Highly impressed from a guy who is hard to impress. I gave the technician a laundry list of things I wanted them to look at while servicing my old 97 Ford. The techs called me numerous times while working through the service to give me updates, as well as decisions to make on how I wanted them to proceed. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. The techs test drove me vehicle two separate times to make sure that the problem was fixed before calling me to close out the service. Great job. Will definitely be returning.
Had my shocks and struts replaced at the Lacey Les Schwab location. Hopefully the shocks and suspension are better than the customer service. After waiting about 2 1/2 hours. I watched as the service technician brought my keys in. My keys then sat at the counter for 15 minutes. At first I wasn’t sure they were mine so I stood up and looked outside.Seeing my car outside, I stood by the counter. Two or three customers came in. They were helped. Then the person at the counter was told to go home. Still nobody acknowledged me.I finally stepped up and said, I think those are my keys. The person who checked me out must had a long day. There was no explanation of the work performed. Just a request to pay. While I was paying, another customer came in and was helped. I had to wait to finish the transaction. It almost like I wasn’t welcome in the store. I really felt like my business wasn’t valued.Not sure whether it was the experience with customer service but after all this, I really don’t like the ride or feel of the new shocks and struts. Definitely can’t recommend this location.
Wrecked my F-150 awhile back and had my chains, Aquired a 2011 Chevy. Went back to Les Schwab and exchanged for fitting size had no problem. New for New. Outstanding service.

Called ahead for an ETA for a tire mount and balance, got told to just drop it off and it would take two hours. Dropped the car off a couple days later around 8:20 and the front desk confirmed it would take two hours. Called at 10, told me they didnt start yet and was informed another two hours. I called at 12 and was told they havent started; I mentioned I needed the car for work at 3 and wanted to have a proper ETA if I needed to pick up my car. I was told it would take another two hours but would be ready in time. Called again at 2, was told they needed 30 more minutes till they could start. I called back at 2:30 and was told it was just getting put on the lift but it would need 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 two hours. Got a call from them 45 minutes later stating they didnt finish the work after a complication with a tire.The problem with the tire wasnt their fault, but I played a frustrating cat and mouse game with ETAs and ended up being late for work without the job finished. I was told retroactively they were busy due to a large number of appointments that day; why would that not get factored into the original time quote if they knew ahead? I understand lead times can be affected by how busy it gets, but Ive worked in a shop and other customer service positions for a number of years at this point and know the entire situation was unprofessional, frustrating, and dishonest compared to how it shouldve been handled. I got a new tire and the job done at a local shop cheaper, faster, and with much less hassle while also supporting local.

Went to Discount Tire before coming here. It was like night and day! Les Schwab was on top and energized. Discount Tore were like sloths and poor service. Ill be coming back for everything I need in the way of tires, brakes struts, Kes Schwab made a new customer for life today.
If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Brought my truck in for an alignment. After they did their inspection they told me they cant do the alignment because the idler arm and a ball joint needs to be replaced. They also said my wheel bearings on both sides are getting ready to go out. They quoted me $1600 for everything. Being mechanically inclined myself, I thought I would take it home and inspect it myself as well as have one of my friends take a look as he is a certified mechanic as well. He found that the idler arm was the ONLY problem. $180 for the part and its been driving fine for months. After talking to a few more friends with car shops, they have all said they have received plenty of customers from les schwab trying to over charge people for things they dont actually need. This location is especially bad which is unfortunate and gives true honest mechanics a bad name. Steer clear of this place and go somewhere else.

They were very kind and helpful to me. I needed two new front tires and the price was very reasonable with a really good warranty. Would definitely recommend them. Theyre the ONLY place I go for tires because I trust them to not rip me off.

My visit today exceeded my expectations. Had an 8 AM appointment and was taken immediately. Had a cosmetic slice in my sidewall. Determined to not be of concern and no new tire needed. As an elderly woman, I have always taken my vehicle to Les Schwab because the are trustworthy and value me as a customer.

Failed to fix the same problem three times and when I came back in the third time they told me it would be an hour and a half wait and they would see what they could do. The lady I think the manager was extremely unhelpful

Again, the great folks at Lacey Les Schwab need to be commended. Although I have been a customer for new tires for years, the extra mile they go to is incredible. Today I was having trouble removing eight large bolts in a heavy duty trailer hitch on my truck. Called to see if they could remove the bolts with their impact tools. They said they could. What I expected to be a 5 minute job turned into more than a 30 minute job because the spare tire needed to be lowered. So, in addition to getting the bolts and trailer hitch removed (even broke an impact socket in the process), they removed, cleaned, inspected, pressure checked, and reinstalled the spare. When the tech competed the work I asked for the bill. His answer, which Ive gotten on more than one occasion, was a smile and a request to just remember them the next time Im looking for tires. No charge. This kind of service is why I always buy my tires at Les Schwab!

The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. The blonde lady at the front desk should not have a job working with people. The work was fine, but thanks to her attitude. .. Ill be going to someone else for any future car needs. There are plenty of tire places without condescending employees who think theyre the end all and be all.

I had an amazing experience at Les Schwab yesterday. You see, I came home from a field training exercise to find my truck had a low tire with a screw in it. I took it to the Firestone on base where the guy said he couldnt fix it and only offered to sell me new tires. (I do need new tires - at about 40% life left)... I didnt feel like buying tires without some due diligence so I dropped in on the local Les Schwab. To my delight, Susan, the customer service rep, said, no problem, where are your keys? Twenty minutes later she handed me my keys and an invoice for $0.00. Thats right, fit me in unannounced and fixed it for free. She confirmed I probably needed to start thinking about replacing the tires, but didnt try to sell me on the spot. Instead, she gave me a couple of quotes and options and said to call if I had any questions. Guess which business Ill be buying my new shoes from?Thanks Susan and thanks Les Schwab!

Always pleased, but NOT today. Asked for 3 things to be done. After 2hr sit and wait and no contact, heres your bill...for only 1 item completed. Spent another 30min, re-explaining to 2 new people finally able to leave. Poor attitudes, clearly dont listen and left with feeling that neither I nor my vehicle were a priority. Has business changed hands?
This store has always been one of the slows les Schwab I have ever one to. Over an hour half waiting to get my tires rotated. This is usual time for them. Never have I ever waited that long at any other les schwab.
My job has sent me to this Les Schwab for company vehicle maintenance twice. The service has been great, the place is clean, lots of tables and chairs to be able to continue working while I wait. Ill definitely bring my personal vehicle here when needed.
This is by far the best Les Schwab location ever! If i could give a 10 star I would!!! Every single team member is knowledgeable and clearly trained in what they do. Heather at the front desk is the sweetest gal youll talk to! Very polite and helpful! Chad, David, Stevie, Steven, Clayton and Heather all made my experience wonderful. There was a discrepancy in the part that my Excursion needed, this group of people literally did everything they could for me. They called around to multiple different companies to find my part, stayed late to fix it so I could have my vehicle back that same day. This is exactly the definition of superior customer service at its finest! One of the last companies around that really does believe in doing the right thing!! I highly recommend this company and location. Will be back to get my brakes done on my truck very soon. Thank you to all of you! You made my day!

I took my chevy hhr to garys on pacific and they had me believing my brakes were going to go out and they strongly recommended new brakes rotors etc.to the tune of over 800$ ..I chose not to and went to les schwab a few days later and guess what? Garys was trying to tip me off!!! Derrick at les schwab looked at them and drove my chevy and said aside from new fluid,my brakes were fine and that my rear tires showed a little more tread than the front ones and for me to think about new ones in the near future..LES SCHWAB ROCKS
The customers dont ware masks and not all employees ware them either... Ive been there 3 times in a week and its always a 2 or more hour wait to fix a flat tire..

Good service, good products, fair prices. They can set you up with a line of credit to help when you really need new tires. They will also fill your tires up with air and they dont even ask if you purchased your tires there. I prefer Les Schwab when my family needs tires.

Great experience at Les Schwab this morning. Both the technicians and the front desk were very friendly and easy to work with. My waiting time to get my tire patched was only about 45 minutes. The store, waiting area, and bathroom were all clean and the employees were wearing masks and taking all appropriate health precautions. Really fantastic, I will definitely come back again.
Had a nail in my tire was Told it would be an hour and a half wait ..and then they couldnt reinstall my tire with my spacers on so removed my spacer fixed my tire but took 3 hours

The staff were really nice and the tire seems to be a good deal. The website experience wasnt so good. I booked the appointment online for 4PM and after arriving and checking in on time, I finally got in at 4:20 or so.I found out when I got there that the tire I ordered is discontinued. When I placed my order online, I saw that I entered my number wrong so I edited my reservation and corrected it but the store never got my correction and they werent able to contact me about not having the right tire.After it was done I drive off and switched to the tire pressure screen in the car I saw that the tires were 33, 35, 36, 40. So I drove back and had the adjust them all to 35 (which reads 38 in the cars computer).Again, the guys in the shop are always literally running, working fast and very friendly. They only replaced the one tire so I think they just rushed and didnt think to verify the pressure in the others. No big deal. The web guys need to seriously up their game to match the shop though.

Had a great experience. I was having issues with the front end of my truck. Turns out my tires were cupping. They did a free tire rotation and sent me on my way! Thanks guys! Ill be back when its time to replace them!
I called at 10am to see if I needed to make an appointment for them to mount my winter tires. They told me I wouldnt need an appointment if I came in then because it was really slow and they could get me in right away. I arrived 20 minutes later. It was an hour and a half later before they finally started working on my tires.
I had something in my tire and they took it in and fixed it at no charge. That is the type of service is the reason why we get all of our tires there in our family
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Les Schwab in over 20 years as a customer. Hey front desk woman with the dark hair who worked on Saturday January 2nd 2021, if a customer is sitting and waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment that you sold me after I just bought $1200 in tires, maybe check on the vehicle or ask the customer. You offered no apologies for the fact that my vehicle was clearly forgotten. As a matter of fact you passive aggressively blamed it on me, the customer. So long Les Schwab.

Although the customer service is good, DO NOT come here without an appointment. You will wait forever! T will tell you that they will take your car in soon but if scheduled appointments arrive, those cars get priority. You will end up sitting there all day. They are not honest about wait times or they are just really bad at judging time.

Extremely friendly and always ready to help......They literally come running when you pull into the store. Hot coffee and great popcorn while you wait in a comfortable waiting area. Although they are always willing to push a sale they do offer great services like free brake checks and sometimes free tire repair. Great warranty on their products especially on their tires. Fast friendly service and they even offer an easy credit plan. I would highly recommend them.They did put the wrong wiper blades on my car, but remedied the situation immediately when it was brought to their attention. Another example of very professional care great, fast service.

Dont buy a battery from these crooks. Have a 72 month battery with 24 month free replacement and leaves me dead in the water and they wont value the warranty for their product. Go to Costco where they value the customer and stand behind their products

I had a piece of metal in my tire and when I took my vehicle into the dealership I was told the tire couldnt be fixed. I was also told that because my Subaru is symmetrical all wheel drive they had some bad news for me. The 9 month old tires had too much wear on them to replace just one tire, all four needed to be replaced or it would mess with the drive train. $780 price tag and at least a week to fix. I took my keys and left, such BS! The next morning I went to Les Schwab, not only did they fix my tire, they inspected my breaks and the rest of my tires. To top it off, they did it complimentary. No charge. Such a great experience.
Les Schwab is awesome. They repaired an after market compressor that I had installed 15 years ago, just replaced a few fuses for no charge. I was out of there in less than an hour. Crazy good customer service. Knowledgeable and courteous, too!

Consistently poor service. Third and last time I will ever bring a vehicle here. The Lacey, Wa. Center is terrible. Watched multiple cars worked on before mine that showed up at least 30 minutes after I had checked in, yet Im told no appointment are taken and its based on walk in.
Jesse drove down at 7am to meet me after id called with a flat tire. With no spare on hand, he removed my tire, drove back to the store and back to where I was. He fixed everything perfect and at no charge, just asked to refer friends and family. Best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Thanks!

They told me on phone they could do all 4 tires and a rim replacement. We get here and then they tell me seeing i have 4 BRAND NEW tires the cant put them on. So from my understanding this les schwab will only put used tires on your car. Becareful buying anything from here. Seems really shady.

Outstanding service! Im in a rental car that had one tire constantly losing pressure. I brought it to Les Schwab for a repair because Im too far from my rental site to just swap cars. In under an hour on a Saturday, they had removed a screw from the tire, patched it up, and had me on my way. All at NO COST! Ive already recommended them to three people in the past hour. Great service! For the folks that live in this area, this is the place to go! (And for us folk just passing through, too. ) 😊
Brought my truck to get tires mounted to new wheels. Was told it will be no problem. Got a call from the manager and he said he refused. Not something Im going to tackle is what inwas told. Little did he know I called another les schwab and they said it would be easy. No problem. This was blatantly disrespectful and i will never shop here again. I will be contacting corporate.

Customer service was okay but the wait was horrible. When I expressed my concern about the wait someone wrote on my ticket in big black letters tell her to get an Uber I thought that was extremely rude.
Best customer service Ive ever had anywhere in my life. I had a flat Wednesday on my way to the airport so I stopped in and even though they were busy they pulled my tire off and patched it ASAP. In a weird fluke my tire went flat later that day leaving the airport. Same tire so I went in to have them put a new tire on and as the old one was destroyed. As I was sitting in the parking lot dealing with a personal mini crisis one of the guys who worked there walked up and took my car into the bay to start figuring out what had happened with the tire without me even having to go into the office first. Two minutes later they had the tire off and couldnt figure out how it had given out or why. So they literally threw a brand new tire on my wheel and sent me on my way without costing me a dime and taking less than 20 minutes. Im so happy with the generosity and customer service I got there. I know they dont normally just give out tires. But still. Amazing people and very nice of them to help me out without twisting my arm for money. So Ill have to go back and get more tires in a couple thousand miles when these others I have are a little lower.
Refused to mount and balance a set of tires for me, because they dont think theyd be able to tackle it when there was nothing special about the rims or tires. Called another Les Schwab and they have no issue getting it done for me.

This is a really good tire company. They have a small company feel even though you can find them across most of the western states. The service is always the best and friendly. They maybe a little more expensive than others but the service and warranty makes up for it.
