Just received 10 doors today, stained and beautiful. Jared was an excellent salesmen, very helpful prior to receiving the doors and when he delivered them. I am so thankful to go with a local company who produces a beautiful product and supports their customers.

Ordered new interior doors through Lacey Door & Millwork. Had them come out measure the doors. I ran into multiple issues over the project. The doors I ordered were Hemlock doors, that were unstained / finished. The doors look amazing once my wife and I stained the doors. There is a major reason why I am leaving a 1 star review. That comes from poor customer service and disrespect towards myself and my wife. The doors took approximately 3-4 weeks to come in (unfinished) with their frames. After receiving the doors, my wife and I stained the doors (as it was going to take another 3-4 weeks for them to stain the doors themselves). That not being a major issue with us, we took a few days to stain and seal the doors. After staining and sealing were done I hired a contractor to install the doors. This is when we started running into issues. The garage doors (being a fire door) were incorrectly measured. They didnt fit inside our location. After my wife contacted Lacey Door & Millwork, the associate that talked to my wife was very passive aggressive towards her and said this problem was with us, our hardware or our contractor installing the doors. My wife was very upset after her conversation and refuses to do anymore business with them. (We still have to purchase new closet doors).I had to call and fight for them to come out and while on the phone I was also talked to in a passive aggressive way saying their machine doesnt make mistakes and its impossible that this happened. After arguing for 15 min on the phone on whos fault this is... I convinced them to come out and look at the issue in person. They finally agreed to come out and admitted it was their mistake. (Keep in mind my contractor having to be paid more as again they showed up to install doors... but couldnt be installed AGAIN). I had to fight to get them to come out and fix their issue (which still caused additional cost on our end to get doors installed from their mistake). The doors and frames had to be altered to get fixed. After they fixed the issue with not fitting, the doors were altered in a way that we couldnt put hardware in the doors. (The deadbolt for instance wouldnt fit properly now. See photo). After they determined it was their mistake, they promptly ordered new doors. We got the doors about a week later, however the doors again were unfinished. Meaning I have to pay more money to get more supplies to stain and seal the doors. (Not to mention labor time, for their mistakes). Ultimately I would recommend other companies out there if you are looking to get doors, as if a problem arises it is going to be a long expensive and painful experience.

Lacey Door has been great to work with for my commercial office building in South King County. We came clear to Lacey for their millwork because they came highly recommended. Great quality service and products. Rest assured...one great local business.

Clients got their house broken into. Front door was kicked in.Needed a deadbolt plate and the strike plate immediately right now today oh, the catch? Everything needed to be over sized to fit the shattered door frame.Lacey door and millwork had it on hand and hooked me up free of charge because the materials were unneeded from a previous project.Love this place and will always go back for any door needs.oh also they do security doors which I thought was pretty neat for a millwork woodshop.

I went in to see about getting new doors for my house. They were not very helpful at all. They acted like I was not significant enough to work with. I guess if your not a big time builder your not worth their time.

Ive used them with several small remodeling projects previously, stopped by again today with my latest. Always helpful, informative and quick for a fair price. Thanks Robert.

Stuck in policy and procedure. He was more worried about finding out who told me what. Customer service is not a priority.
