First time ordering from this company and it’s been anything but a pleasant experience. They charged the credit card upon the order being received without knowing wether they even had the product on hand! The order was placed the beginning of September and nothing was received for weeks! Only a tiny unimportant part of the order was ever received, many phone conversations that got no where trying to get a refund because the order was never going to be received. They shipped it to somewhere else and then would not refund the shipping charges to us. Absolutely ridiculous to have a $22 shipping charge on a $15 item. Nothing was resolved the customer service was rude and they are not worth working with. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

Trash company. Never anything in stock. Charges you before they even get it. Shipping can take months, which is crazy because they pass cost right on to me. Horrible experience, will be finding a new company to deal with.

We have purchased deli cup shrink bands from this company since 2012.Back then we received ordering problems but none for at least 2 yrs. Brenmar heard their customers and fixed the problems. We have also had no complaints w/ the product and have even recommended it to other businesses. We have lots of vendors and as a small business I love vendors which simply deliver and offer no problems.

Horrible experience, we have been ordering custom stickers for well over a year, the last 4 months almost every order is messed up. We are missing custom stickers, and then being charged for shipping to fix the companies mistake, which at $12 a roll of stickers and $13 to reship will add up. I have tried to be forgiving and nice, but after my last order missing 4 custom sticker rolls at $12 a roll. I can no longer be nice, I was told I was basically out the money because they had the correct weight leaving the warehouse. I would suggest finding another sticker company to order stickers from. I shouldnt have keep going back to them for stickers but I will now be finding a new place for stickers. Its funny how on my packing list it says there are 14 stickers on it but I only received 10 stickers in the box. I guess my UPS man really wanted 500 stickers that said ELK on it.

We place a order for labels with this company. First problem, my credit card was charge twice and it took a week to get a refund. Second problem, after 22 day waiting for my order I contacted the company, spoke with Sheryl, she said she wasnt able to locate the order asked for my number and promised she will call back but never did. I called back the following day and spoke with Kat, she said the order hasnt ship and she had no idea why my credit card was charge before the package was at least ready, I ask for a cancelation and full refund, she also asked for my number and said she will call back and never did. I called a third time, no one was available got a answering machine, I left a message with my information but instead of calling me they called my associate to inform him that the package has very conveniently been ship and we should receive it soon. My associated asked for tracking number and summary of the order. We found out the package has just been ship after I asked for a refund. Worst costumer service ever, wont recommended it and definitely not doing business with them again.
