I came here to get my COVID booster. Everyone in the clinic and pharmacy was very helpful. The man who gave me the shot was amazing (I am not sure of his name, unfortunately). I have a history of fainting when I get jabbed, though it hasnt happened in a while. Unfortunately, it happened there. However, the man who who gave me the shot made it painless and helped me through my fainting spell--he even purchased a juice for me, which he definitely did not have to do. Over at the clinic, where I sat for another 15 minutes before I left, the nurse practitioner asked if I wanted to lay down in a room and gave me a cold pack, and when I went to the bathroom the lady at the front of the clinic said she would come find me if I didnt come back in a timely manner to ensure I did not faint in the bathroom. The staff made me feel safe and definitely brought down my anxiety about fainting (because it is embarrassing), so I just wanted to say that I am thankful for these lovely people who work there.
DOUBLE CHECK EVERY MEDICATION!Latest issue: filled wrong type of glucose sensor. I called to confirm as we had issues in the past. Yup. They did it again. I asked for the correct sensor to be filled in 30 mins. They said sure-no problem. They called 15 mins later to say it was out of stock. I said I already had a driver on the way. They refused to give the one med in stock to the driver, my dad saying they had talked to his WIFE. Kinda impossible.Their prices are outrageous. go to bakers they have a Kroger discount program and use goodrx gold. We saved thousands this year.
Scheduled a COVID rapid test on a Friday for a Monday morning test (required for travel). We received a confirmation text on Sunday. Received a Cancellation text on Monday, 3 hours before the scheduled test! No explanation. No options. No other test sites recommended. Now were scrambling to find a same day test provider.
Got a Covid-19 test done there and it took days to get back. Missed work and no one cared. No on tried to help after calling 6 times. Such a joke. Oh, and the guy I last talked to was so rude it was ridiculous. I will never go to this CVS. Back to Walgreens!! 100%%%
The Pharmacy did not help me out, I had to go to a different location to get help. I do not recommend

Showed up to get my scheduled Covid vaccine that they confirmed with me just to find out the nurse administering the vaccine wasn’t even there.
The pharmacy is horrible at this location. Only use it because my insurance requires all refillable prescriptions be filled at CVS. One time prescriptions I can fill at Walgreen’s and there are never any issues. The lines are always long and move so slowly at CVS. They will call that a prescription is ready for pick-up and they will hold for 2 weeks. Only to get there within 5-7 days and they say it’s been longer than two weeks and I have to come back later so they can refill. Don’t use CVS pharmacies if you have a choice in the matter.
I did the drive through covid testing and it was easily the worst covid testing experience I have had. I sat in the parking lot for twenty minutes before my appointment and called because I was confused about where the testing was. The only signs directing me to the drive through were once I was actually in it, so not helpful when looking for it. I looked up before hand how the test was administered and saw that it was a standard nasal swab. But when I got there, I learned that it was actually a self-administered nasal swab. While I wasn’t thrilled about that, I was still wanting to get tested so I listened to the woman who gave me very very quick instructions and then I parked somewhere to take the test. I watched their video about how to do the test but the video and the instructions were different and when I had a question towards the end of my test, I went through the drive through again because she told me to come back if I had any questions. I was met with an extremely rude man who accused me of removing supplies that I didn’t have and wasn’t given to start with. His tone of voice was so demeaning it almost brought me to tears. He was not patient or clear with me. I do not believe that this test will be reliable because I was confused the entire time while taking it.

I didnt want to give this pharmacy 1 star, but you cant leave a review if you dont. Went in for my flu shot today. I figured there would be a wait but didnt think I would be completely ignored by 3 employees talking about the new program on the computer and how much they hate it. I stood there for 5 minutes right in front of them while they talked. I asked another customer if she was in line. She said no Ive checked in to get my flu shot but had been waiting 45 minutes. There were 3 other people waiting while the employees chatted. I will never return to any CVS. Walgreens will have my business.
Dont go to the drive through pharmacy here. I sat in line for over half an hour without a single car being served. Eventually I just squeezed out of line without getting my prescription. Even bad fast food drive throughs will move a car out of the way if its going to hold everyone else up, so I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to let cars line up around the building.
Worst drive through service especially during late hours. This is the second time that the pharmacist was very rude when asked for an advise about an over the counter medicine. She specifically said that Im not gonna run back to the Otc section for you. I mean then whats the point of drive through. I was truly a fan of the quality of service that cvs provides but it seems by they having such people service the customers is bringing bad name for them.
This pharmacy is a joke. It has gone way down hill. Long waits to get prescriptions filled, forget about the drive thru, long lines, seems to be no sense of urgency. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere else. I would give no stars if I could.

Super slow. System crashed, still charged our card but didn’t go through on their end. All the computers kept crashing and they had to call the doctor to fix something with the prescription and had to wait for the new script to be sent in. Waited in the cvs for over and hour and just walked out with no scripts. Don’t have that much time to waste. Will have to come back later. The staff was very friendly, not mad at them. It’s honestly not their fault but they said they had been trying to get IT in to fix it for some time. Please get it fixed because we are now switching pharmacies as this has happened twice now.
I ordered something from Amazon to be sent to my fiancee, and Amazon shipped using UPS. When UPS could not deliver because no one was home, they took the package to this CVS pharmacy. So, with the UPS tag in hand, I went to the pharmacy to pick this item up...and CVS would not release it to me, despite having the tag in hand, and voicing to them that I could pull up Amazon on my phone and PROVE that I made the order.CVS stated that only the recipient on the package could pick up the item because it was their policy. I guess they care more about their policy than doing the right thing. Now I understand that the policy is in place to avoid someone snatching a tag off a door and picking up an item that isnt theirs....yet as I stated, I offered to pull up Amazon on my phone, which includes tracking numbers etc...and proves that I made the purchase, but nope...The icing on the cake this visit was that their credit card machines were down. I had wanted to purchase some medicine and had no cash on hand...wasnt about to take a 3 dollar atm fee to get cash either.The lesson I take away from all this is simple. Choose Walgreens. My CVS days are done
Pharmacy is great! Always have what I need in stock. Ive visited their doctor on site before to avoid having to get in to see my regular doctor and had pretty good luck with that too. Store is very clean and staff is always friendly!

Slowest drive through ever two cars in front of me took 25 minutes to get prescription.
DO NOT buy a lightning charger from here. It stopped working so fast! Tried multiple outlets, multiple buildings — it was a faulty charger. (See more)And NEVER buy wasp spray from here. Has ZERO effect on wasps and CVS never answered when I reached out.
Hester had no interest in helping customers. Too busy on her tablet, as I think about it I dont think she ever laid the tablet down. No hello, no thank you. In order to get her to talk I told her goodbye. Never had this experience before. Customer before us had to ask for her assistance to be checked out. I asked about my reward card, I have 2. She scanned one. I asked if my 20% coupon was on that one. She said no, so I asked her to scan my other one. She said nothing, a receipt printed out. She sat it to the side and started scanning all over again. I would have shown her my phone if she would have actually talked to me. THEN as I look at my receipt She never scanned the other card, so I did not even get the 20% offer on the items that were not on sale. She is a bad hire!If this was our first visit we would never visit again. We were shocked, this was not the normal atmosphere at the store. But not a good change.
Waited thirty minutes in the drive through pick up with only THREE CARS in the line! Unbelievable! Switching pharmacies!
This pharmacy is always friendly and helpful. They get my scripts ready fast and let me know by text when they are ready for pickup!

Pharmacist there for tonight is very rude, she thinks she is better than everyone. will never call them again. definitely taking my business elsewhere. DONT GO THERE!!! she has no customer service skills.
The pharmacy is shockingly bad, though the store is fine. Prepare to wait more than half an hour after being told your script is ready, even if you give them notice. Its a fairly good pharmacy if you visit it after 10 pm, but the entire staff at 4-8 is beyond inept.
I stop in event now and then and an always able to get what I need fast. When I do have questions I am always able to get excellent help from the staff here
Out of the 3-4 times I have been there twice when it has been bad, and twice was fine. I think it depends on who is working or what day of the week it is. On the weekend it was awful, but weekday was better.
The pharmacy is open for 24 hours, as is the rest of the store. This is a good place to get any of those small things you realize you need in the middle of the night.

This is my regular CVS and they have always had the best customer service in the store and the pharmacy. They are always stocked and clean.

Super slow. Waiting a long time on the phone with no one even picking up the phone. If you dont go during the week in the just before lunch, you will be waiting 40 minutes for your prescription.
