I was looking for a Turtle wax product to restore my headlights. They didnt have that product. They others that were similar. The store tech was very helpful and provided some good feedback/tips on how the products really work and how to use them. Ill be back... Worth your time to stop in. Every time I go in here, I get prompt, friendly help. I needed a new headlight bulb. I had gone to another auto store first (NOT a Cut Rate store). They looked at the casing around the bulb. He told me it would be $180 because it was complex to get the casing off, to replace the bulb. Although that store is way more convenient for me to get to during the day, I waited till I could get to Cut Rate in Lacey. They took a look, popped the casing off and my bulb was in! I cannot say enough good about this Cut Rate store on College Way in Lacey!

I went in on Saturday to find if they carried a part for my Tahoe. Within 10 minutes Marty not only found two of the hydraulic rams to lift my back lift gate, but also installed them! Always professional and ready to help on the weird and unusual project or the mundane wipers that need changing. Today I was certain there was an electrical issue on the pickup truck, only to have it tested and the battery, alternator, and starter all check good, but was suggested I look into the mass air flow sensor and last time a tune-up was completed. Great advice and definitely knowledgeable help for looking into this basket case I now how going on.

So my battery finally gave up the ghost last week and suddenly I needed a new one if I wanted to continue to motivate. Its never a good time for these things to happen. I was going to get a new one from a chain store since it was closest to me but a good friend said, No! Go Local. Go to Cut Rate Auto Parts. I called and sure enough, they had an equivalent battery for $50.00 less than the other place! I was so thrilled and they were only a few miles away. Jerry installed my new battery, didnt break anything, and even replaced a bolt that was missing on my bracket. I now have a sticker on my truck that says, Powered by C R A P Cut Rate Auto Parts - get it? Im so proud!

I dont even bother to price check items any more because Cut Rate Auto Parts always has the best price. The staff is exceptional and they go out of their way when it comes to customer service. They are great about exchanging or refunding you for parts if needed.

Cutrate Auto Parts always comes through for me :) I needed a windshield transmission arm as my wipers were broke. I called around and no one had my part and I was told to go to junk yard lol. Jerry the sales rep was pleased to help me and made sure it was the correct part. I felt very welcomed and they understood my emergency. I had to fix before it rained and I was with out a car. Sometimes the phrase fast and friendly service seems to be a throwaway line. Well, Ive been to other auto parts stores in Lacey and I just want to say that you dont always get fast and friendly service. Thats not what happens at Cut Rate Auto Parts. The service I have received here for 15 years is fast and friendly and they are also put on your windshield wiper blades for you.

C.R.A.P. theyre the best! I recently rolled in, on a very rainy Sunday, needing to check the battery in my wifes van. The guy who I talked to made quick work, while standing in the rain, determining I needed a new battery. He grabbed a tool box and went to work, first hooking up a back up battery to my ODB sensor so I wouldnt lose all my settings in the van. He replaced the battery in just a few short minutes, all while smiling as he got soaked.I wish I remembered the guys name I talked with, as he was an awesome dude. All the guys at CRAP are great.

I went there to buy polishing compound for my car, autozone wanted $19.95 for the same product that was $11.95 at cutrate. I will definitely be checking here before going to autozone. Great service and great prices.
