Our sales person, Rob, was kind and professional. He took his time to explain all our buying options and how the filter system and majestic high filtration surface cleaner work. My husband and i loved the system and would have loved to purchase that day. However, even through we couldnt afford to purchase today, he was respectful and understanding of our budget. I look forward to purchasing this system when we are financially able. Check them out! You wont be sorry!

I am usually too busy to write reviews, but I am compelled to take a moment to say how incredible this company was. As I told my friends, the salesmen never tried to MAKE you buy something. They really lived up to their commitment to share information with me and let me decide. I got a defender and it is amazing how it cleans the air. I have recommended this company to friends and family.

Rob was very friendly. enthusiastic, and knowledgeable (or at least well prepared/studied, lol)! The equipment seems very well built and is mostly American made (I believe he said some filter media is from Canada... close enough). The machine picked up an insane amount of dirt. It was a bit impressive seeing as how the carpet was just vacuumed with our Dyson. The build quality does drive the price up a bit but thats kind of to be expected. Just ask anyone thats had a high end vacuum for 20-30 years if its worth it. Were not ready to buy at the moment, but it is an impressive system so who knows once things calm down some. :) Thanks Rob!

Friendly customer service, our rep that came out was very easy to talk to!. My wifes grandfather bought the majestic vacuum and the defender air filter for us for our house and they both work great. The air filter does well to keep the air in the house clean and helped ease his asthma, and the vacuum keeps the pet hair to a minimum.

We have 2 Defender air filters and a Majestic system for our house since October 2017 and love them! Our house feels and smells better with the systems constantly running; you barely notice the motors running. I definitely recommend this for anyone with allergies or for anyone who wants cleaner air in their house!

The salesman Rob came in with great high energy from the time he walked in. He engaged with everyone in the household and wasnt being pushy or over eager. Overall the presentation was awesome, the products were great and they were offering a great deal. Unfortunately I wasnt in a position to add another bill to my finances anytime soon.

Amazing product, however employees are extremely misled as to what their schedule and pay will be. I worked there for about a month in 2013, I was told guaranteed $2,800 a month if you do the appointments scheduled for you. What that really meant was, 7 days a week, very often they dont have enough appointments for you to meet the requirement for that base pay, and if youre one appointment less than the requirement for the base pay you only earn commission. I believe my first pay period I worked 7 days a week, at least 8 hours a day, and made $50 - $100. My second pay period, I hit the required number of appointments for the base pay, but they told me one didnt count because it wasnt long enough. So instead of $2,800, I was paid $50. I lost my apartment and had to move back in with my parents. Would have been nice to know it wasnt a real job before I accepted it.Owner is fun on a good day and extremely rude on a bad day. Please dont blame the demonstrators, they are under extreme pressure and are just doing what they are told.I do still plan to buy the product, because I truly believe in it (lifelong allergy sufferer here) but I will purchase from a different office owned by a different person.

Thanks Rob, the cleaning system has changed our lives. The air quality in our house has has improved so much that my kids no longer get sick. The vacuum pulls more dirt out of the carpet than any other vacuum I have owned.

I was very impressed with the products and the effectiveness of how the equipment cleans the air. Being a business owner I dont see how this place can operate with bait and switch sales tactics. Its disgusting to see people attempt to trick would be customers by offering free prizes with no obligation and than attempting to send out a salesperson for a one hour demonstration on their products. I could only imagine what they are capable of once they get their teeth into you. Maybe you should use your marketing capital to employ some honest sales tactics that may net actual profit rather than bad reviews.

We had a very good experience. First off, if you actually READ the scratch card front and back it explains everything perfectly-- to include the odds of each prize (e.g. 1:1,000,000 participants will win $10K). After calling the number on the card, we scheduled an appointment with a polite receptionist who answered all questions openly before setting a convenient time. The sales person (Matt F.) showed up exactly at the appointed time. He was very polite, well spoken, and thorough. Matt was also very respectful of our time and did not mind when we had to do house chores and at times ignore his presentation due to distractions in the home. He was very understanding. Finally, and most importantly, the product he sells does exactly what the company advertises. The Majestic and Defender are both high quality products. Although expensive, our family has no buyers remorse.

This is not my first experience with the Majestic Vaccum my mom owned one for the last 25 to 30 years. I believe my sister has it now since my moms death a few years ago. It still works well. The demonstration was very informative and has been updated with new a air purifier. The dirt that the vaccum picked up preformed very good and the air purifier works beautifully. They are well worth the price of never having to buy a new one. Great service and demonstrations are all plus for the company. The one my mom had was under the Filter Queen brand. I came into coastal aire concepts a little over a month ago. Let me tell you. The people here are so nice and they truly really care about your health.I came in because in the past I had owned a couple of defenders before but we had to throw them away along with everything we own due to a toxic mold loss to our entire home and belongings. I know these are great filters because we used them before. Honestly I think they are a big major reason why we were able to stay in the house as long as we did.A HUGE unfortunate side effect for our little girl from the toxic mold is that she has PANS. She acquired this autoimmune disorder from living in the toxic mold. Whenever her immune system is triggered her antibodies attack her own brain causing inflammation and neurological issues. This company cares deeply about people. Not only did a sales representative listen to our entire story but the owner himself came in and also listened to us.The reason why were in the market for defenders again was because where we are temporarily staying while we try and rebuild our home recently had a cross contamination to mold. And this was making our safe space not safe for us. We were scared and terrified of losing our daughter again to PANS. Something we spent every ounce of energy we had to pull her out of to begin with. Once we started to get effected again by the cross contamination I am so glad I remembered that coastal aire was a local company to us and I loaded us all up into the car and drove down.I wanted to wait a month to write a review on these defenders because i wanted to be able to convey the awesomeness of these units. Also so many times reviews are written after someone just buys The product and I have never found those sort of reviews very helpful for the long run of a product.The very same day we installed them we turned them on high and we left for the day and that evening when we returned back we could already tell a huge difference in the smell of our space. Its fresh. Like fresh mountain air. No smells. Just clean and pleasant. And our reactions to the mold cross contamination stopped! We have been running them now for a little over a month. The beauty of these machines is that you can leave them running 24/7. Its safe to do so. They are even classified as a class 2 medical device by the FDA. Yes, they are that awesome.They also have 3 speeds. When it is on low you cant even hear it running. When it is on high you can hear it but its quieter than a box fan and not at all overpowering. We leave both of ours on high 24/7.To test things out I even turned them off for a day and my family started reacting again and our daughter had a minor flare. Upon turning them back on again within a time frame we were feeling better again. She has been flare free since.My family is hyper sensative to mold now and we were so scared we were going to have to repeat everything all over again because of the cross contamination. This has calmed our fears to zero. And I know I plan on using these for the rest of our lives no matter where we live. They are even convenient enough that if you travel to take them with you for hotels etc.They are a bit expensive. But after going through a huge major health disaster in my family where we almost lost our lives to begin with, and all that I have learned in the necessity to keep your life healthy by keeping your enviornment healthy around you. There is no alternative I will ever consider. It is worth the cost because its your health and your life.Im writting this review from a perspective on the quality of filtration for mold spores. But i also want to note it is super effective at clearing the smell from a room due to dirty diapers, cooking fish, and essential oils/fragrances. My husband also has allergies. And the only room we do not have a defender in is the room he sneezes in.Your getting a lot of quality for your money. These units have top superior filtration. Its better than HEPA. You wont be disappointed in living a healthier life.

Ths is a great place to work if your okay with lying to get money. they call people saying they are doing a survey but really want to set up a meeting to try to sell an air purifier. they gave me a list of people who I could talk to and on that list was literally the phone book as a way to get demenstrations. when I got an interview I was told that they dont want you to sell at all and to just demonstrate the purifier but once you get the job its only about the money and finding anybody you can try to sell to. all of thier facts are half truths and if you do any research (like I did) you will see that your selling an air purifier for 10 times the price of others and only works slightly better. product isnt even worth its price.

Best air filtration system Ive ever seen. I cant believe how dirty the air we breathe every day really is.

If you dont want to read my whole review, know this; they claimed the price of 2 filtration systems and a vacuum was $5k, but by time I kicked them out, it was down to $2300. I originally dealt with this company at the Tacoma home show at the Tacoma Dome. They wanted to give me a pitch for a free BBQ set. Amazing! He said sarcasticly. We had a family emergency in between them calling, and so my wife had to travel out of the area youre an extended period of time. About a month later I got a flyer showing that I could win something. It did spark me to remember that I wanted to check out this companies air filtration system. So I called and the rep said somebody can come out the same day. Although the wrap was new, it was definitely polite and courteous and I overlooked that because everyones got to start somewhere. After he gave me his pitch for the air system, he gave me one for a vacuum (I was not expecting). After 2.5 hours I was given the price of $5k for 2 portable air systems and a vacuum. Granted the systems seemed decent, just not worth a fraction of that. We recently purchased a whole house filtration system, that is considered top of the line for residential use, and so I wanted to know certain specs on there system; the company didnt have documentation which is crazy since they claim to be FDA certified. Their promotion was for $3800. After telling them we have just spent A massive amount of money on renovations the rep said thank you for your time, I now have to review with my boss (the classic timeshare pitch). Joey tried to go as low at $2300. I told him it wasnt going to happen, but once we finished renovations on the house to check back with us. He then tried to give me a bunch of other options after I told him we wont finance anything. Joey became a massive jerk; he first hung up on his rep, then kept calling my cell. After a few missed calls from a number I didnt recongnize, I answered and Joey demanded to speak with his rep. Since he called on my phone, I could here the whole conversation from the speaker being turned up. Joey became very condescending, to myself and his rep. He then chewed out his rep for coming here without my wife (which the rep never spoke with me beforehand). I told Joey that my wife didnt need to be here because we fully trust each other with our money. Joey then went on to try and get the rep to call out my manhood and say, well if you get to make the decisions why dont you move forward? At that point I nicely told the rep. I appreciated his time, and told him he did everything right. But since his boss is a piece of garbage. I was about to kick the rep out of my house. Joey then hung up again. And the rep said, well I guess him hanging up means we are done. I legitimately was interested once we took care of all our construction, and would have even told people about the product. But as long as this company has people like Joey working for this company, I wont have anything to do with them, and recommend nobody else bother calling them.

Weve had the defender and majestic for 14 months and still impressed and love it

This company takes advantage of vulnerable adults and courteous people. They are an independent distributor that sells vacuum cleaners and air filter systems made by FilterQueen. First, they circumvent the National Do-Not-Call list by making telemarketing calls under the guise of performing a scientific research survey. When they call they state they are doing a coastal air survey and then ask about the air quality where you live. This sounds at first like a call from the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency or other entity. The catch comes at the end of the survey when they state that for your time you will be entered into a random drawing and may win a prize. They call back a few days later and explain that you have won a prize for the participation in their survey. Then they set up a time to deliver the prize. When they come to your home a salesperson attempts to sell their products. Now they do state there is no obligation to buy their product and they deny using high-pressure sales techniques but that is purely subjective. Unfortunately, everything they do is technically legal, however what they do is morally objectionable. As an advocate for vulnerable adults I have unfortunately seen scams similar to this many times. Please be aware and warn all you know about this unscrupulous business that operates in our area.
