I like both of the locations especially since they have some excellent cheap offerings. But the last two times Ive gone I went in knowing what I wanted and found it to be a different price than online. The largest discrepancy was something listed at $5 actually costing $13.Adding to the confusion there was a gram of oil I saw online for $8. When I got to the store the price on the display was $10 so I adjusted to buy less. I asked the guy working and he said they had to raise their price since the producer raised their. It then rang up as $8 so in this case it helped me.It seems like both sides would benefit from the menu and in store pricing system being the same. Im still going to come back, but I drive 20 minutes past a dozen other places to get here so its problematic to not be confident in the menu.

I present my ID to prove legal age but Lucid tracks you with their ID scanning device. Also, taking my temperature is invasive. I resent Lucid’s practice and will no longer shop at this establishment!

Been to the puyallup location as well, this location had a way better selection. Quick, professional and exceptional customer service. Early today the girl at the counter was superb, everything you could hope in a budtender. She needs a bonus, Bob or Carl whatever her name was.

Prices are WAY too high!!!! I used to shop here daily until they decided to rip everyone off.. Its definitely worth the extra time to drive to Green Lady or Olympia Weed Company, youll get the same exact products for half the price.

Prices are way too high. They have grams for 42$ that are literally 20$ at Danks. Great shop but your money should of been made back by now. Time to hook up the customers! Better quality at lower prices. Would rather go here than other places but my hand is forced.

Its a nice store with friendly employees. Very helpful. Great veterans discount. One of my go to stores. My one negative is sometimes they are out of things for a while, but its because they are so popular.

Great place to go when you need something and they have some cool peace just like some other dispensaries they are friendly some may find them rude you just have to go in with a good attitude or they treat you the same way you treat them. There bud and wax is great and the 50 dollar nectar collector I’ve bought that has the bowl and the dab peace works great won’t ever let me down and won’t get rid of it until it decides to break apart

Says they open at 8, it’s 835 and I’m done waiting, have fun losing money. Maybe you should change the hours on ur door and website. What a waste of my time and UR money. Oh and as I’m typing this, someone just tried to come in and get something but you are still closed! No longer losing my money but others too.

I have only been here twice so far but have enjoyed each visit. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and have no problem admitting they dont know something and look it up. Their prices are decent and the quality so far has been great.

Lucid was great for a while .I went in 2 days ago and 2 guys were working, and for whatever reason he wouldnt give me my usual discount, because I didnt bring my veterans ID card, which Ive brought in many times and was told they dont need to see it every time. I love the huckleberry joints, but Ill find something else thats great. So, Im going elsewhere.

I love this location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the recent practice of greeting people by the name on their ID. I understand its meant to be friendly and make a connection, but as a trans customer who hasnt been able to legally change my name yet, its unpleasant to be dead named everytime I come in. Maybe ask for preferred names if youre gonna implement greeting by name rather than assuming the one on the ID is what people actually use.

Compared to other marijuana retailers this place is more expensive and Their selection of products is disappointing. Customer service is not consistent. Fisrt visit to store clerk said nothing just stared at me until I greeted them. Not sure I will shop here on the regular. Other pot shops are much more friendly and inviting than this place.

I’ve been hitting this spot for a hot minute. There’s one employee there that’s stood out time and time again. I’ve recently learned they have let him go. I will not be returning to this location again. He was the absolute best bud tender I’ve encountered. His name is Ricky, I will personally be following this guy to his next location of employment. Other than that this place is overpriced with a minimal selection. This one guy’s customer relations made the trip worth it. I hope to find out where he ends up.

Absolutely my favorite place to go. Prices are very good with lots of sales and special events going on. The selection is always great allowing you to try new things each time. And the staff is very knowledgeable, Ive never met anyone there that isnt willing to take the time to explain everything and answer my many questions. Its not like some places where you can see they are just going for a sale, at Lucid they recommend their favorites and whatever else fits your criteria regardless of other items being more expensive. Very laid back place, highly recommended.

Horrible customer service, dull employees, possibly the worst dispensary Ive been to in Olympia. Came here for awhile because I live right around the corner and its within walking distance but never again..high prices, low selection. Id rather go across town than support this business anymore.

They sold me hash when I asked for dab recommendations. When I called them to tell them, they told me to come in for an exchange, which I did not think was possible. They let me get all the way there before they told me they dont do exchanges. Disappointed by selection, price, and staff. Its much better to take the drive out to 420 carpenter.

I love this place cause Its on the main bus line that I use I could go out of my way to somewhere else but refuse to do so because these people are upstanding professionals that know their sh#% and treat you with the up most respect when you come in and are really patient I read some of the reviews on here about issues people had about prices and staff this world aint perfect people can be jerks and prices will keep going up thanks to big brother Im not one to judge just being honest but me I never had a problem with this place awesome staff and great prices will keep coming back

Not my favorite place, way too noisy, (every time) disorganized, takes too much time; staff all over the place, mostly laughing with each other and really enjoying themselves. They are not trained in honest customer service, no smiles: Its more like a hobby to most....They do not seem to know that there are nice ways to ask for ID, and that I am the customer, but their sale prices are excellent and it is close to home

Came in last night to buy some tincture, and I spent 20 minutes waiting for a staff member to help me, or even greet me. Although there were only two groups of people in the store, they seemed reluctant to help me until they had no other choice. Extremely disappointed in your employees, still love your products.

Theres a lot of display for new equipment and tools. They also have free copies of local Marijuana publications available.Theres a wide variety of products available, coming from multiple vendors and processors. They have a consistent focus on quality, so even low cost items are worth purchasing if cost is a major consideration.If youre in the market for Marijuana and youre in the neighborhood, Lucid is a fantastic place to be. You can also just stop in and say Hi, Im sure theyd enjoy it.

Ive never rated this place before, been here many times, have had plenty of great experiences, before we even walked in the door I could tell this guy was not happy to see us. I dont know if this guy was just having an off-night but we didnt feel very welcomed, we asked about some joints and asked if this was the only flavor they had because it was the only one displayed in the display case and he proceeded to be rude and say uhh (might as well have been ummm duh!) we have the whole list very short. We felt very unwelcome and if this had been our first experience this would definitely wouldve been our last experienc. Great deals though!!

LUCID is the number 1 place to pick up marijuana products in Washington. They have customer service Representatives that greet you at the door and then find you exactly what your personally looking for and sometimes even surprise you with new deals and specials which is one of the reasons Ive proudly been a guest there since the opening. Ive been to other shops and this one beats them all out hands down. 5 stars guys bravo.

This is the 2nd and last time I will ever come into this hole. The heavey-set guy was, as before was rude, short and inpatient with me. I was thinking because Im black and he just didnt want me in his store. However, after reading some of the comments I see hes just an equal opportunity a-hole. I will gladly drive down the road a bit and do business with T-Brothers. Better prices and people.

This is my favorite pot shop in the Olympia area. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and familiar with the product from experience not just what they have heard. Nothing worse than some sales person trying to suggest items or making recommendations with zero experience and that have not tried it first hand. At lucid most of the time they can tell you what is the best type given what you are looking for to suit your needs. All in all the selection is good, prices comparable to most rec shops, and experienced and honest salespeople. Why I usually go here if I am buying from a store, and I have given most of the rec shops in town a try and most dont come close to lucid for all around informed and honest salespeople who can speak on the product from experience not based on hearsay or the name they think is the coolest or best looking in the case. If you have not checked out lucid you are doing yourself a disservice by not checking them out

One of my favorite shops. I love the staff as they are more family to me than staff. They helped my mother pick a medication for her torn ACL, helped change her mind to medication of marijuana than just recreational. Im 56 years old with I.D. I was turned away because my I.D. was expired? You must be 21 to purchase Marijuana in the state of Washington. There is no law that states that you must show identification. Looks to me like the owner doesnt trust his or her employees. How embarrassing.

Saw a man leave his 7 year old outside 20 minutes while he bought weed. Staff could see her and said nothing? Why? They looked baked to me... Way to look out for that little girl sitting on the sidewalk in front of your store.

Brought a pen in and asked if they had any oils for it. They sold us the wrong oil then refused to take it back. They’re either incompetent or racist. Either way this is the last time I come to Washington.

My go to spot for all my THC and CBD needs. Typically friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always friendly when I ask questions. I did come in looking for a nighttime indica pre roll one night and bought what the employee recommended. It ended up being a strong sativa dominant hybrid that was good but no good at helping me get some sleep.
