The lady in the pharmacy is very rude and did not even try to be helpful ! Very Poor Customer Service. Waited 10 minutes with no one else in line to ask a question to get a booster vaccine and she said no and walked away. Didn’t even try to help get an appointment. Where as in the mean time someone just walked up to the male pharmacist and he got him set up to get one in a few minutes!😡

The pharmacy always put you on hold forever! And when you called back from the forever hold they still put you on hold forever and ever again!

I love this CVS! Their team members are amazing and have great customer service. It is always clean and well stocked.

The employee with blond hair named Laura is not nice she treats customers impolitely. When I was there I wanted her to show me the pics she took for me, she wasn’t happy to do that and told me they are not photographers and she considered showing me my pics a waste for her time

The lady who wears a headband (for fashion purposes) around her head is racist. Every time I visit that store, she gives me such an uncomfortable feeling. She called security to the front office because she was scanning my coupons! Wow! Really! I feel discriminated against for just visiting the store and making a purchase!! I’ve already contacted corporate about this behavior she shows. I won’t hesitate to contact corporate again either. Her act hasn’t changed. This store is nice and clean. That’s the only star I will rate it for.

I am a customer of CVS pharmacy this was my first visit to this location the CVS was out of stock of what I needed I felt I was getting the run around so I asked the pharmacist if she could call around to see who had it in stock well the Laverne store did and were so helpful and nice being my self being a nurse understands that sure there may be issues with the manufacturer but for 3 weeks one simple phone call did the job Im very happy that the Laverne store was more than helpful keep up the good work!

The line for The pharmacy is a joke. I can see them laughing at all of us standing there while theres 6 people in line 5 behind the counter and one checker?!

I was at the store and the cashiers made a very dirty comment about some construction workers that walked in with dirty-clothes from their work. They started busting out laughing in front of them, makes me think about how our world has changed and how people are being racist because of the manipulative and influent president we have. Its so sad to see that they dont even appreciate what other people do for their city. It was a truly disgusting experience and I will not be going back to this CVS. I thought stores treated customers and consumers fairly despite their ethnic background but obviously I was wrong. I would be pleased if other people that think and have the same knowledge as me didnt go to this CVS.

Whats up with this place ? The girl from pharmacy told me to knock on the restroom before she opened it ? It has a lock and why would i knock? They need to fix their restroom format here, and she had attitude ? Could it be she is mad because of day light savings and she probably partied all night and then come to work here ? Eff this cvs
