Really good experience here. I work with a 95 year old lady who needed a new ish freezer after her old one stopped freezing. They took the old one away and sold us a used one for a decent price. We had an issue about two weeks after the fact and they sent someone out to fix it. The young man who came to fix it was wonderful, extremely kind and took care of it. (It was whatever part tells the compressor to get to work lol)

This place is great! We had been looking for a deal on a new (used) energy efficient washing machine and dryer for a while and Quality Appliances had exactly what we wanted for a great price. All of the employees were really friendly and helpful, offering to switch out the plug if needed, offering delivery, and supplying the dryer vent hose. PLUS, they have a 30 day warranty, which gave us peace of mind but we didnt end up needing. Highly recommend them!

Bought a new fridge here. The Customer Service is the best and the prices are good. They where able to take my old fridge and install the new one same day. Very happy to recommend to everyone. Going back today to get another appliance because the service and prices are that good. They also speak Spanish which would be helpful to some Customers. Please support a local business instead of Best Buy with thier insanely high prices!!

I had some issues with a washer and dryer I purchased at Quality Appliance. I was able to speak to Savili, who in turn spoke to Melvin and although I was past the 30 day return period they agreed to let me return the appliances for a full refund. So although my appliances had issues, the customer service was great.
