Had a minor paint chip on bumper, took it in to Lacey collision and i am so happy i made that choice! The building is nice and clean and the staff are very understanding and professional. Every step of the way they were extremely helpful. Rental car place is on the property so everything can be done in one trip. 3 days later and my baby looked brand new. They also work directly with Geico which was a plus. Highly recommend this establishment

Absolutely amazing. I went to lacey collision because my insurance recommended them. I called before I made an appointment to ask the process because after being rear ended, I had body and exhaust damage and wanted to see if they do it all there. The woman who answered was so polite, and explained everything. They kept me updated after I dropped it off and didnt act annoyed when I called a few times with questions. They had my jeep back to me in 4 days. Highly highly recommend. Ashley helped me, she is the best!!

Great place. They are busy. I had to wait a couple weeks out to drop off my car for repair. They work seamlessly with USAA and Enterprise rental car. They texted me updates and when my car was ready. The lobby layout is kinda weird. There is this contraption that takes up most of the space.

I think the thing I liked the most was how they were in constant contact with me, letting me know how things were going, about any delays in being able to get parts from the manufacturer etc. It makes you feel very confident that you made the right choice in having them repair your car. They have a well polished operation, great customer service, and they did a great job on the repair too!

Great place. Hope to never need their services again. But GREAT place.

Very friendly office staff and beautiful building. That being said, I dont think Ive ever been more mad at a company before. Made an appointment for an estimate after my car was backed into. Never received the estimate even after checking my spam. Called to make an appointment despite not receiving an estimate and then waited two days before someone called me back to schedule a time. Made the appointment, arranged to borrow a vehicle for the 9 days they needed to have my car and then an hour....AN HOUR before I was supposed to drop off my vehicle, they called to tell me that they dont work on cars with rebuilt titles. I cannot tell you how much time they wasted on my end, coming in for an appointment, waiting and looking for an estimate, trying to schedule a date, and then the amount of shuffling for me to borrow a car, to only be cancelled on at the very last minute. Im livid that I have to start this process over again elsewhere. There goes three weeks of my life and time with this dent still on my vehicle.

This company was prompt, reliable and reasonable. I have used them on more then one occasion to repair damages to my car and was more then pleased with their estimate and corresponding repair. Service was prompt and completed on time. They even tidied the interior to include vacumming the floor, and A bouquet of flowers as a thank you for my business.

My husband took my car to Lacey Collision to get an estimate, for insurance purposes, on damages done to my car. Got payment from insurance, and called to make an appointment to get my car repaired. Was told by Joel that the ‘estimate’ wasn’t accurate, and could cost $4-5000 MORE than the estimate stated. Now I’m screwed! Maybe it’s my fault because I believe that an estimate should be as close to the cost as possible, and the business would stand behind the estimate! Maybe I just should never trust people... Not Lacey Collision! They lie!!

Every one there is so nice and professional. Got rear ended, once the appointment was made I got my car back within 3 to 4 days. Dropped off on a Tuesday and got it back on Friday. It looked awesome. I was very happy with them and their work.

I have used Lacey Collision for years for both auto body and their mechanic shop personally. They are fantastic to work with and very competitive on price and the work is top notch. One of the few locally owned shops left in the area! Recently had my truck door repaired and an ac condenser. Looks and works great!!

I am very satisfied with the hard work that was put in to repair my vehicle. Repairs took twice as long as what was originally estimated however it was due to the through inspection of damage that was conducted by the repair team to catch all issues. They also let you know that the estimated time of completion can change if further damage is discovered.

They are a good body shop to get your wrecked vehicle all fixed up

I have had my old car worked on here a while ago and they did a great job. For the most part, the staff here is professional and kind. However, the claims lady tied to Geico that works here, her name is Ashley, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. My car was here for nearly 2 weeks to have the damage assessed and the value of the vehicle figured out. Not only would she refuse to take any calls from myself or my father asking about what was going on with my car (even though she was in the office), but she never even called me to inform me when it was finished, even though she was aware I was paying for a rental waiting to be able to pick my car up. I had to call multiple times to see if I was able to pick my car up. When I came to pick it up today, I see in big writing on my folder that the car has been deemed a total loss, even though Ashley, nor anyone at Geico informed me of this. I asked to speak to her and she wouldn’t even come out to show her face and instead the poor manager (who was very patient and kind) came out to try and explain what was going on to me. God help anyone who is stuck dealing with Ashley over here. She is the absolute worst. She has no business working any kind of job that involves customer service or relations of any kind and is a bad look for this business. Unfortunately, because of my experience with Ashley, I don’t think I’d ever come here for any kind of service again. Gerber Collision is right across the street and will at least communicate with and update their customers, and they do just as good of work as they would do here. Save yourself the heartache and aggravation if they assign you Ashley and just go to Gerber, or somewhere else that will treat you like a human being.**Edit to Add**Ashley is not only rude and unable to communicate with customers/clients, but apparently she is also incompetent. I received a copy of her report to determine the value of my car, and the first thing (among many other blatant mistakes) I noticed was that she listed my car as a 5 speed when it is CLEARLY an automatic transmission. Like there is no clutch, any monkey could see that it is an automatic. I do not even know how to drive a manual. Make sure you carefully look over any value reports done by this woman because I guarantee there are mistakes. Mine had numerous, the incorrect transmission type was just one of several mistakes.

Great service, detailed estimates, listened to my concerns. They actually gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car, with no charge. Vehicle was actually ready a day before promised date, which made it very convenient for figuring out transportation that last day. Very pleased with results. Car looks great, plus they included a complete interior detail. Looked and smelled nice. LOL - I highly recommend this company.

Sad to say, but great service is so rare that when we do experience it; its a shock. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, ORGANIZED, FRIENDLY....I could go on and on about the service I received this morning. Upon entering Crystal immediately greeted me with a warm welcome. She (and another young lady whose name I didnt get) were both very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We have had our vehicles repaired twice at this location. On the first experience they used off brand parts to repair my Lexus without permission. Once they put the parts on and had my vehicle for many days, I asked about the off brand part and then they offered to take my car back and replace with Lexus parts. Which meant another week or longer of repairs.The second time they called and told me that my car was complete and the day of pick up they called and said they found damage to the paint job and needed my vehicle longer. Meanwhile they cancelled my rental car causing havoc mid work day.Finally, we recently took a different vehicle to this repair place and received an estimate. About a week later we never heard from anyone so we called. They informed us that they expected us to do the communication with insurance and that they were waiting for us to complete the work before they ordered parts. When we took the vehicle in for estimate, they said we would hear from them once the parts were available.We gave the benefit of the doubt the first 2 episodes, but now we will no longer do business with this place. I suggest you search elsewhere for repairs.

Nick has worked on my car quite a few times. He has always given me a great price, excellent customer service and he is very efficient in his work. In comparison to the other businesses I have compared services to, this is the only place I will take my car when I have any kind of problems with my vehicle.

Collision repair 2.0! These folks are straight up MAGIC! OMG, repairing collisions is second nature to them. Everything is soo streamlined and sophisticated I felt like I was stepping into the future! Joel put together an estimate with what seemed to be over 50 items. They took care of working out the payment with the other insurer. Everything was so hassle free. All I had to do was hand them my keys and when I got back it was as if they had put my car back through a time machine. WOW, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Lacey Collision took great care of us when both of our vehicles were damaged by a falling branch. They made the process painless and brief and got us a rental car right away. When I got my car back, the hood was like new, the car was washed, vaccumed and smelled great! The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.

The single star Im giving to this place is only because the receptionist was lovely and very sweet to my kiddos. However thats the only nice thing I can say. I went in to get a quote from them for only body damage and the only major damage was on one side of the car. It was only very minor dents on the other side. I immediately knew it was a no go before I ever got his quote because I asked for a quote to just have the major damage repaired and a second one to have all the damage repaired. His response was they either had to do all or none of it which I knew was complete nonsense. He also, I guess, assumed his was the only quote I had done or that I hadnt done my homework. Wrong! Ten minutes later he presented me with a quote that was astronomically over priced. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Please take your business elsewhere!

They can be busy and may take time to get you in for scheduled repairs but man, you cant beat the quality. Awesome service from extremely friendly staff, no stress environment, quick to answer any questions and the repairs are perfect. Will absolutely use again for any future needs.

I took my car in after getting rear ended. Work was satisfactory and the price was fair. I didnt realize they offered loaner cars, that would have been a convenient add-on. Id certainly bring more work in to them future, not that Im hoping to un dear the previous circumstances.

Never end up getting your vehicle back the same way it went in. Then Ill ask you just bring it back and theyll look at it and then you take time off of work to do that and then they call you and tell you its done and then its still not done correctly. My bumper was not put on correctly and it damages itself all said and done Im stuck with a damaged bumper my Fender was not trimmed correctly and it damaged itself now Im stuck with a damaged fender. Also its the only vehicle I own to bring it back and give it to them you no longer get a rental so youre either going to stand there and wait or youre going to call somebody for a ride. Ive gone there multiple times but the more I go there Im noticing that the workmanship is going downhill I will be looking for a new auto body shop for my auto body needs in the future.

They do great work, I would recommend them to anyone! Those guys really know their stuff!Staff was very helpful with the whole process and when I got my car back it was as good as new and super clean because I remembered to clean all of my personal belongings out before I dropped it off. It did take a little longer then expected but Im sure there can and almost will always be additional damage. Luckily I didnt have any parts delays, so the process was still pretty quick. You guys rock!

I had the front bumper snagged by another car in a parking lot and dislodged on the right side. It looked as if Id need it replaced. However, Nick took one look and started pushing and whacking until it was almost back where it should be. Then he got a screwdriver and finished the job. Total time? 5 minutes. Total cost? 0 Result? perfect. Experience, wisdom and expertise will tell every time. Thanks to Nick and Lacey Collision Center my initial worries are no more.

I went here for an insurance repair for an auto accident. I made the arrangements in advance so that they could order the parts. I dropped the keys and the car off as scheduled (actually the night before.)The car was done when I expected it to be and looked fabulous. The repair showed a trouble I had with my speakers so I was able to fix that. Now on to the troubles...My car is a little different, a first generation Honda Insight. In the process of the repair, they had to remove the right side wheel skirt. They did not fasten it back on correctly and I nearly lost it on the freeway.They also had to remove the washer fluid tank, when they re-connected it, they swapped the hoses! Pulling the wash lever for the front started the front wipers and jetted the rear window. I would think that they would have checked the repair, but they neglected this part.Contacting the business they were glad to do the repair on the wash-tank (I wont trust anyone to get the wheel skirts right anymore.) They offered me a free detail.They did a good repair. reconditioned parts for an 8yo car, normal. The paint matches very well. The seams are all to tolerance. I just feel that their QC could be improved.

Rude rude rude on the phone. Prior to this call, I called numerous other auto body shops to obtain information and each shop handled my questions with professionalism. This was the only shop where the woman on the phone went round and round without answering my question, and then rudely ended the conversation! I was trying to determine whether to bring my car in for an estimate to have it repaired, and whether they do the kind of repair I needed. Other places were able to answer my questions, and yes I already knew I would have to bring in my car for an estimate, but if they dont do the kind of touchup work Im seeking I dont want to waste my time or theirs. I have used this shop in the past, when the customer service was so much better (two years ago). Todays experience convinced me to avoid this shop and go elsewhere where the customer service is helpful and not rude regarding inquiries from customers.

They called us once they received word from our insurance provider and scheduled our car for collision repair.The only issue anyone might have is that theyre very busy and are booked for weeks. Its a good problem for them, not so great if you need to get your car repaired quickly.There is an Enterprise car rental right next door which was a real convenience.Our car was in and out in under three days. It looks like brand new. They washed the car and cleaned the inside--nice customer service. The staff is friendly. Overall, its a professionally run operation.

I haven’t had the best experience with this company. I’ve had my car at the shop for almost two weeks now after my husband got side swiped by a semi. At first they told me the repairs would be done by Tuesday and they would call me Monday. Monday come and no call so I wait until Tuesday then I call them. They said that the car would be done Wednesday. I call them today (Wednesday) and they said the car may not be done until tomorrow but they will give me a call back in a couple of hours. They close in 40 min and I still yet to receive a call from them. No one has been contacting me to let me know about the progress I have been the one calling them. I think that if you’re going to tell me that you’re going to call me in a couple hours you should do so instead of having me wait for 4 hours. I am very displeased and will most likely take my car else where if anything like this ever happens again.

I am very grateful to Lacey collision center ~ they have helped me through three unfortunate car damages over the years. Nick went the extra mile to find a newer part I needed~ I highly recommend them.

I have taken a few of my vehicles here for repairs simply by my experience and recommendation.Unfortunately my review today is based on my last experience with lacey collision And despite the wonderful customer service the front counter provided checking me in I have to say the underwriter Kevin and his repair team Did not perform at their best Considering when I picked up my car my trouble lights were all on my temperature gauge for my exterior does not work and now my air conditioning unit does not work all of which worked at the time my vehicle as dropped off and when I pointed out these issues I was told that they were from a previous repair and theyre not our problemI find it Highly unlikely that everything works in my car 3 years after the last repairs and suddenly when Lacey collision is fixing a Dent in my passenger door they have to mess with my front bumper and my cooling system.I have made several attempts to meet with Kevin to fix this issue and I have sent several emails regarding these issues with no correspondents or resolution.Based on this last experience I dont recommend lacey collision nor will I ever take my vehicles there again

Clean, tidy, and professional

Unfortunately my husband and I have been frequent customers of Lacey Collision. Joel takes excellent care of us, its just not a place you want to be because obviously you banged up your car. Yesterday I stopped in for an estimate because I got a flat tire on the freeway and it damaged my wheel well. Nick (who doesnt know me from Adam) came out to give me an estimate, looked at it and said he could just snap it back together and he put a clip on it to hold it together. It was still damaged but no longer flopping around. You could not tell there was damage unless you knew something had happened. We also take our truck to their auto repair shop and they so an excellent job. Lacey Collisions customer service is stellar beyond any other business. Nick proved that yesterday.

Friendly, efficient, and if you become a regular they remember your face. Painting, custom, and repair- they also have an Enterprise service literally next door.

Had my rear fender repair good work done right & fast they completed it on time, when they said it would be done.

Horrible paint had runs and was orange peely door was torn apart and not put back together correctly and now will not open from the outside and these thieves would not fix take your vehicle anyplace but here. Hello I would go to home Depot and find a migrant worker whos cousin could fix my car in his back yard before I returned to lacy collision
