I had a great experience at this Verizon. We are RV travelers and moving about continually. My phone died and I was having a terrible time trying to obtain a new one! I called customer service and they werent much help. We were close to this store in Lacey Washington so we stopped by. I was greeted by Julie who was very kind and helpful. She explained to me in this day and age it was appointment only... However I could download the app, choose a phone, order it from this location, and come back and do curbside pickup.Well, that didnt work out so well for me. I went back to the store (upset and frustratedand) and was met by Corbin! This young man spent so much time with me and was unbelievably kind and patient! He helped me with a case and a screensaver and gave me paperwork and instructions on how to transfer all my data. That may sound like thats in his job description, but he truly went above and beyond! Thank you Corbin for getting me through a difficult time! Im doing well learning my new phone 😬

I have been to many businesses but Verizon was the only one who made me stand on the sidewalk and work with a representative there. The store was open and empty (during the COVID period). The representative was also completely unhelpful, he could not answer any of my questions, and told me to look online (I was there because I couldnt find the answer online).

Integrity and customer service of company is non-existent. Purchased screen protector for life of the phone that only covered 2 years which was not stated at time of purchase. I still have phone and no longer covered. Just lost lifelong customer.

My phone decided to quit ringing. Still had a year left to pay for it. The manager and staff worked very hard to resolve the issue. Do to company restraints in replacing the phone we had to have several meetings but they were eventually able to get me a new more advanced model. It does take some time and in should be patient if you have a real big issue but they definitely cared about making it right.

The person that helped me resolve a problem was very professional and understanding. I and several other people from the company I work for had already been on half a dozen support calls with Verizon to no avail, and was told to go to a store. Apparently, the store has better access to more qualified support than we do so they were able to resolve a 3 year old problem within about half an hour.

We just had the most amazing experience ever from a mobile phone company thanks to Chelsea Burgan at this Verizon store!We’re on a family plan which must have all the bells and whistles because, even though my husband’s phone was over 4 years old, had been dropped a couple times and we had replaced the screen twice (not through Verizon cuz we didn’t think it was covered), it had now stopped working so we came in to replace it. Chelsea dug deep into the warranty and found that he could get another one at no charge! Since his model was no longer available, she upgraded to the next one which had more storage too! We were just stunned; kept waiting for a “but...” - which never came lol. I was so happy and surprised that I couldn’t help but laugh and hug her! Hope she doesn’t get some big promotion now and leave cuz I’ll be asking for her by name in the future! Thanks again Chelsea 🤗

Avoid at all costs!! Waited 30 minutes while 3 other customers were helped only to have all three employees go into the back room when they were done and not come back. We were the only ones in the store and they just left without saying a word. By the looks of them, they couldnt wait to go smoke another bowl. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to Hawks Prairie go wireless and had what I needed in 10 minutes, the excellent customer service we got was worth the few extra dollars.....

I went in with an issue with a broken phone, we have the warranty. We had huge issues with the warranty company, although that isnt Verizons fault, they sold us the warranty. Shane diligently helped us work through the issue. He made it clear that he was truly trying to work around the bureaucracy of the issue. It took some working, but he was able to help us. Thanks Shane, you should get a raise! Its almost enough to make me want to stay with Verizon. ;)

Walked in about 6 pm and there were 4 employees all helping people. No problem - we were the only other people in the store, so we had to be next! In the next 20-30 minutes, 3 of the other customers were checked out, but the employee helping them disappeared into the back? There was just one left at the front counter helping a customer, so I said I wanted to ask before we left what we needed to do for help. She looked up with a blank-ish stare and didnt answer. I went on and explained about the disappearing salespeople. She said that there was a shift change. I said no one even acknowledged us. She said thanks for letting her know. This was the second bad experience here. Went on down the road to Hawks Prairie Go Wireless and had a fabulous experience.

Jason was SUPER inconsiderate and was not being friendly at either either. We were first in the store of 4 different groups and were helped LAST. Super rude and needs to be addressed

Its a real Verizon store, which are hard to find today.Staff is friendly and helpful, but this place is packed out almost all the time. The frustrating part is waiting for people who come in for the dumbest reasons....How do I check voicemail?, scammers trying to work the system for a free phone, people asking about their bill being too high, on and on.The patience of the Verizon employees is admirable.

Verizon tells its story in advertising that is completely opposed to the way they actually treat their customers. Verizon treats customers as though the customer has to qualify to be served. No one gets service witout waiting twice as long as the clerk that took your name and put you on the list said you would have to wait. The sadest part is there are customers that dont even realize how Verizon uses this treatment to put customers into a frame of mind that they are lucky to get service from Verizon. If you have a complaint, by the time you get service you will be be thankful you are able to get served. It is much like the charade car dealers put customers through when they decide to buy the car. The salesman acts like he us working for you, trying to get the sales manager (boss) to agree to give you the deal you thought you had. It is never a visible process. For all you know the salesman is the only one manipulating the deal. He only gets you to think he is on your side and that someone else is involved. Think about it. Verizon is imposing their will on you. You will be put through a process to put you in the frame of mind most conducive to their purposes. It seem obvious to me, Verizon is the equivalent of the proverbial used car dealer, in the cellular business. My experience is the only people that spend less than 30 minutes at a Verizon store are the ones that just wanted to look at something without a Verizon person bothering them, or someone that wouldnt sit and wait for service.

Nice when selling, but snotty when returning equipment. I moved to an area that does not get cell service, so I tried Verizon. The service was better than nothing. Dropped phone calls instead of no phone calls. The point of return came when my friend was able to use his tracphone to text messages from my place and I had to walk outside!!I expected the first bill to be around $450, it was $712. Decided to go another route for phone service and reduce the Anxiety attack first month bill.Stetson took the return, asked for a receipt...twice. I explained that I was moving. He then replied with Im not the one who came in here and bought all this stuff! Stetson, the snotty, then proceeded to execute the return as curt and passive aggresively awful as possible.So remember my Google friends, Verizon salesfolks will turn around and dis you for buying stuff at their store!!

Got a phone that had problems, took it back. The young woman who helped us was very condescending when asked if she would download our pics contacts etc to the new phones, said we should do it ourselves, because how are we going to learn if we dont! Came back the next day, very frustrated, and a young man named Shane helped us, he was very polite, knowledgeable and helped us thru it all. I would give him 5*! But the store only 2* for our frustration with the young woman employee!!

Worst customer service out of any Verizon that I have been to. I have been a Verizon customer for 8 years and they talk down to you as if you are toddler. After dealing with April, the customer representative, the manager came over and spoke in the same manner. If this is how you treat customers after 8 years of loyal on time paying service, then I hate to see what they do when you are a difficult customer.

Purchased a 1000$ upgrade(seemed like the guy was in a hurry)...he told me that I have to transfer all my stuff myself...Im sorry..I dont want to..i have a lot on my plate and Im tired...so he did a little bit of a transfer but then I found out he transferred everything from my cloud to my phone...the next day I found I couldnt call folks..it dropped the calls....my glass cover fell off(cause he popped it on)my passwords were lost...through the trainwreck transfer..I went back and the woman that helped me tried to sell me assessories that I had to say NO THANK YOU excessively...then I took a different phone home which I ended up hating...lost more things during transfer and acquired very old pics...so I went to GOWIRELESS on Marvin Rd..despite I had to go back to corporate store to exchange the phone ..the GOWIRELESS folks sat down with me and helped me with all my phone questions so I can go back to the corporate Verizon and get what I want and be happy. I witnessed the meltdown of Verizon rep because I didnt have my Google pw the last rep lost during my phone transfer..he disappeared ...so...after my phone was ready to go...I havent been back since...I went back to GOWIRELESS on Marvin to buy a new glass cover (I was told I had a lifetime warranty by the other Verizon store But I didnt)...fyi my glass cover is still secure and I am never going back to this Verizon on Sleater Kinney again...worst cell phone experience ever.

I cannot stand the customer service, if you can call it that, from this Verizon store. I used to use the Verizon Store in Federal Way and they were awesome. I guess I am going to have to drive up to Federal Way to get the customer service I am used to. The manager looks like an 18 year old who never has any answers. You have to check in to be helped. Long wait times. Went in to get a Samsung watch and they had no idea what they were talking about. He said if I want the watch it has to have its own phone number witch is false, It does not, and that there will be activation fees etc. I called Verizon and ordered over the phone, boom, had it the next day. No activation fees, no b*llsh*t. This store is absolutely horrible. Ive been there a half a dozen times and everytime it is terrible. Dont waste your time with these clowns.

The VERIZON VIRUSES (bloatware) are still USING MY MONTHLY DATA... No less than 4 different Amazon apps running at once.. Ive never used Amazon in my life, its just eBay with sales tax.Bloatware is unwanted apps. Like, when you buy a new PC, and it takes 2 clicks to UNINSTALL Norton antivirus.Viruses are what Verizon gives you.- It cant be uninstalled OR disabled!!!!- It OPENS ITSELF immediately after you force stop it!!!- It uses your data every month, without your consent!!
