving to Nashville just to buy another car from them, when that time comes.Best car-buying experience ever. Thanks, Accurate!
Real honda experts.
For many years I have driven from Franklin,TN to Accurate Automotive to get most of my major service and repairs done on my Hondas and Acura. Today, I took my car to Accurate for an alignment, tires balanced and rotated. They checked my car and insisted that it didnt need an alignment, and didnt charge me. How many repair shops can you brag to others that will do that? Very few! An awesome experience, again! As always, its worth the drive!
Fantastic service every time! The guys in the shop are knowlegeable and will not charge you for parts or services you do not need. They know Hondas in and out, but any vehiciles really. Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Hyundai, they can fix it. Very fair, honest, and just awesome and unmatched customer service! What more can you ask for?
When my ‘07 Accord began having difficulty starting and one of the radiator fans wasn’t working, I turned to my Honda Mechanic of 22 years, Ed Brian and his Team at Accurate Automotive for the cure. Simply Incomparable Service!
Best place around for your Eastern import. Top notch technicians. Work done right the first time.
Troy and his staff are FANTASTIC! Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. So thrilled to have had Accurate Automotive Repair recommended to me.
I brought my car in here to get an oil change, was told I had a severe oil leak. I would HIGHLY recommend always getting a second opinion before you have repairs made, because there wasnt any kind of leak found. I was very disappointed, and lost my trust with this Repair shop.
NEVER AGAIN! They had my car for about a month to replace a broken timing belt. Only to find out that they charged over $1500 and when I got it back more was wrong with it when I got it back. Even without authorizing them to fix it, they fixed it and then over charged me again, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT, THEY WORKED BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT. INSTEAD OF FIXING THEIR MISTAKE OF TELLING ME THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME, THEY WENT AHEAD AND FORCE YOU TO PAY ALMOST 40 DOLLARS FOR A PAIR OF $6 BULBS THEY SELL AT WAL-MART. They will rip you off and tell you that they did you a favor. This place has no integrity, no morals, and they just want your money.
I came to Accurate automotive for a second opinion after Darrell Waltrip recommended strut replacements on my 2008 MDX, at a cost of $2000. It was driving and riding perfect at the time.As I expected, the guys at Accurate automotive inspected the struts and could find no problems at all. They also said that it was very rare to have to replace the struts on that model MDX.Its a shame that you cant expect honesty at a dealer anymore, and thankfully we have an alternative in Accurate automotive.
Bought a car here and was not told about multiple issues. Bought it in the daytime so I could not tell that almost every interior dashboard light was burned out. They argued with me and basically said too bad - you can pay us to fix it when I called the day after buying it. They knew about it, but just chose not to disclose. They also told me There are no problems we can see from the accident and the technician could not tell it had been involved in an accident upon inspection. So, trusting them and their technician, who knows much more than I do about what to look for when inspecting for body damage or frame damage, I thought the accident that was on the Autocheck was minor. Now its later, and I am trading the car into Carmax. They showed me where there has been major body and paintwork on the driver and passenger side quarterpanel (and other areas), and where there are pinch marks from the car having obviously been on a machine to straighten the frame from the frame damage that had been suffered. I am sure any competent technician at Accurate would have known the same. If not, then they know as little or less than I do about car condition and I wouldnt want them associated with a purchase or repair. Either way it is concerning. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.UPDATE: Since I cannot respond to your comment below, I will just ask here.... If I come in and show you clamp marks on the pinch rails indicating frame damage and repair are you going to buy the car back? And are you denying that you sold me a car with almost all of the interior dash bulbs out and told me literally the next day that I was welcome to come in an you can charge me to fix them all?
Accurate offers more affordable pricing compared to other dealerships.
I have been in the auto business before for 14 years and these guys know how to service you Honda!! Awesome job !!
I recently used Accurate after reading these great reviews. My experience was unacceptable. I had dropped the car off originally at Gary Force, where they were pretty sure it was in the transmission. Granted their quote to take it off was outrageous, so I took it to Accurate Automotive. I had found a youtube video with the exact diagnosis and sound my car was making, so I told them it may be the ring gear based on that video. They called me the next day and said they would have to replace the clutch which would take 3-4 days to be delivered and installed. So I waited. I called 4 business days later after not hearing from them, and they told me that it turns out, it must be something in the transmission so they needed to take it out but that I should replace the clutch anyway since they had already done the work to get to it. I agreed since my car has 110K miles and would probably need it within the next 30-40K miles. They then figured out the problem was a ring gear, which I warned them of and put on my diagnosis form the first day. They told me it would be another 3-4 days to deliver since that obviously was not a stock part. I asked if it was possible that it could be done on Saturday since they are open, and the guy said sure its possible, but I later found out that the guy that works on transmissions does not work on Saturdays, so that was a flat lie. I called again 4 business days later. This time, they told me they had to order a sensor that controlled my speedometer. Strange thing is, my speedometer worked when I dropped it off and they said that my speedometer would not work without this part. Anyway, this part also would take another 3-4 days to get in the shop. They told me I could pick the car up and drive it without the speedometer, but for me it wasnt worth the drive, after all they had already taken 14 days, what was another 3. You might have thought that for customer service sake they might overnight the part, but no, they didnt feel it was important at that point I guess. In my time, never have I ever had a car at a shop this long. They should have taken everything apart and Accurately diagnosed my freakin problem. Instead, their step by step procedure wasted my time and upset me enough to make me inform you. If you have 2 and a half weeks to get the work done, they are great. If you are a normal person with a life and job, their service is unacceptable. I tried to follow up and let them know I would be leaving this review 2 weeks ago and they havent gotten back with me, so I assume they dont care. PS. they never called me along the way without me calling first and they always told me they would let me know. Take it for what it is, I will never use them again.
Definately will never go back again! I bought my 18 year old daughter a car from them in June and it has been nothing but problems and extra money spent on it since. Within the first week of buying the car we found that there was not a light bulb in the drivers side turn signal, had to take it back, then the front started making a noise a day or two later, took it back again, it turned out to be a missing cotter pin that holds the axle nut on, that was removed when they had performed work to the car, and we were charged for there mistake to put it back on. All was well for about a month then we noticed oil spots all over the drive way in August, took it in again and was charged $100 for them to clean the engine which took all of 30 minutes and told to bring it back in 4 days with no answer as to why it is leaking oil all over the place! No thanks I will take it to a dealership where I know the work will be completed correctly.Really, is this how a place does business! Take advantage of an 18 year old young lady. Your business should be ashamed of itself. If your looking for a reliable car or a good mechanic this is not the place to be.
Had a friend recommended accurate to me to deal w a engine problem in my 99 crv. They found a burnt valve and a few other items that would have failed after time. Because I travel extensively I gave them the green light to run the repairs now instead of dealing w problems later. It cost meMore than what I originally wanted to spend, but the work was good, and worth it in the long run. Plus I was told their work is guaranteed for 2 years or 24k miles. Most shops wont give anyone 2 weeks...they gave me the old parts to show me what failed and my crv runs like a champ w over 250000 miles on it. I asked a ton of questions and got the answers I wanted.Working on cars and equipment everyday for a living, this co earned my trust and confidence and respect for being a great shop. Their place is clean, easy to deal with and outrivals local dealerships Ive had to work at professionally in the area.5 star cause other shops dont conduct business like accurate does. Im demanding when it comes to vehicle work, accurate did everything I asked and went above and beyond. If your looking for no bs work on your Honda or accura this is the place. Thanks guys!!!Happy New Year!
There was one particular situation when I was told that oil pan need to be replaced. This company has been the only company that worked on my car when it came to oil changes and any other maintenance work. I have a 2006 Acura and I was told from wear and tear that these things can happen and I end up paying for the whole cost. The cost for everything was well over 600 dollars and I did call around and most autodealer ask why am I bearing the cost to replace oil pan because this is an issues of someone tighten up the bolt to tight that caused the treads to be stripped. When I learned of this I spoke to the manager about everything along with my cousins fiancé who works on cars and things got so heated that I just stated to let it go. I was told from a lot of auto workers that this should never had happen and for them not to own up to the cost is beyond them. I also, have to say that I am a women that only want fairness. I do still go to them because beyond this I still had great services they had done for me and for that I would rate them higher. If someone ask who I recommend I will tell them my story and allow them to make their own decision. ***Hopefully instead of using a drill make sure that bolt is tighten after a oil change it should be tighten by hand and not a drill.UPDATE on whoever is reading. 10/12/2015 5:33 pmI gave my reviews and now they are refusing to do business with me. Wow! Thats great customer services! Also, I did not go to Walmart until after I pay for the oil pan that cost 600 dollars. I was not coming back to do business with them but like a stated earlier that I had other services done by them and it was great services. Please dont give a three stars below because they are good by not doing business with you.
Took my TL in for timing belt change, trying to avoid the dealer cost and incompetence. Very happy with the entire experience and cost.
I will not go back the service level in the sales area was absolutely deplorable by a female representative.
Friendly and professional!
Great service as always!
Good service
Transmission went out due to low fluid and they found only a bad seal, they could have easily said the transmission was shot and proceeded to install a new one for $$$ but they explained the small problem and fixed it
Can somebody help me with this? I have a 2010 Honda Accord LXP. Does the timing belt need to be changed? It has 130k miles on it. Thanks.
Great service.
Gibes goid advice
