I was referred by the first store (competitor), to check out American Home as I was searching for something specific. While Mariah was on a call I used the computer available for browsing. When I told her what I was looking for, she took me back to the exact item I had found on their website! While completing the purchase, Jordan helped schedule delivery. It is rare to get same day or next day delivery but at the last hour of the day, this place came through! Great customer service!

We stopped by one weekend, walked through and didn’t see anything that caught our eye. Went down the street, settle for something there and made a purchase but delivery wasn’t for another 4-6 month.The weekend after we went back to American Furniture and we saw a sofa that caught our eye! We purchased a sofa and recliner there.Here’s the best part.... no waiting 4-6 months! We were able to load it on the truck and head home with it that day!Don’t judge this place by its storefront. It might look small but it runs deep! It is packed with furniture. Also if you don’t see something on the floor come back again soon! They rotate their furniture often and tend to bring out new inventory often too.Jeff was great to work with. This place has a great price range to fit any budget. I’ve already recommended this place to friends.Support local!

I went shopping there to get my mom a new recliner and the prices were good the sales people didnt try to shove anything down your throat the gentleman who helped me was professional! I got a lift chair for seniors electric for $800! They loaded it in the back of my van and I left. Easy done deal!

I came in reluctantly trying to find a sectional/sleeper sofa after searching other stores all day. And to my surprise, they had the exact couch I was searching for and in stock ready for delivery the next day! The customer service was amazing and the sales associate, Moriah was super helpful and patient! Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stopped by to look for a reclining loveseat. Had our truck and trailer ready to buy. Sales lady asks what were looking for. Were looking for a reclining loveseat for our master bedroom. She replies with a snarky undertone, Oh, so you dont want to spend very much?. We never mentioned our budget. What an interesting assumption.She shows us the one they have and informs us that we can sit on it, mess around with it...but dont break anything. Dont break anything??? Is this a fat joke, cause were heavy set? Insinuating that were immature and dont know how to act in a furniture store? Which one?We were insulted twice within a 5 min interaction. Ouch.We went down the street to a different and bought one for 2k.

I will not buy furniture anywhere else. They know how to take care of the customer. The staff are not on commission and are very friendly and helpful. The delivery crew is incredible. They are so sweet and respectful. I have purchased many items from this store and have never been disappointed.

Quick, easy and a good assortment of low prices and high end bedframes/chairs with the ability to order stuff if you cant find what your looking for. Staff was super eager and happy to help find a good mattress in my price range.

Such a great store with quality staff. They had my previous order and were able to match my new loveseat with my chair!

We got two new dressers from them. The sales woman was awesome and the delivery guys were at our house within two days. We have pretty tall stairs and in only 10 minutes they had moved both dressers up into the rooms without touching a single wall. The dressers have been great so far and we’ll definitely be buying from them again whenever we need new furniture.

I rarely write reviews but this is one I have to do. I went into this store on Monday and ordered a bed frame and dresser to be delivered today Wednesday. The sales person asked for my address and verified that I live on base, he said no problem. Come today I’m waiting around for a phone call about delivery time, nothing. I called the store and they said the order was never entered and they were not sure what happened. They also informed me they don’t have delivery available on base. Well, thanks for wasting my time and making me feel like I matter as a customer. When I was in the store they filled out my sales slip and ran my card right away then I guess just moved on to the next customer, without entering the order. Really not impressed with how they do business and will not be going back, my order was canceled they didn’t have a problem doing that for me right away. Now I have to scramble last minute to try and find a bed frame before next week when I needed it by.

This was my husband and I’s first time pruchasing a new couch together. Marty was an awesome help and was never too pushy when it came to guest service. The prices were awesome! They offered a military discount and delivery! They even delivered our couches separately because one couldn’t get in for another 3 weeks without the extra charge!

The owner of the store, Marty, is an awful businessman and he is rude and dismissive. First, I ordered a couch and loveseat from here. The couch was delivered with a small hole. He tried to tell me it never happens and is not a big deal and they will just repair it. But repairing it makes it not new anymore so I said no. He was rude and not apologetic so I told him to come and get the loveseat and give me a full refund. He issued me a company check. THE CHECK BOUNCED. How can a professional company BOUNCE a check? When I called to speak to them about it, they said they did not know and it happens. Bouncing checks DOES NOT just happen. I had to drive down to Lacey to get cash from them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this store and do not give Marty ANY of your money as if there is a problem, you might never get it back. Bouncing checks is not a big deal, apparently.
