My husband is very picky on what he likes so when we told Dennis what we were looking for he showed us exactly what we needed. When we were shown the base with the vibration settings and adjustable head and foot support I looked over at my husband and knew he was sold. The vibration setting was already putting him to sleep and I knew from that instance if it can put a grown man to sleep so quickly it will definitely put our future babies to sleep quick and easy too. Final time to upgrade!! Went searching for the perfect mattress and started the search at Mattress Firm. Rachel Cotton provided excellent customer service and was awesome at explaining all the options available without any pressure to buy “the most expensive”. Shopped around to a couple other stores and two hours later went back to Rachel and finalized the purchase. Price was great and customer service was awesome. I had a very good experience at the location in Lacey. I needed a queen size pillow top mattress that was in stock and on sale, and could be delivered in a few days. Sales rep Dennis checked all these options, and gave me a great deal on a high quality Serta mattress. Theyll even remove the old mattress set.

After dealing with another furniture company in which I had placed online orders which became a big headache. I called Mattress firm and spoke with Spencer who answered my questions and assured me (depending on when I came into the store) I could have the merchandise I was looking for in a couple of days. When I went into the store Sam helped me to make my purchase and explained all the details. I was excited after all the months I dealt with the other furniture store and endless confusion. Both of these guys offered impeccable service! The Lacey store will definitely be my go to for my future needs.

The sign at the front door advertised Buy more save more. Buy two pillows get 30% off was the offer that we were trying to take advantage of but they refused to honor the sale because we had a in store credit. Edit - I have given another two stars since the store read my review and rectified the issue. Its still frustrating to have to jump through hoops to get what they had advertised.

Tyesha provided great service. She gave advice on the different mattresses available in the store and a few I looked at online. I ended up asking her to order me a mattress which she did without hesitation. She scheduled a delivery date and was able to provide military discount. Much appreciated.

Rachel was fantastic and help us get the right guest bed (mattress, adjustable base, headboard and bed frame) for our spare room. She was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses and kept us as close to our budget as possible. She didnt try to over sell what we budgeted out. We did spend a little over what we wanted but that was on us getting additional items not because of Rachel. I would go there again if I was needing another mattress in the future.

Went to Costco they never have queen mattress so we went over to mattress firm which was practically in the same parking lot and Rachel Cotton helped us as soon as we can in, really friendly and not PUSHY!We told her our price range and she stuck to it. We were in a bad bind due to many different factors. We walked into mattress firm and were able to walk out with a purchased tempurapedic bed getting delivered to us three days later. We received a call from the store a day after we purchased and were told that they could deliver the next day, a day earlier than we expected. We were ecstatic as we had been sleeping on the floor for several nights at that point. Thank you so much for helping us sleep well.

The entire experience was seamless, enjoyable, low pressure, helpful and worth recommending. The sales lady knew her stuff and gave us history and background on about everything we asked. If I had created notions in advance about what I wanted in a mattress shopping experience they would have been exceeded on our visit to Mattress Firm.We decided to stop in to the store while we were shopping at Home Depot. We did this on a whim but had been considering a mattress for some time. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and a few gentle probing questions about what we were looking for were asked. We indicated that we had done some mattress shopping before but were just browsing to see what was here. We were particularly interested in the Chatham & Wells line of mattresses which only Mattress Firm carries.Chattam & Wells is a high-end mattress line that is made by Spring Air. You dont hear much about Spring Air up in our area though they did used to have a factory here. These mattresses that they make under the Chattam & Wells name are top notch and I dont think you will find anything better that has an inner-spring design. We looked at these and all the others to compare and kept coming back to Chattam & Wells.We decided on a king version we wanted but the price was high for what we wanted to spend. She offered us a deal in getting a King for the price of a Queen. Then offered 48 months no interest. This was enticing. We asked about floor models and outlet. She checked outlet offerings and there happened to be one locally in Sumner. It was also at a great price. We purchased the mattress and pad and box springs and still saved thousands. We drove up and picked it up from yet another helpful and friendly crew.

Next day delivery. Wow. Up 3 flights. Wow. Cleaned up and took trash away. Wow. I love my bed. Thank you!

Summary: Dennis Hliboki is an amazing salesman with incredible customer service!We originally came to get a new mattress early 2020, with no idea what we wanted. Dennis was busy helping someone and said hed be over to help as soon as he could. He is the least pushy salesman I have ever met, he genuinely seemed to want us to find the perfect mattress. He showed us several mattresses and went into great detail about each one. Since we are both side sleepers, he highly reccomend the Purple line. We ended up choosing the Purple 3. We got everything all paid for and I got laid off due to covid a few days later. We called to inform him that due to Covid, I was laid off and needed a refund. He was very empathetic and said if we ever found ourselves in need in the future, he would love to help us out. I said that we would return, due to his compassion, knowledge, and amazing customer service.We came back in today just to see him over a year later and he vaguely remembered us after explaining the situation and genuinely seemed happy we returned. He showed us some new mattresses, which we narrowed it down to a Sealy and what we remembered about the Purple 3. They did not have the Purple line at this location. He told us to go to the Olmypia location and make sure we were settled on the Purple. After laying on the two about 50 times, we decided on the Plush Sealy Silver Chill. Dennis gave us a great deal on the frame, pillow/pillowcase/sheet bundle, and delivery. We are super happy with our experience and I highly reccomend seeing Dennis for your mattress needs! We had a lovely experience last night. She helped us find what we were looking for without overloading us with too many options and respecting our budget. In the end we actually got something a little different than we expected to buy and are quite excited! She even helped us use the best discounts to get a great price. Delivery is supposed to come on Sunday so we have not received the product yet, but the store experience was wonderful.

He showed us multiple beds and we even tested out the Purple mattresses for fun.Dennis is a great and experienced salesman. He quoted us great deals! I didnt want to buy a mattress and box spring on a whim, so I decided to check out a couple more stores. We checked out Mattress Depot and Costco. Mattress Depot had options but a little too much over my price range. Costco of course had deals, but they were only selling mattresses with the gel-cooling technology, which were not too fond of.In the end, we went back to Mattress Firm and purchased what we initially wanted! They didnt have what I wanted in stock but the waiting period isnt all that bad either. I strongly recommend Mattress Firm in Lacey. I was unsure what I wanted and Dennis was very thorough and patient. He asked lots of questions about the position I slept in and any health issues (like acid reflux or sleep apnea) that could affect my sleep. He then had me test several and had me lay on the ones I liked for several minutes to ensure there were no pressure points. No rush, no hurry, no hard sale, just extremely helpful.
